Apollo is god sent. What a wonderful experience with his knowledge and his outstanding customer service. 12/10 stars if I could! Not only was his install fast and seamless, he spent time with me and my dogs to help me teach them how to use the door, as my dogs have never used one before. He left me with some tips and tricks and then boom, both dogs are using the door without issue in less than 24 hours. Thank you Apollo for helping us change our lives in such a helpful way. Apollo just left our home after installing an in-wall Hale XL/tall dog door for our German Shepherd. He was on time, fairly priced and did an amazing job! He even moved an outside electrical outlet that was in the way of where we wanted to put the door. Communication before and during our two hour project was wonderful. Apollo is such an honest and hardworking guy! I have a pug and a lab but have all different dogs since I do Rover and after talking I loved how honest and straight forward he was. He came to install a door but when talking and after measuring my dog he recommended a little bit larger one. He didn’t just install the door he brought so he could be done he took the time and after I decided to get a different door he didn’t mind coming back a few days later with the correct door. I def recommend him!

I was shopping around looking for a doggie doors .I have a metal door so I thought it was going to be really expensive Apollo pet doors came up in my searches on offer up. I messaged him and he messaged me back within 30 minutes letting me know he was on his way. He got here and suggested where I should put the doggie door so no one could break in. Me being a single mom of three young girls that is really important. I would’ve never of thought of it. The doggie door itself looks amazing. Not to mention fair priced. He also taught me some tricks how to teach my puppy to use the doggie door that just impressed me. Such an amazing guy. Apollo is so kind. He did an amazing job. He made sure no electrical lines were there. Looked for studs. He reinforced with 2X4’s. Top Quality job and more reasonable priced than the sliding glass door kind. He loved our dogs and made sure they could get in and out of the door before he left. I don’t think you’ll be able to find a more professional, kind, man to put your pet door in. Apollo was phenomenal, I would give him 6 stars if I could, the quality of his work, attention to detail is second to none. Apollo came across some challenges from the old door install, we discussed the options, then within minutes, some dry wall cuts here, some quick dry stucco there, and everything looked brand new. Apollo even made sure that he painted the stucco patch that was needed on the outside of the door with some of the spare paint I had on hand. In the midst of getting everything squared away, Apollo never once nickeled and dimed me in regard to additional labor charges and he honestly had a right to based off of his quality of work.
