Diamond Hardscape Development did a beautiful job creating my outdoor space. They installed my very long paver driveway and and a wonderful patio with retaining wall. Jason was very responsive to calls and texts, which is quite unusual these days. I feel the price was fair but not inexpensive. I suppose you get what you pay for. My pavers look fantastic. We were looking for someone to re-do the ground in our round pen as the ground was too hard for our horses and we wanted something nicer. Diamond Hardscape Development came out quickly to give us an estimate, and stayed in touch as I took forever to confirm this due to needing to find a place for our horses. The pricing was reasonable, and after we confirmed they had everything ready to go quickly, and finished the job in half the time we expected. They even spread the dirt they removed over some areas in our yard that needed it. The work is excellent, our horses will be very happy, and I know that next time we need anything done with our landscaping, we will call Diamond Hardscape Development. Thank you guys!

Jason, the owner of Diamond Hardscape Development, built a patio extension for us with pavers, turf, and a pony wall around it. Jason suggested split face block for added beauty. The project was completed in a timely manner, with no appreciable dead time between the block wall construction, pavers, and turf. Pricing was competitive.Jason was on-site daily to oversee progress and make sure building materials were available and placed close to the work area. We talked every day. It was refreshing to have questions and concerns handled either face to face or via text promptly.Estevan and Andreas work for Jason and were the primary builders. They took their time to measure and check that everything was straight, plumb and square as they went, something that is extremely important to me as a retired engineer. The workplace was always cleaned up at the end of the day. Estevan and Andreas were very polite and didnt mind us talking with them occasionally as they worked.We are very happy with Diamond Hardscape Development, and plan to use them in the future as we build out our landscaping.

Jason and his crew did an amazing job on my backyard. They installed almost 1500 sq ft of beautiful turf. They put in about 500 sq ft of pavers. Lights around the turf borders and installed an awesome misting system to keep the patio nice and cool during the hot Arizona summers. It turned out beautiful. Very professional and I’m so happy with their work! Highly recommend!

Jason and his team did an excellent job turning an unused and unsightly part of our lot into a new yard enclosed by a retaining/block wall and fence. Everyone on his team has an excellent attitude and were great to work with. He did a great job working with the town of Cave Creek and our HOA which can normally be difficult. Above all he wants his customers to be happy and it’s clear everyone that works for him take pride in their work.

We had a great project for our barn which included a concrete slab in one stall and a drain in our pavers so the barn wouldn’t flood. Very happy with this company, their customer service, and high standard of care in the work.

You can’t go wrong with Diamond Hardscape Development. We hired Jason to redesign a driveway and remodel the steps leading up to our house. Some of our ideas required very creative solutions, which Jason executed to perfection. The best part about working with Jason is that we were able to trust his judgment when we were unsure about something. This was a wonderful experience!

Jason and his team were great to work with. From the beginning he was lower than the other bids we received and explained everything. We knew what to expect and the timeline to expect it within. His crews were at our home daily until the job was complete “except weekends” :). We love how our pavers and block wall compliment our home. Our friends we referred him to are just as happy. Project scope: Patio extension, including perimeter and retaining walls, pavers, stairs, view fence, metal gates, turf and wood burning fireplace.I called multiple companies for bids, Jason was the only one who answered the phone. He came by for a site visit and initial design review the next day, and by that evening, I had a preliminary quote.A key requirement for this project was the ability for my dogs and I to walk barefoot year round, so the pavers had to be very light. Jason went out of his way to help me find the right product that fit the bill.The entire design process was very collaborative and enjoyable. A project of this magnitude requires countless decisions and Jasons many years of experience in the industry with high end customers provided the guidance to ensure a spectacular end result.Throughout the various phases Jason remained focused on a key success measure - whether I was happy with the work.Since Im working from home, I was able to observe each milestone and I was impressed with the craftsmanship and professionalism. My new patio not only adds tremendous value to my home, Jason and his team transformed a bland home front into an absolutely beautiful outdoor living space and Im beyond happy.
