    Called due to sewer pump weekend emergency and they came right away. David C. was very nice and professional and went above and beyond to help locate the issue including having a supervisor run a camera to locate the system buried in my front yard. The pump was 7yrs old and still working using a manual off/on, so they told me to call them back once a new pump is needed (and even recognized that the current pump doesn’t appear to be the right fit for size of the piping up to the city sewer line). Very thankful for their fast and friendly response to the sewer pump issue!!

    Luke was absolutely amazing! He was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. As a woman, it can be difficult to be home alone with an unknown man. Luke, however, was so wonderful that I did not feel unsafe for a single second. His supervisor, Louis, was the exact same way. When they were unable to fix my issue (through no fault of their own), they made plans the same day to come back and do what needed to be done to solve the problem. I definitely would recommend this company and these two individuals that I had contact with.

After just looking at what was very little visible damage he was able to accurately determine precisely where he needed to cut drywall to fix my problem.     Mr Doug is one of the coolest plumbers I’ve ever met. Accesses the situation comes up with a solution and jumps in there to fix it. Is courteous, even when you ask a dumb question.     Our whole experience with Roto-Rooter was great! I called on New Year’s Day, and the person who answered was professional and very helpful. She said the person would come by between 8am-12pm. I got a call right at 8am asking if it would be ok for our plumber to come by. Within a few minutes, our plumber, Luke, arrived.     Toto Rooter has been my go to for my plumbing work for years. They come out when you need them the most. This time we got a better quality water heater than the one I had purchased the last time. And I found out I had way too much water pressure going thru my home. So I got them to install a regulator inside. Thanks roto rooter for getting me back to having hot water. The tech was very helpful and did a very excellent job for us. My wife and children liked the work he did too. He made the water heater experience a good one.

    Had a leak in the wall behind the shower. The plumber came out and cut the supply pipes and put a shutoff valve on one of them. He didnt have a second valve, so he capped the other one. He also didnt have a replacement shower valve, but he gave me some DIY advice on how to fix the problem myself, save a pile of money, and get back up and running.He was polite and professional and did the work efficiently. The only issue I had was that Roto-Rooter texted me and said he would be there around 8:30 am, but it was nearly 10 am when he actually got there. -1 star for that.

    We were unsure of what plumber to use when our shower started leaking. We saw that roto rooter was google certified and highly rated. Scheduling the service was easy and they were able to come out quickly. Our technician, Teddy, was very friendly and finished quickly. He explained everything before he started and showed us everything when he finished. I really appreciated that he followed all cdc recommended guidelines. The price for our repair was slightly less than the average price we found while researching. Overall a very easy process and I would highly recommend.

    A pipe in our basement garage developed a pinhole leak. We noticed it early enough to avert any water related damage. It was near a previous leak repair from a year ago. We decided to contact Roto-Rooter again since we were pleased with the previous repair. Technician Anthony Bone arrived within an hour of our request for service. Anthony provided a detailed assessment of our situation. Our pipes are over 30 years old and the soldering technique applied at most of the pipe joints during construction was not the best quality and the pipe joints have aged and are prone to fail now and then. He explained that the newer technique of crimping the joint fittings is more reliable and durable. Instead of repairing just the one spot that was leaking, Anthony replaced an entire section of pipe that included joints which might otherwise fail in the future. Afterward, my wife & I were surprised to learn there would be No Charge since the leak was so close to the previously repaired leak. While he was here, Anthony also answered many questions we had about other plumbing issues such as products available to keep our pipes clean and flowing freely and what to expect going forward as the home & pipes age further. We were very pleased with the quality of Anthonys work, his attention to detail, his level of Professionalism and Customer Service. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter again and hope Anthony Bone is available.

    We had a major sewage explosion in our brand new house. Raw sewage was literally pouring from our ceiling. Roto Rooter got there in 30 minutes and took care of everything, from repairs to cleanup to coordinating with our insurance. Everyone has been wonderful to work with and we are very pleased. After assessing the situation and determining possible solutions, he described what courses of action for short-term and long-term solutions. At my request he also gave me an idea of the costs facing me.According to Murphys Law all drains functioned perfectly while he was here. I decided to take no action now, but will call and schedule one of the remedies Chris suggested. Chris was a perfect gentleman in my home. He was thorough and forthcoming. I appreciate his demeanor in all ways.

    Quick response. First time use at this location but have used RR before. Their business ethic pays dividends for the customer. Thats why they are my plumber of choice. Joseph responded and we briefly discussed the problem. He informed me that the clean out procedure may not work and may involve more expensive. No surprises and I signed the authorization to proceed. He cleared the problem and recommended that their camera crew come out and see if they could locate where roots had penetrated the pipe. They came and found the location of the pipe breakage so all thats left is to replace that section. Job well done- just as I had expected.

    We had a hot water heater problem in a home we had purchased and were renovating. We tried to get it fixed with our home warranty and had contacted roto rooter for an evaluation. Jason came out and diagnosed the issue and with the home warranty to find out what we would be reimbursed to fix the issue. Although he could fix the issue we followed his recommendation to replace it. Within 24 hours it was done and now we have a new hot water with both a warranty from the manufacturer and the installer which give us peace of mind.     Its rare that I post feedback. This time I feel I must. Domenic arrived, I told him of low hot water pressure. Old iron pipes restricted was my thoughts, he confirmed. After returning with supplies they started to work immediately. From about 5 PM til about 10 AM, worked through the night replacing all iron pipe with PEX and 1/4 turn shut off valves throughout. Yes all night! Everything flows as it should now. As a quadriplegic, I can tell you the value of simple things like a nice relaxing bath or shower and how it helps to relieve pain. Scottie McLeod (Tech 233) and Anthony Lackey (Tech 2587) came out and quickly identified the leak and were able to repair it. They were clean, courteous and practiced Covid protocol. They were thorough explaining what they were going to do and explained the paperwork. We also used the water restoration team as well. Derrick, Tyrone and Jess were very clean removing the damage and very careful with how they disassembled our kitchen to find the leak.
