We had a real emergency this past weekend at our cabin in Verde Glen. We were without heat and it was getting down to about 30 degrees at night. I placed a call at about 8 am and Rick fro George Henrys was at the house by about 9:30 am working on our propane heat system. He was able to locate the problem and fixed it quickly for us. A huge relief. Rick was very thorough and professional and appreciated! Thank you for a great experience.

I was extremely beyond satisfied with George Henrys Plumbing, Heating & Cooling company. I called on a Saturday because my air conditioner stopped working. They scheduled me for Sunday, but fortunately there was an opening in their schedule & they were able to come right over. Whew, it was a hot day! The gentlemen that came, Scott & Rick, were extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable & able to access the problem & begin the fix. They were not able to obtain one of the parts they needed, a motor, until Monday. So...they went out of their way to obtain a temporary motor & adapted it to my system to keep me and my pups cool until Monday. I would highly recommend them! Really, Im one of their cool :) customers.

If I knew I could add a photo on this before I filled it out I would have absolutely put a photo of the two gentlemen who worked on my AC unit today. George Henrys plumbing who reviews in the past is now hired to really good people there is a gentleman who was seem to be around for a while and somebody who was new with the company but been in AC work for quite a while. They were both very knowledgeable. Their customer service was very good. When they came to check out the unit they did not try to over sell. When they came into the driveway they both shook my hand and when they left they both shook my hand again. That doesnt sound like a lot. But it gives you confidence when they come in shaking your hand right away. Its almost like were there to help you. And thats the attitude that came across with me. Once again their customer service was phenomenal. The knowledge of the products they were selling, using and when they explain what had to be done on my unit. They sat in the living room explained it to me and made you feel like family. So I got to say again George Henry has two great tecs hired waiting to come in and take care of your problem. I would recommend George Henrys plumbing and AC, and these two gentlemen that anyone, and everyone I know.

I just randomly stopped in to their shop to get some advice.I have a home in California that has some major issues with the AC and furnace. I had gotten an estimate that was very high.I was in Payson visiting and wanted to get a neutral third-party to give me some suggestions. I even offered to reimburse them for their time.I got some very useful advice on heat pumps and air circulator systems that are used more commonly instead of the legacy AC and furnace I would be replacing.All in all a very positive interaction with this company. I am very appreciative.

I tried contacting two other companies to address HVAC needs in Payson but got nowhere scheduling an appointment with either. A friend recommended George Henrys and I spoke with a staff member on the first call, and we immediately scheduled an appointment. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with (office staff and techs), and theyve done an outstanding job assessing our system, performing upgrades and completing the first semi-annual maintenance checkup. I would highly recommend giving GHs consideration for addressing HVAC needs in the Payson AZ area.

Over the weekend my toilet became heavily plugged by the disposal of soggy paper towels while the bathroom was being cleaned. A call was made early Sunday to George Henry’s and immediately I was scheduled for emergency service that early afternoon. I did not have to wait, for that Sunday morning I was met by two very friendly technicians, and after a short period of time the highly professional technicians, Waylon and Austin, told me that the problem had been fixed and that my toilet was operating perfectly once again. Words cannot express my appreciation to those excellent technicians for their fantastic expertise, and to the wonderful staff member who so quickly and diligently arranged my schedule, and for George Henry’s’ in general for being who I know I can always count on for superior service, whether bit be an emergency situation or not. Thanks to all‼️Today, May 10, I experienced a rapid leaking in my shower/ bathtub spigots, which was most upsetting not only financially, but environmentally as I hated to waste water. That situation was resolved by two excellent technicians, Andrew and Jake, who fixed the problem quickly, effectively, and completely. Excellent friendly service, thanks‼️😃

I called them early in the morning on a weekend because of a possible safety issue with my furnace and I was treated so kindly and with understanding from Sharon, the owner. Tried to swap thermostats in the dead of winter. I made a mistake and unknowingly blew a 24 V fuse to my thermostat. I called George Henry and the dispatcher sent a technician within 45 minutes. The technician was very polite as I explained my mistake. He found the blown fuse, replaced it, and checked the system out. I plan on buying a maintenance agreement because of the service I received.

We had 2 appointments scheduled that they cancelled before finally coming out. Due to the first cancellation we had another plumbing company come out and they said we need a line locator but did not have ability to do this.This information was relayed to George Henrys and they stated they have the equipment and was supposed to bring it out when they came. They cancelled the second appointment and finally came out the next day but did not bring the line locator. They did so on the next visit but this lead to additional time and money. They do tell you that there is a 95.00 fee for coming out to the Basin but failed to mention that their clock in time is when they leave Payson to come out to Tonto Basin which is not the practice they do in Payson. They do good work and when I called to discuss the discrepency of hours charged being different that the actual time spent at the job site they did give a credit for one of the charges of 95.00 and along with being they had to cancel the second time gave us a 100.00 preferred customer discount.

He arrived within 30 minutes. He was kind and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue in less than an hour at a reasonable price. It is challenging to find a quick, reliable service call up on the Rim in the AZ backcountry. It was refreshing and surprising to have Rebecca, Waylon and George Henry come thru w flying colors. I will use them for my plumbing needs on the Rim.

We smelled something odd after starting the heater since the previous winter. Called several companies and George Henry had the friendliest phone staff and willing to get out to our house quickly. Our unit was older and wasnt very efficient. We ended up having to replace the whole unit. Friendly staff (Sharon) worked with us on getting the right unit for our home. They did a great job on installation and follow ups to make sure the unit was properly working. The benefit is that we also are saving money on electricity as the newer unit is more efficient.

Austin not only found the leak in the system but he took the time to go underneath the house and make sure all the plumbing was in proper working order and he found a leak there as well, At he fixed.Then he did the repair on the fan.

I discovered I had a leak in the water line from my meter to my home in Pine just one day before I had to travel to Tucson.From Tucson, I called George Henry and described my problem, a leak in the water line running up a steep hillside through native vegetation (Manzanita, Oak and Juniper). I was hoping the leak could be repaired before I returned, so that Id have water to the house again.The very friendly person I talked to arraigned a visit by service technicians within that same week and took my credit card details, promising to call me if the charges would be excessive.They made the repair on the day of their visit having to dig deeply in the hillside through dense vegetation to locate the leak. They left the broken section of pipe on my stairway so that I could see the problem. The charges were very reasonable considering the work performed and I appreciate the prompt and professional service.Kudos also to the friendly, helpful staff people I talked to via telephone, both before and after the service call. I will not hesitate to call George Henry again for any future plumbing work and highly recommend them to anyone reading this.
