Absolute five star experience. They came out ASAP to evaluate our issue, informed us needed a new system (which we had assumed). Within two days they were here installing our new unit, had it completed that day. Excellent customer service on all fronts. The men doing the installation were friendly and efficient, and the office staff was very helpful. Highly recommend this company.

My experience with the company was over the top. It started with the gal who answered the call. She was so friendly and polite and I could tell she was dedicated to get my problem taken care of. The scheduling was immediate and I got an email confirmation, plus a text from the plumber himself. I then received the plumbers picture and bio, with his credentials. Then he called to get more specifics to be sure he had the right parts for the job. There were two guys on my call which sped up the work. It was in a 2ft high crawl space so they took photos and gave me a complete scope of work. Plumbers are never cheap but with where they had to crawl and what they had to do, it was well worth it. Not sure about other plumbers at Dunn’s but the ones I had were OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend.

We have used them for a few projects and they have always done good work at a fair price. I was extremely impressed with my last service call because it turned out there wasn’t anything wrong with the toilet. A washer had dry rotted and they explained how to prevent the problem from happening in the future after running some diagnostic tests. They were honest and did not pad my bill with imaginary problems.

Jonah and Dakota came out to check my flickering dd light today. They called and let me know that they were on the way and arrived promptly. Very nice and polite young men and it was obvious that they knew what they were checking. They gave me an estimate and after finding out that my power box had been installed 47 years ago. They showed me pictures of the breakers and wiring and gave me a price on updating. I feel fortunate that they checked because it was obvious that there were issues. Thanks guys. These guys were awesome. All they came for was to remove the copper tubing from old fridge but then went ahead and told me they could move new fridge into kitchen for me and hook it all up so I didn’t have to be without a fridge for 5 days till Home Depot came back out to install and all for a good price. They explained everything to me as they didn’t all. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Response and scheduling of my service was probably the fastest non-emergency response Ive had yet in this area in the past three years. Gene was our plumber, and he was courteous, fast, and knew his trade, so he was excellent as well. Only downside is Dunns tends to be on the high side of estimates and costs, but even so, I wouldnt hesitate to call again for a plumbing issue, or an install. In fairness, they were only about $150 more than what I expected to pay, and they did do a good job. I am not a big fan of service plans, but they didnt push those as aggressively as other firms. As I am not comfortable with some plumbing and electrical jobs, I have to keep a few companies in the cell phone. Thanks to Gene for a good job, and if needed, I will call again.

Your technician, Cody, did a great job and was very professional.However, the people in the office that took my call neglected to pass on that there was water that need to be pumped out. As a result, Cody was unaware and did not have pump.He did manually solve my problem and scheduled a HVAC tech to visit me today to evaluate the dehumidifier issue.

Jason was excellent! He figured out where the leak was, opened the ceiling, turned off the water main, opened a larger area to reveal the leaking pipe then came back this morning and replaced the leaking pipe. He cleaned up both days before leaving. All this on a weekend!

Justin was wonderful. I needed someone to be honest with me about my air conditioner and air handler. He confirmed what I already suspected. The last person who worked on my air handler, took the screws off of it and left the back of it opened. Why someone would do that I have no idea but he fixed everything that was wrong and gave me information on a new air conditioner. Thank you Justin for everything. I will continue to use them for everything in the future.

HVAC quit cooling around midday and Dunn’s responded immediately. My wife has a serious health condition, it was 84 degrees in the house, and I was afraid the heat would be detrimental to her. Ricky arrived 1.5 hours later and made sure the system was working properly in no time. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. Dunn’s and Ricky saved the day without delay. There was no pressure to commit to anything. I wanted the solution implemented that same day, and he was able to complete all work that day. He was very considerate of my home, leaving things tidy when done. I would utilize this company again for plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs.About a month after the plumbing services, I scheduled a visit for HVAC maintenance. Ricky called when in route, arrived timely, and explained all services performed and any recommendations to consider in the future. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

He explained all the options on pricing with Dunn annual membership included pricing to fix the issue. Zach further took the time to give suggestions to check the ducts and also did duediligence to make sure the unit is working optimally.Overall I am extremely happy with the work Zach did to fix the AC unit quickly. DUNN was quick to come in the very next day when I needed the maintenance asap.

I’ve been sick as a dog and running a meat department during the holidays, so I couldn’t be home for our new unit install. Jason was very patient with my wife and mother in law. This company has helped replace AND work through pre-existing problems with our central hvac. We live in an a-frame house which is notoriously hard to regulate indoor comfort and on top of that, living on the river causing summer dehumidification problems to boot!! After replacement of the original unit, Dunns has been persistant in sending technicians out to work through weather caused problems from the coldest of winters freezing up the gas regulator as well as helping solve the lovely southern summer humidity issues! I could not be more pleased with Dunn’s. While I have SOME knowledge of HVAC, electrical, etc., it’s not lost on me how easy it is to be taken advantage of by disreputable companies. When my a/c went out, Dunn’s was highly recommended as a first stop for diagnostics. Luckily, I only needed a new thermostat vs a whole new system. Certainly the price difference in these solutions is substantial. They chose to do the right thing for the customer vs their bottom line. They were on time, kept me posted on their arrival status, and were courteous the entire time. I noticed my technician took pictures along the way. I assume it was to have a reference for not only for his supervisor, but a record of the situation should a problem have arisen. Dunn’s requires their technicians to be licensed and participate in continuing education. My tech installed a new thermostat, showed me how it worked, cleaned up, and was out of my house in an hour. I will definitely call on them for future needs and will be signing up for their annual maintenance plan. Five stars all the way!
