    Great service! I called 6 different plumbers and PJ’s were the only ones actually open 24 hours. Fixed a clogged kitchen drain at our rental that Blau couldn’t fix (they only snaked 25’, but PJ’s finished the job). Really pleased to have found them and will definitely use them again!

    I am very pleased to comment on my service from PJs Plumbing today. My wife and I had 3 emergency plumbing leaks. I temporarily solved the problem by turning off the water main. This was not convenient but it temporarily stopped leaks in the kitchen and basement. PJs came this Monday morning and solved the 3 problems before lunch time. They were wonderful!     I noticed a leak in my pressure tank on a Friday morning called DJS Plumbing, they had someone there by 12:30. They fixed the problem temporarily so I could have water for the weekend, they started the work I needed done promptly on Monday morning. I needed a new pump for my well and pressure tank. They had a crew of 3 gentleman that completed the job that day. I have used this company before and have always been treated with respect and they have always been very courteous. The work performed is nothing but quality and at a fair price.

    Noticed a small gas leak during maintenance on a dryer. PJ’s plumbing had someone out within 4 hours to replace the valve and address the leak. Not a big job, but they were quick and efficient. Would absolutely recommend them!

    PJ Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company in the Lake Country area. We are forever grateful to the owner, Paul, for his timely response to several issues weve had over the past year. What we thought was a leaking wash machine turned out to be a leaking pipe. PJ Plumbing promptly dealt with the issue and the cost was reasonable for a simple repair. Fast forward to the 4th of July, our hot water heater (over 15 years old) decided to leak at the top and water was flooding our basement. We called PJ Plumbing the next day, which was an observed holiday, and Paul himself came out to assess the situation at no charge. Paul was willing to replace the broken value above the broken hot water heater so that we could have running water, but we decided on the alternative of waiting and having someone come out the next day to install a tankless water heater. Long story short, the tankless water heater was a faulty unit and we waited almost 6 days for hot water. Although the situation was frustrating, Paul was there every step of the way. There were other problems unrelated to plumbing that needed to be addressed during the 6 days like updating our electric meter so that it could handle our new water heater and furnace at the same time. Throughout the process, Paul answered calls after work hours, sent plumbers out to check on the status of the job, and replaced the faulty unit with another one that functions wonderfully! Just a few months later I clogged our kitchen sink. Without hesitation, I reached out to PJ Plumbing (after hours) and Paul immediately responded. He sent someone out to fix the problem the next morning, talk about quick service. We would like to acknowledge our primary plumber, Tyler, for his amazing workmanship and professionalism. He is the kindest young man and we are beyond appreciative! Thank you so much! Hopefully we wont need your services for awhile, but if we do, we know who to call!

    My entire experience was OUTSTANDING for the second time I needed their help . The service guy Phil was on time ( a little early) Very polite and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my issue. I also had two other concerns beside my original clog which Phil addressed as well. Phil worked very carefully because I had some older pipes that needed to be worked with and he made sure that those did not get damaged. He took care of all the plumbing issues I had while also moving at a good speed in order to keep the labor cost low and all while answering and explaining any questions I had. I highly recommend P.J.s Plumbing as this is the second time I needed there service and each time the service was prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. Hopefully I wont have to call a plumbing company again, but if I do it will be P.J.s.

    I have had the good fortune of using PJs Plumbing for the last 3 years. They have attentively addressed all of my plumbing issues quickly and professionally. They have helped redesign and rebuild my hydronic/radiant heat system and due to their input and installation expertise, I have a much more efficient, working system. They also replaced two tankless water heaters over the past year. Their pricing was extremely fair and their technicians have been knowledgeable and efficient with their work. I find it hard to find service companies that you feel you can really trust. Often the first interaction is the best as they try to earn your business. PJs has been great on all interactions. The service has never been compromised. Each time I have needed them, they have been as pleasant and professional as the last occasion. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of plumbing work -- big or small.

