We had Mikko out to get an estimate to put an addition on our bedroom. We got the plans sent out to us in a very timely manner with a layout that we loved. We started the job shortly after accepting our estimate. From start to finish, the guys showed up on time and put in long days to get our project finished up quick so we could be back in our room. I was expecting the project to be so messy, but was in shock by how clean they left the jobsite at the end of the day. All the employees of Miko, LLC were so friendly and nice to visit with. We felt totally comfortable to leave them in our house while we were away. We are so incredibly happy with how beautiful our new bedroom turned out. It is like a dream. Thank you Miko and team for all your hard work. -

Miko and team did fantastic work remodeling our kitchen and our entire downstairs for that matter. From start to finish they were attentive, detail oriented, and easy to work with. It was clear that the entire team took pride in their work every step of the way and wanted nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. The end result looks almost exactly like the design drawings. We could not be happier with the team or the result, which was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Highly recommended! -

Miko and his team are responsive, creative, detail oriented and professional. My husband had an idea to create a corner stone fireplace In our family room. Miko helped to design it and then built it. It is beautiful and works perfectly!Miko also helped us to add full sliding window doors across our family room wall. It is so cool, bringing light in with a great view of our back yard!The team also put in floors and new countertops. I love all our remodeling and Miko made possible! -

We have had a number of jobs done for us by Mikko Pasanen of Miko LLC.Perhaps the one requiring the most creativity and skill was remodeling our next-to-the-master-bedroom spa-with-hot-tub and stone work into a very nice and comfortable art studio with cabinets, sink, and its own heating and cooling system.We worked out the details together, and the work was done beautifully β even more so than we had imagined β and on time, by workers who were a real pleasure to have around.Every time we have hired Miko LLC for a remodel or repair job, itβs been the same story: The work was done right, on time, and with minimal mess. And Mikko is a treat to know.Would we recommend Miko LLC? Of course! -

We needed help with a roof leak. Mikko came out personally and evaluated the problem with the leak, shared what he saw with us, and did the work the next day. We were very pleased with his promptness, professionalism, and the timely completion of the work. I honestly cant say enough good things about Mikko and his team. They did a complete renovated a condo in Scottsdale for us. (2 bathrooms, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, painting) Excellent finishing and easy to work with. (even though I might not always be) Also had many helpful suggestions.After the reno was completed, we were out of town, and the unit below called to say they could hear running water. With no-one else to call, Mikko had a guy go check it out for us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Miko LLC for your next job. -
