Highly recommend these guys who did a fantastic job at our home in Prescott. They built a pergola attached to our house, created a screened wall to cut down on our Monsoon winds (and it works!), matched the colors perfectly, worked hard and got it done very quickly and always cleaned up afterwards. I called ASM and within 48hrs, Russell was at my house taking measurements and designing. It took a while for me to made up my mind but I finally did and ASM was totally worth it. I called and give them the “go ahead” and told them that the pergola needed to be installed before August 14th or I was going to their competitor. They quickly added me into their busy schedule and the final product was installed on the 10th. Thanks for Tony for the professional install and Cendy/Cindy for the back end help!PD. Waiting for your guys call back for the doc I requested :)

They are a top notch company. Sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. As for the install team they are awesome. They know their stuff and were very helpful with any questions I had. The material is solid and looks really good. My whole backyard looks so different. Also they recommended and great electrican that did a awesome job on running electric and installing fans. All I can say is it was the best decision to go with this company. Great job guys.....

AZ Shade Masters was not my first call but it should be yours! Tried to get 3 different companies to give me an estimate, the first never even called back, the second told me 6 weeks just to get an estimate!AZ Shade Masters set an appointment for the upcoming weekend. Jonas was prompt and professional and we contracted that same day. The next week Johnny reached out to set a time to measure and schedule.Within just a few days, I had a scale drawing and a timeline.In just 3 weeks time, the materials were delivered and their install team was there to install. I was told 5 days but it took only 4. The crew was professional, prompt and polite. They left my house spotless at the end of every work day. The finished product is flawless.The project turned out even better than I could imagine, and it was complete before their competitor could even schedule to come out and estimate it.It’s probably the single best detail of our exterior remodel. Best contractor I’ve worked with on this project. Thank you!

The company arrived with materials for project the day before as planned. The project was completed the next day, exactly as advertised. The completed pergola roof cover looks awesome. The color matched perfectly with our existing pergola structure. There are no leaks, as verified by the most recent rains. The finished product looks great! The installers were professional and addressed all of our questions and concerns.

Extremely polite and gave some good suggestions about height from ground as this pergola was over an in ground fire pit. Salesman was great! Price made since.timely scheduling of install. Great, professional installers.Very good communication regarding build date, material delivery, and communication with installers. Only glitches seem to come with whomever ordered material and/or loaded it, as wrong color of trim was provided, causing a day delay, and great inconvenience for installers. Also new trim materials were provided (new style gutters) that required different install than installers had ever had to use before. Again lack of good communication from materials provider and/or consrtuction management caused installers to be delayed, and have to redo some of install.

Daniel and Tre are the installers from Arizona Shade Masters that installed my slatted patio cover today. They were professional, punctual and just a great couple of guys to work for you. They answered my questions and just as every install is the same there are always a few differences that sand out between jobs so if there were parts of the job that could be done differently they allowed me to make those decisions so being a part of the process was cool. Russ was very helpful in creating the design and selecting the materials. The extruded aluminum post and beam have a much sleeker, cleaner, and more modern appearance than the typical aluma-wood material. The extruded post will be way less susceptible, if not impervious to, dents and dings. Dan and Tre, the installers, were very courteous and professional. Dan kept me up dated with his planned arrival times and even called when he was going to be 15 minutes later than planned. We are very happy with the finished pergola.

We had a great experience using Arizona Shade Masters. Professional, on time and quality work. We went with the 2 x 1’s most in the past used 1x1 in this area. A very classy look over the 1x1’s. The sun usually chased us out of the courtyard before 8:30am . The courtyard is now a usable space. We where referred by our neighbor who used “Arizona Shade Masters” and where also very happy with the results.

Wow, is what I have to say about Arizona Shade Masters. Ill start with the showroom meeting with the owner Russ and Josh. They showed us the quality of their product which is far above their competitors. They use a thick walled extruded aluminum. I worked in aerospace and know quality. The material they use is very strong. The kind of structures you see in city parks.I will say we did get numerous estimates and was asked by those companies to get our own city building permit. Not with Az Shade Masters. They handled the city permit.We were aware of the long lead time with the installation but they actually gave us a window for the project to be completed and called us very close to that time. If you understand the current supply chain problems and finding folks to work for you, you will understand.Cory and company ( the installers) showed up and installed our awning in 5 hours and was done to perfection.The next night we had 30 mile an hour wind gusts and that awning didnt budge an inch. Structurally as strong as our house.If you want quality then go with this company. They do it right and it looks awesome!Thanks again AZ Shade Masters for a great product and service.

Mostly good experience. Prompt sales consultation (Jeff), listened to what we wanted to accomplish, good design ideas. We understood from Jeff that HOA approval was required. We waited to save up and pay cash (no discount). And then gave the go ahead. They emailed over the drawing with no instructions. Then we waited some more. We knew materials and staffing were slowing things down so that was ok. More waiting. A couple months now. Then we reached out. They said have you gotten HOA approval yet? We said we havent heard anything from them. They said did you sent in the packet? I said, what packet. -- There was no mention that we needed to reach out to the HOA and get their form and submit the application for approval. This obviously was an oversight by the salesman and front office. They said it was our responsibility without accepting that they missed it. So we waited months for no reason. Once that was resolved, the approval came quickly and the job was scheduled. I was notified the day prior that the installer was coming and what time. All good. The crews seem to be subcontractors. One of the two guys had a family medical issue and couldnt make it but the one guy got everything prepped and holes dug. The next day a new crew was dispatched (Wes and Cody). Good communication and they showed up on time. Good workers and polite. The got the structure built and cleaned up nicely. Good quality product and ultimately we are very happy with it.
