Caleb and Steven spent a few hours at my home replacing all 6 of the outdoor water spigots. They had started leaking and needed to be replaced. They guys had to work inside my home to access several of the pipes. All work was done on time and professionally, and the guys were a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend Payson Plumbing Solutions. From the 1st call I made talking with Ashley, she was very helpful and friendly. She gave the day and 2 hour window of the appointment and said Caleb would call when he was on his way. Caleb was so helpful and friendly, felt like I knew him for years. He explained the problem and gave me a quote for a new water softener and never had any add on charges. Showed up to install on time and cleaned up everything, explained how to use it. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything so you understand. Payson Plumbing Solutions is definitely my go Plumber!

I highly recommend Payson Plumbing Solutions! We called on a Saturday with an emergency situation. Caleb inspected Saturday, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed on Monday morning. He went above and beyond to check the property again Sunday night and followed up with our home warranty company. Caleb even brought our perishable package inside from the porch for us. These guys really helped us out. We had a broken pipe with a crack that crossed the width of our basement. Rather than jackhammer our floor they were able to use a “sleeve” to essentially create a pipe within the pipe and seal up the crack. It was not cheap! But it saved us so much demo and follow on repair it was worth it. They were great communicators, got us on the schedule pretty quickly, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Caleb did an amazing job with our project! Like so many home improvement projects, things are constantly evolving. He had no problem working around and through obstacles. There were zero hidden costs. His work is fantastic - clean, updated material, ensured other work was up to code, the right amount of OCD to make it look perfect! He went above and beyond for our project and took the time to explain things to my 10 year old who was absolutely fascinated. Now we have unlimited hot water for many many years to come!! (Don’t mind the unfinished drywall and electrical!)

I called yesterday about 5 til 5 in the afternoon. Attempting to install new shower handle, tub faucet and shower head. The faucet and shower head were no problem however try as hard as I did I couldn’t get the cartridge installed all the way and when I would turn on the tub water would also pour out the handle. I knew the problem and knew I didn’t have the tools or experience with this problem to easily get it done. I was told they would be here between 12 & 2 with a courtesy call when they were on their way. I was quite happy when my phone rang at 5 til noon to let me know they were heading this way and even happier when they were knocking on my door within the next 10 min. I told them the situation Caleb checked it out and agreed with me and promptly fixed it. I was charged a rate that I felt was well within reason to get this project wrapped up and the water flowing again.I will call them again and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

They reinstalled my instant hot water heater as well. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Caleb and Taylor did a complete residential plumbing re-pipe and installed a new water heater a couple months ago. Caleb was very respectful of special requests and explained pros and cons of various options. The quality of work was superior. Both Caleb and Taylor are extremely hardworking and committed to doing the job right and to customer service. We had a couple of issues along the way which Caleb handled as they arose. This company can be extremely difficult to reach as sometimes they are out on jobs with no service but the voice mail doesnt say that. So just keep calling and leaving messages. Eventually youll get a call back and once scheduled the communication will be excellent.

They were clean & put down protective items to protect my floors!Amazingly enough…….I had a great experience with a plumber!I asked a lot of questions and they politely answered all my questions! Payson Plumbing Solutions, Caleb, came recommended to be from a community Facebook page. I was in need of having a back closet retrofittedas a laudry room. He installed ALL of the lines and drainage for me.I reached out to him via his Facebook page and had an appointment for a quote set up within minutes! He was out at my house within one business day, and after agreeing on a very fair price, he returned the very next day and completed the work in a timely manner. I am very please with the outcome and am planning to have him back out for another plumbing job soon!

New to the area and I asked a friend for a plumber. I was directed to Payson Plumbing Solutions. I contacted Payson plumbing solutions for a leaking tub drain and leaking pipe in my crawl space. I was hoping to get this covered under my home warranty too. I spoke to Ashley who informed me they did not do home warranty work, but they could provide me with an estimate for my home warranty company. Caleb came out for the estimate and found more to my plumbing priblem than I thought.I was provided an estimate, submitted it to my home warranty and made an appointment to get the work done.Ashley was Incredibly helpful walking me through the process and Is arranging a date for the repairs. Caleb showed up to complete the work and was done in a few hours. Caleb was very respectful of my home, cleaned up afterward and left with everything repaired. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. This was an excellent experience all around and I highly recommend Payson Plumbing Solutions. They will be my go to for plumbing issues moving forward.

We were notified by water department of our HUGE water usage. We Contacted Payson Plumbing and they were able to fix our water leak under our manufactured home the very next day. Payson Plumbing explained to us the age of our plumbing pipes, etc. Caleb and his helper were so professional and quoted us a full home installation of pex ever flow piping. The quote was reasonable and put us on their schedule for the following week. Our whole home now has the pex ever flow piping installed. They also added a water spout on back side of home, replumbed the washer to a different location, raised up the two shower heads to 7 feet. They cleaned up after their work AND informed us of all they had done. The piping is even color coded...and installed up into our current faucets. VERY Professional. Very courteous. They love their jobs and we learned so much from them during their communication to us. We highly recommend them for ANY plumbing needs AND the big job of a whole home installation.

Our shower cartridge was installed upside down causing the water to not get as hot and the pressure to not be so great. I called and made an appointment with Caleb. He went out to find our new cartridge and nowhere in town had it, so he looked for one in the valley and could not find the same one. He offered to put in a whole new shower valve and head so we never have that issue again. He was amazing and I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Thanks so much Caleb!
