Unfortunately, my older home has experienced some plumbing issues of late. But when problems arise it is important to have a friendly, competent and trustworthy contractor to resolve your issues. Chase has been out to our place about 3 times now, and on each visit we have experienced timely, competent service and fair pricing. Came to do some work for my elderly Dad. I was not present at the time. My Dad called me an put me on the phone so that he could explain to me what he was doing. He might have been able to sell my Dad 100s of dollars worth of unnecessary work, but was an honest and upstanding man, and did not take advantage of my Dad . I appreciate an honest man. We had a broken pipe under our Kitchen sink, and I reached to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on Thumbtack and no lie within seconds I received a call from them and explained what was going on and to my surprise this was the day before Thanksgiving and the lady advised that they could come out the same day, and that is exactly what they did, Jordan and Bryson were two of the nicest people you could ever meet they were professional and friendly I thought I knew them for years.They repaired the piping and they did not take advantage of me due to the holiday and situation we where in.I would definitely highly recommend this company they are aa company of integrity professional and reliable.I hope I do not need anytime soon but they will be my first and only call.Thank You Jordan and Bryson for the wonderful work you did.

I noticed water coming up from between my hard wood floors. Im very thankful that Eric Lovelady was on call, to respond to my water leak. Eric was informative, professional, and his knowledge as a Master Plumber was apparent throughout the whole process. From assisting me with coordinating with a water restorative company, as well as, a professional leak detection agency, to help with pinpointing the exact location of the leak in the slab/wall, Eric went above and beyond. Eric also taught me a wealth of things to look out for as a homeowner, that will assist me with any home I purchase/reside in, in the future. His expertise was above reproach. I appreciate you Eric.

I have been using this plumbing service in the Hoover area for years for waterheater install and flushes, toilet replacement, faucet repair or replacement, etc and have always had a positive experience. You get professional service for a professional price but it has been worth it with no followups necessary after work is performed. Today was faucet and drain cap repair which went smoothly as usual. Friendly service with explanations of work and prices before any work is performed. I even get a slight discount under a maintenance plan which is nice.

Jordan and Chase were amazing! Our hot water heater bit the dust AFTER HOURS (do they ever do it otherwise?). But Jordan was at our house within 30 minutes at 9p to get assess what was going on and start sharing options on how to get things fixed. I had meetings with clients that meant I needed a hot shower and within an hour and a half later Chase was at our house with a new hot water heater tank that the guys were ready to install. Everything was up and running again with a brand new setup and I felt like every option was clearly explained without any pressure to move in any particular direction. I also had a water heater that was 11 years old. Chase helped me decide on rather or not to replace the water heater by giving me pricing and a break on replacing pressure valve if water heater was installed at same time. I ultimately decided to replace the water heater as well as having the pressure valve replaced. Now I have a new water heater and pressure valve with warranties. Worked quickly and efficiently, and the estimate held true to the cost. Chase, my tech, was polite and easy to communicate with- and even though he didn’t have what he needed to do the job, he didn’t offer to reschedule. He went to the shop, got it, and returned within 30 minutes to finish it up.New issue repaired today by Eric. Another great experience! So glad we found you guys!

Michael Childers came to do scheduled maintenance inspection last week, discovering some serious problems with my water heater. Today he came and installed a new water heater. The price was the best in the area, but the BEST part was Michael’s customer service. He was east to talk to, very transparent, incredibly helpful, and genuinely a great fellow. Plus, he was done remarkably fast! I appreciate BFPlumbing all around and have never had a bad experience with them, but Michael really stood out as a great person with wonderful service and personality!
