From the experience of a 30+ year Community Association Manager I can confidently recommend this firm. I have utilized them on both small and large projects and have received the same level of excellent service regardless of the size of the project. Communication with management, the Board and the owners has always been timely. Work has been completed on time and within budget. The HOA industry can be challenging for a vendor as they are acting at the direction of the Association, while often dealing directly with the member. BPC excels in that role.

Berlin worked TIRELESSLY to put our complex back together after discovery of some construction issues from the original builder. Connor was the a phenomenal project manager and handled everything with grace and a can-do attitude. I would work with Berlin again in the future.
