Franz plumbing went above and beyond for my small business. We were in a pinch with a broken sump pump. They came out quickly to come up with a plan and estimate and had the work completed within 48 hours! They were friendly and the price was fair. They will be my first call the next time we have any plumbing needs! -

We had a really slow drain from the shower. Being no strangers to snaking our own I was shocked we couldnt clear it. I called another local plumber that came out and told us the cast iron (house built in 1949) was too old to snake and that we needed to replace the whole stack, quoted us $5k. For $5k figured Id call around. Todd took my call Friday morning and was out Friday morning to take a look. Actually he said, I cant drive by your house and not check so Im going to be there in 20 minutes. Great customer service off the jump. Todd did say theres a deeper clog and that he recommended cutting in, snaking it and putting in a vent. That was last Friday, today is Tuesday and Riley just left. Shower drains like my wallet in Vegas. Great work, worked fast, communicated throughout (Riley even called to tell me he was on his way this morning), saved us $4,800 and importantly earned our business for life. -

These guys are great! Called Monday morning and after two quick texts Jeff sent me a quote to replace my disposal. He came later that day to install, was in and out in under an hour and totally tidied up after himself. Highly recommend!! After having a very disappointing experience with one of the big guys, it’s so great to know a local small business to call! -

I called Franz to correct a sump pump issue that was not properly addressed by another contractor. Todd responded promptly to my call which was made on Christmas eve. We made an appointment for the following week and Todd was on time. I previously had a different plumber insist that I should replace my 15 year old pedestal sump pump with a submersible pump. I told him that I preferred to stay with a pedestal pump as the old one that I had hardly ever ran because the float could be set higher as my sump crock always holds some water because there is a high water table in my area. I wasnt home when the plumber arrived and he installed a submersible pump that the float could not be adjusted on. As such, the pump was running every 15 minutes because the float was below the water table. I called this plumber twice afterwards and he insisted that this is the way its supposed to work. I disagreed and had Todd Franz assess the situation. He agreed with me and installed a pedestal pump and set the float higher. The pump hasnt gone off since. Todd was very professional and did a quick install at a fair price. He certainly will be my plumber for any future needs. -

I found Franz Plumbing via a Google Search for plumbers near me as I wanted a second option lined up. I had never heard of them prior to this service call but they were able to show up and help prior to my first option. This was important to me as my leak was related to my kitchen sink and dishwasher so going several days without help was not ideal. The Franz crew was timely, quick with their work, and enjoyable to chat with. I was very happy with their ability to help me out so quickly.Needless to say, Franz Plumbing will be my first option going froward and I highly recommend them. -

I needed the the main shutoff replaced. There were doing service in the neighborhood and as they drove by as i was outside he waved. I found this to be very friendly and decided to give them a call. They came promptly and gave me a quote and were very friendly so I hired him to replace the valves. It would be coordinated with the city they were very prompt and did what I thought was very professional job. I’m getting a quote for other work. -

We had used Jeff Franz for a few plumbing needs and know that he will make every effort to help us - especially in emergencies. In fact, the 2 most recent calls were for a new water heater install when the old one was leaking all over the basement and just yesterday when water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. Those are when you need a plumber quick and Jeff got a couple of his crew to come to the rescue. Couldnt recommend him more highly! Thanks Jeff. -

On a Saturday morning, we discovered that our water heater was leaking heavily out of the top and likely on its last legs. Fearing that the problem would worsen, we called around to see if we could talk to anybody. We were unsure whether we had a full-blown emergency on our hands, so we didnt want to shell out extra to have anybody come out on a weekend if we could avoid it. Thankfully, one of the messages we left was with Franz Plumbing & Piping. In less than an hour, we got a reassuring call back from Franz, and they were able to come out first thing on Monday morning to install a brand new water heater quickly and without incident. We definitely recommend Franz Plumbing & Piping. -
