Just had both of my toilets backed up. I initially had my home warranty vendor come out and they couldnt detect nor handle the problem. Contacted 1-Tom Plumber and Josh and Nick show up soon after I called them. They quickly detected and explained their process of taking care of the problem and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were both very professional and reliable. They were amazingly awesome.

I called first thing Monday morning and was so relieved that they could make time for my plugged up sink. Josh and Nick were right on time. After a few minutes of evaluation they went right to work. They had everything they needed and were very professional in how they proceeded. When they were done, everything was reconnected, clean and working great.

Our crew of Nathan, Nick and Josh were absolutely great. From the moment we called with a very large water service line replacement they were professional, personable and showed us a work ethic that is just not found anymore. They worked well into the night to make sure we had our water restored and came back the next day to make sure the job was completed to our approval. We wont use any other plumbers again.

Highly recommend this plumbing service! Our garbage disposal wasnt working and a shower was slowly leaking. Josh R. Was able to come the same day! He quickly fixed the leaking faucet and saved us lots of money by fixing the garbage disposal instead of having to replace it.The whole company was great, friendly and informative throughout the whole process!

This is “THE MOST” professional company I’ve ever dealt with. They actually answer the phone.!! Whereas other companies have an automated answering system and may take a while to get back to you. Or maybe never, which seems to be the case these days.Nathan quoted me a price [over the phone] to replace a toilet and stuck with his quote without visiting the job first. He sent two men ‘Nick and Joshua’ to do the job. They were ‘very professional’ in appearance, performance and workmanship. And hauled away my old toilet after replacing it with a new one. This is my “Go To” plumbing company from here on out. They ‘set the standard’ that other companies should model themselves after.

We had a true plumbing emergency today when our pipes were caught in the crossfire of some city construction in our front yard for fiber installation! With no working toilets in the house, I frantically called 1-Tom-Plumber. They said theyd have someone over within the hour and they were here in less than 30 minutes! They sent the awesome team of Joshua and Nick! They ended up running into all kinds of unexpected issues and went above and beyond to navigate them and find the solution to our problems. The entire three hours they were here they were a joy to be around, gave the best customer service and explained everything thoroughly and also kept my home super clean while doing a fairly dirty job! I appreciate the work they did for us today and we will absolutely be calling them for all our needs in the future.
