I recently contacted my home warranty service regarding constantly running toilets, and Horner Plumbing was assigned the job. Ironically, the toilets stopped running after the work order was submitted. However, when Erik arrived, he quickly determined that the internal components were old and not functioning properly.After his assessment, Erik reached out to the home warranty provider to confirm the work was covered. Once approved, he promptly fixed the issue. Even though I work from home, I hardly noticed he was there- he was quiet, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Horner Plumbing for their excellent service.

We’re not completely done, but I’m already having a great experience with Horner Plumbing. The service manager Brian and Erin in the service department are smart, efficient and genuinely happy to help me. They understand how to work with AHS insurance to get things covered, and they’ve reduced my costs to a bare minimum, much better than I was expecting. We’ve scheduled for a fast completion, and we’re likely to have four separate issues done in one day. I expect to post again next week that everything went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone at Horner, including the plumber Eric who got things started by scoping out the job and getting the right information back to the shop!

I called Horner Plumbing on very short notice to come help me figure out why pipes making noise in apartment building. Tenant was upset but not willing to wait for service. Horner came out to the apartment with me upon very short notice and went the extra mile to help me figure out the problem. THANK YOU!!!!

Staff at Horner are extremely helpful both in the arrangement and actual work done. Brian scheduled the work and was extremely efficient. George was on site to do the work. Our plumbing issue was not straight forward and George provided great insight into how to find a fix the issue. Happy to say we are all set and our shower is back in action. These guys are total pros! Horners staff gave us a lot of confidence!

I want to state right here and right now how very much I appreciate Andy from Horner Plumbing!! He came out here in very cold weather to fix a water break at our condo. One thing led to another as additional leaks occurred in the shut off valves, etc., necessitating he wait for the water works people to come out, all on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. He was here for many hours, and he acted very professionally, even though he was out in the cold on a weekend night, when Im certain he would have preferred to be home with his family. The work he did was top notch, and Im very grateful for Andy.

Grant was our plumber and he did a phenomenal job. The stem broke in the faucet to turn on the shower. I dont know anything about the cardiovascular system or plumbing and they might as well be the same. Jerry helped us find fixtures that matched. When Grant got here he found the entire shower valve in the wall needed replacing. That didnt surprise me, weve re-piped the whole house accept for that section in the wall. Id have given the team from Horner 5 stars accept Jerry never let us know when the plumber would be at our home. Luckily for everyone I was home Friday afternoon when Grant got here.

Horner Plumbing will now be my go to plumber going forward. I was having hot water pressure issues in my bathtub. I had one plumber come and spent $150 to have him say he couldnt resolve the problem. Based on a recommendation, I contacted Horner Plumbing. They felt confident they could resolve the issue. They came out the next day and replaced a part. Problem is resolved! Thank you Horner Plumbing!!
