I called and Robert (VP Residential Division) got back to me right away and was out very quickly to give an estimate. I needed a panel replacement due to a main breaker going bad. I also needed a hot tub service/disconnect/wiring upgraded for a hot tub replacement. The price was the best of the 3 I received. Within a week a crew of 3 was out and got the work done in about 6 hours. It has been 3 weeks and everything is working perfectly. The guys respected the house, putting sheets over the carpet and cleaned up well before they left. I would not hesitate to call them again when I need something in the future.

We had a Kohler stand by generator installed in late fall and overall, we are happy with the work performed and the company itself. If the review system allowed us to leave partial stars wed give them a 4.5/5; while were pleased overall, there we some small communication issues along the way but they were addressed to our satisfaction. If these guys install your generator, youre going to get a quality product at a fair price.

Just had the Koehler generator installed - Luke, Brian and Ben. Had Spencer do maintenance on our A/C units and Kurt did some plumbing work earlier. Every employee was incredibly capable and extremely nice and polite. In this day and age, you just don’t find contractors as responsible and talented as the group you employ. We are extremely impressed and already recommending your company to our friends. Stephanie also did a great job in coordinating and scheduling. Great job by all!

After calling repeatedly to the company that installed my whole house generator for a maintenance check and receiving terrible service, I reached out to Total Residential. They sent out Luke Hudy who was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was thorough, explained everything, and addressed my concerns about the life of the original battery. He also called out watches for future visits about parts that showed wear. Solid evaluation of my generator. I grabbed multiple of his cards as will I recommend him highly to my neighbors with generators.

Total Mechanical did a complete HVAC replacement for us just after we purchased our house last month. Of the 3 estimates we obtained, they werent the least expensive, but they were the most informative and Robert instilled the most confidence. We couldnt have been happier with our choice. They showed up on time. Their work was excellent. When they finished you couldnt even tell theyd been there - the clean-up was great. Weve been running the furnace for several weeks now and were very pleased. Im sure well feel the same once AC season arrives.

After securing multiple estimates for replacement or our 20 year old HVAC system, we decided to go with Total Residential. What a great decision! Price was competitive. Annual maintenance of AC system and older basement furnace. Technician did an outstanding job and informed of us slight out of spec readings on a capacitor. Appreciated being alerted to this fact and will be watching these on the outdoor fan moving forward. Total Residential did an A+ job start to finish on replacing our two furnaces and two A/C units. The Sales Director (BJ) explained all the options and didnt try and sell us things we didnt need. Stephanie did a great job scheduling and coordinating. The 3-person installation crew was courteous, worked diligently for two days, explained everything once they were done and cleaned up perfectly. It was a big job, done right.

We had Total Mech. install a Trane Furnace and A/C unit in our home 2 years ago May. At that time the communication and professionalizm were top notch. We are even more happy today as we had an issue with a electrical communication system in the furnace stopped working yes 90 degrees high dew points and it stopped working. I contacted Total at 3:30 on a Saturday, within 10 minutes the tech was on the phone telling me he would be there around 6:00. And he was, excellet service excellent people.

I could not be happier with Total Mechanical. Our remodel 17 years ago was complicated and extensive as we made changes to our home that a large part was once a milking barn from the 1800s. We started with just the heat and over the years have also switched on Total Mechanical for plumbing and electric too. Hi My name is Marty and heave been dealing with Total Mechanical for several years. Upon my request when talking with Penny in customer service, she went above and beyond what would have been expected to help me solve a problem before I went into surgery that week. She was understanding, professional, cordial and willing to help me out with my electrical request. Ill summarize this by saying that Penny is really good at her job and would highly recommend that you hang onto this employee. The second part is Jason, the electrical technician, that did the work. He was also professional, understanding, and takes a lot of pride in his work which is why I requested him and have dealt with him in the past. His expertise in resolving my issue was as if he was doing his own personal project. In closing, I would HIGHLY recommend both of them to friends and family.

Robert K. was very knowledgeable & professional in assessing our current HVAC system (2 yr old furnace & 24 yr old Trane AC). was able to recommend tweaks to our existing furnace in combination with a new 2-Stage Trane AC to eliminate the Too Cold feeling that we usually got from our singel stage AC while still have full capacity during the hottest days. Scott, our installer wa also very professional. Very punctual, polite and most importantly drew on his 22+ yrs of experience yielding an optimized install/replacement of old AC and adjustments to our 2 year old furnace and the addition of a new control panel to help our system run leaner & longer, eliminating the A/C units frequent cycling on & off, which = feeling cold too often. We also added a Bipolar Ionization air cleaning system that is maintenance free to greatly reduce the stuffy house smell that can result from keeping the house closed up during the cooling or heating season. Especially important now with the smoke from western forest fires and our allergies as we get older. Highly recommend Total Residential for their ability to properly diagnose and recommend what 3 other quotes missed. I truly believe the right installer is equally important if not more so than the right equipment.
