We needed our mainline pipe repaired. They were very responsive to phone calls, making the quote, and getting us on the schedule. They were very professional in how they acted, explained the situation, and a couple options they could do. We opted to have our mainline replaced. On the day of the repair they were able to do the job they intended and keep to the quote. They really seemed to know what they were doing. They did a great job cleaning up as an extra bonus.

Having Jeremy local is a great thing. We did not have an emergency, but the job was pretty big. A urinal, a drinking fountain, a hot water heater, a repair of a broken pex elbo in a ceiling, and a 80 foot sewer line in the basement of our building. Took the better part of a week, but it was well worth it. Scheduling was simple. Jeremy came out, gave me a bid on the spot, and I knew how much it was going to cost before they started the work.We had all the parts for the fountain and the urinal, and they were happy to use them.I 100% trust Jeremy, Dustin and EZ Plumbing! They did a great job. You may recognize our front yard due to a matching photo in a negative review about this business. The work they did for the previous owner is excellent, our water pressure is great, and we have had zero issues with the water.We were having some trouble with a bend in our septic line and Jeremy was able to scope it and diagnosed the issue. He was also able to help us with information on attaching to the city sewer line.Jeremy was really helpful, knowledgable and polite. My main water supply line was broken behind my foundation. I called ez plumbing and they came right out to look at it. They told me the bad news and what was required to fix it. They had to dig a trench from my meter at the street all the way across my front yard, under two sidewalks and under one fence. I contacted them in the evening and they were able to do the job the very next morning. They finished within 8 hours and had my yard put back together, I could barley tell they were there.I worked with Jeremy and Dillon and they are both great guys, they were both very professional and personable. By far the most painless experience I have had with a plumber I will absolutely recommend them to any in need of one.

I couldnt recommend E-Z Plumbing and Drain more. Earlier today we had another company come out to give us a quote on installing our water softner. Their prices were outrageous and the technician was quite rude. So, we ended up calling E-Z Plumbing. They came out to give us a quote within the hour. They quoted us for approximately HALF of what we had been quoted with the other company. Of course, we argeed and they were able to complete the installation the same day. Jeremy and Dillon were phenomenal. Jeremy was very professional, personable, and trustworthy. He explained everything to us and did not try to give us a sales pitch. Dillon did a great job with the installation. We would gladly do business with them again.

Im an owner on a local restaurant here in Payson. I called E-Z Plumbing And Drain on a Saturday because my floor drains were backing up. We sat up a 1:30 appointment. Jeremy was on time! We spoke about the best options for my situation. He was easy going and didnt push me in one direction or the other. I decided a main drain power wash was the best option. We decided Sunday would be the best time to do this since he didnt want to cause issues with my customer flow. Yes, you read that right, Jeremy came to my business on a SUNDAY and cared about how it would effect my business!Again, on time on Sunday. He got the job done within 2 hours and shown his work to me with a camera and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work he had done before I paid him. He also power washed and cleaned up, leaving no trace of the work behind. Use E-Z Plumbing guys, theyre worth it!

I called and the owner answered. He was wonderful. He worked us in and came out quickly. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, happily answered our many questions, and outlined all the options. The quote was great and we were able to get the work completed in just a few days. As he and his team were installing the lines, when we suddenly wondered if it was possible to place one of the spigots in a slightly different location, he immediately reached out to an electrician and had an answer. He was always respectful, very easy to work with, and very professional. We will definitely call them anytime we need any kind of plumbing work. What a great company!!

Our hot water heater pilot light went off and I couldn’t get it to light myself. Called a couple other plumbing companies and they couldn’t come out for a week! Called EZ Plumbing and they were able to send out a tech that day! JD was very friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed we needed a new water heater unit. They were able to schedule me next day to replace everything I needed. Jeremy was also very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable and got the removal and installation done quick! I normally dont write reviews but these guys deserve it. They are great. We had leaks reported by the city in our house that caused our water bill to be super high and couldnt figure it out. Not only did he find all our leaks in less than a couple of hours, they repaired all the leaks within a few hours in one day and that includes the installation of a new water heater. They did it for a reasonable price too. I will always use him and his business for all of our plumbing needs.

I called for an inspection of my water-softening system, and Jeremy found out that it was an older unit and not working properly. We discussed replacement options and went with a filtration/conditioning system. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he had the new unit installed the next day. We are very happy with the new unit and highly recommend EZ Plumbing & Drain.I called them back to install a garbage disposal and to replace the cold-water shut-off valves in the kitchen and in three bathrooms. So thankful for JD tonight! A piece of our bidet fell into the toilet and caused an issue. E-Z plumbing and drain was the first company I called at around 5 tonight and someone answered on the 3rd or so ring which really surprised me! Everyone is usually tired by 5 oclock on a Friday and ready to relax for the weekend. JD said that somebody would be by seven and sure enough he was here by seven! He had let me know on the phone a rough estimate on what the prices could possibly be if he had to take the toilet off or not and they were reasonable prices so we said OK and while he was here he actually was able to fix it without having to take the toilet off which definitely saved us quite a bit of money! Hopefully we dont have any more plumbing emergencies anytime soon but just in case spaceI will definitely be saving their number 😊👍🏻