    Paul and his team really helped us out in a bind. With an older home your pipes starts corroding from the inside, cant be seen. We had some plumbing work done, then a little more, as a result of the little by little fixes we ended up losing significant water pressure. Paul responded quickly to our needs.     We had PJs here about a year and half ago to convert the home to tankless system. They replaced the toilets and some faucets and we couldnt be more pleased with the work they have done. They reccomended a bidet toilet seat which is awesome especially in winter with the heated seat! Weve had them out a couple times since and they are always very receptive and helpful. I would highly recommend them to do any work in your home!! 5 star service all around!!

    I met Paul for the first time today. I thought I needed a new water heater since I had no hot water. Paul arrived on time, was courteous and professional! Once he was in my basement, he saw my pilot light was not lit. He lit it for me then took the time to show me how to light it should it go out again. A very pleasant lady answered the phone, set up the appointment that same day, yes!!, and let me know that Dave K would be coming. I could not have been happier. Dave K was polite, knowledgeable, pleasant, extremely well versed and well mannered.     We had an all around great experience with PJs after our three year old decided to flush a toy car down the toilet!We called Paul around noon and were lucky enough that he was able to make it to our house the same afternoon. He was professional and courteous during his visit, even listening to the same three-year old introduce all of her favorite toys by name.Well definitely make use of PJs again in the future and would recommend anyone in the Milwaukee area to do the same!

    I worked with PJs remodeling my home for about 14 months. Replaced all bathroom fixtures, moved some minor plumbing in kitchen and installed plumbing and fixtures.Always showed up on time!! No hidden costs. No problems with installation. Now, three months down the road, every thing is still running great.

    I called several companies because we were seriously considering going back to a conventional tank water heater after having so many problems with our 8-year old tankless. When I called PJs and spoke to Doreen, she was the only person I spoke to who suggested that our current unit was still under warranty and I should call Rheem and have them service it at no cost. I did just that and, of course, that problem was not covered under warranty. Paul came over within 1 hour of my calling back. He said I would not be disappointed with the performance or longevity of an AO Smith tankless water heater. We had the set-up for a tankless, and it would be an added cost to convert back to a conventional. Plus for resale value, quantity of on-demand water for large bathtub, and low energy cost, he talked me into staying with a tankless unit. So far we are very happy with the performance, temperature and cost of running this tankless. Low maintenance (only need flushing every 2 years) while our 8-year old Rheem needed burner cleaned or replaced every year (what a pain that thing was!!) For the install the next day, Paul and his crew showed up early, got the job done quickly and efficiently and Paul provided the Federal rebate form for the $300 rebate. Paul and his crew were the highest caliber of workmen I have seen. Not the usual luck we have had with plumbers. From now on, we will be using PJs for all of our plumbing needs.

    PJs plumbing exuded professionalism from the estimate to the completion of our large project. Our Elm Grove home still had galvanized piping, endured multiple additions, mixed with obvious DIY work as well.Other companies only wanted to tackle portions of the project but we were looking for one company to tackle the entire project and add a little bit of cohesion to our spaghetti of pipes.The crew was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly communicated for the duration of the project.     We had a plumbing emergency and had to locate a plumber to help us in a pinch. The staff at PJs was the only plumbing service to call us back quickly and within the hour someone was at our door ready to fix the problem. Our plumbing issue was even worse than we we thought. We were scared we would not be able to afford the repairs. They reassured us they would do all they could to make sure we had plumbing and we would not have a huge bill. They were right! They fixed our plumbing the very next day ( was not an easy fix). They were very proffesional, cleaned up after themselves ( what little mess they made), and didnt charge us an arm and leg.     We contacted PJs Plumbing for a emergency at our house right at the start of the business day. We had the owner stop at our house less than an hour later on his way to a scheduled job. He was professional, courteous and made it clear that customer satisfaction is a high priority. They completed the job today, everything looks great - no signs that a contractor had even been in the house - and this wasnt a small or easy project but with having just one bathroom in the house it was an absolute must!
