    Our new installation was just completed and I couldn’t be happier.This started with our experience with Rex, who met us at our home to thoroughly walk through all of our options, what to expect, timing and of course, pricing.Next came the scheduling, which was handled by Tatum who was an absolute joy to to work with. Not only did she get us on the schedule as soon as possible, she surprised us by moving us up a week due to a cancellation.Our technician Oscar came to prep the water line by attaching to my water softer and running a bib to the exterior of the home. Amazing customer service and workmanship.This was followed by Kam and Matt a few days later who were the technicians that came to do the actual install. All I can say is wow! Two very humble and hard working guys that were so focused on customer service every step of the way.This is going to sound cliche and like a paid advertisement but if I could give more than 5 stars I would.Senor Mist came from multiple referrals from friends and I am pleased to add my name to those that will highly recommend this company to anyone looking at installing a misting system in their yard.From our entire family to the amazing team at Senor Mist….Thank You!

    Mark showed up on time, was professional and explained all that he was going to do and then what he did. His explanation was clear and it made sense. I have used Senor Mist for 5+ years and they do a great job with installation as well as regular service. I highly recommend these folks.

    Great team of folks. Polite, knowledgeable, included the first winter service after demonstrating the system working. The fellow who did the main water line found two valves (installed by Pulte Homes) that don’t work at all. The main safety shutoff completely frozen is a serious issue if a leak happens. They also gave me a recommendation for someone to fix it. Couldn’t ask for better service.

    We were interested in getting estimates for electric patio heaters on our patio. Tim and I spoke about what I was looking for then he assessed what needed to be done. We spoke about the different heater options and agreed on the specific heaters and controllers. Tim said he would provide an estimate within a couple of days, which he did. As I had other estimates coming in I let Tim know I would get back with him ASAP.We decided to go with Senor Mist for a few reasons. Tim as a no BS guy and did what he said he would do. The reviews for Senor Mist were very positive and the estimate was fair. Senor Mist uses Infratech infrared heaters that are made in USA and have a 3 year warranty.We had our heaters installed yesterday. I took Tim and Shane about 6 hours to complete the electrical process and install the heaters and controllers. The installation was painless. When they were through the work sight was clean, heaters work great and very minimal repair work to do.Tim and Shane were personable and professional.I would highly recommend Senor Mist for your patio heater needs. 👍🏻

I am so pleased with the interaction, professionalism, and quality of work in my back patio and pergola. I highly recommend and am looking forward to the summer heat.     Donnie from Senor Mist and Jeff at his office were great to work with! I would recommend them to anyone. I trusted them to repair a leaky pump and clogged misters I inherited from a prior owner.     Rex came over quickly to give a quote and even offered military discount. Our system is pulling soft water to keep our sun shades looking great and the pump is by the pool equipment to minimize noise. He helped us get a plumber that did a tap for low price and our system was put in two weeks later by Jason and team. Overall great experience and fair price for someone with such high ratings.

    First off I want to say the salesman Tim Ertell was great, I had another company come give me quote and it was a few hundred bucks cheaper, however due to Tims outstanding personality and willingness to help me make this happen on my budget sold me. Next is the techs, these guys have been great! the first guy who came out for the water line was Oscar Felix. Again very nice, quick and efficient. Last but not least Rey Contreras and another guy came for the misting install. Also, outstanding personalities. I commend anyone who can work in this god awful heat (111 today!) and still have a good attitude. Thank you guys for an awesome install and awesome product. As for the misters, my backyard is now an oasis. Not one regret in my purchase for this hot AZ backyard. Ill be recommending you guys!

Great install team led by Kam.We had decided to add misters to our Pergola and so glad we did. First night had friends over spontaneously and we sat comfortably in the heat with the misters on. So comfortable. They remarked on how fine the mist was and so cooling. They have a neighbor with misters from another company that they don’t like to sit under because you get so wet and not as cool.We are thoroughly pleased with our experience.     Very pleased with the level of service and attention the service technicians deliver. When I placed the call I was contacted within 24 hours and they fit us in! We had an annual check done and some parts replaced that were with the tech. Donny was super friendly and gave us tips on how to keep our misters operating at peak efficiency. He was in and out within an hour and we will stay cool all summer.

    Really happy with the service from Senor Mist. I thought I had a complex task for them (i.e., move pump, run tubing through 30 of conduit, add dedicated breaker to pool panel, wire dedicated outlet to pool panel relay switch, etc) but they knocked it out quickly and did an excellent job regarding placement of everything. Super impressed with the end result and will use them for maintenance work going forward.

    Senor Mist offered the best price, best service, and highest quality for the installation of roughly 50 linear feet of misters for my backyard covered patio. The workers were very friendly and professional and their attention to detail was very impressive. Using touch up paint to cover any minor scratches to the prefinished stainless steel tubing after the installation was completed matched perfectly to the rest of the tubing and hanger brackets. The system looks and operates great and comes with a five year warranty! Highly recommend them for any residential or commercial installations!!

    I got several quotes from different mist companies and they were all within the same price range but I went with Senor Mist specifically because I liked Rex! Rex spent at least an hour with me on the initial in-person quote and was very thorough and receptive to my ideas.
