    We discovered our water heater wasn’t working Sunday night We contacted Allstar based on reviews. Steve Bradshaw came out by 10 am on Monday morning and diagnosed the two problems with our water heater which were in alignment with our research and personal diagnosis. We opted based on the price of parts and age of the water heater to replace it. What I enjoyed was the no pressure. He presented the facts and let me decide. If I get any sense of pressure from a sales person or tech I shut down the situation real fast. Steve contacted his tech to get a new water heater and water heater, tech, and apprentice arrived within an hour and half. While the apprentice worked on removing the old heater the tech gave us some great advice on plumbing our unfinished basement. Again. No pressure just information. I will for sure contact Allstar for future plumbing needs.

    They are the pros. Great service! Scott was the total expert, he explained what he was doing while we was working on my furnace. He went above and beyond just fixing things, he made sure I was satisfied and understood the options that I had. I would totally recommend this company.

    John S. from Allstar Service and Repair came out and detected the issue with the leak in our ceiling within 10 to 15 minutes, after previously having someone from Any Hour Plumbing here for three hours running the water in our shower and wasn’t able to being resolve the issue. John also didn’t charge us to inspect the issue. He was fantastic to work with and would recommend him to anyone in the Lehi area who needs help with plumbing issues.

    I recently had Allstar Service and Repair come out to give me an estimate on finishing the duct work for my basement remodel, and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. Korey, the technician, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the area and explain the process in a way that was easy to understand. Koreys attention to detail and commitment to make sure all of my needs were met, truly stood out. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated his honest and straightforward approach.     Very great work and honest effort! I wasnt sure that drain could be unclogged! I have old cast iron pipes with decades of corrosion and debris. Alan must be some kind of snake charmer to get that drain working again! Big thanks!

    I can say that all star service was amazing. Everyone is helpful and efficient. My plumbing work was done on time and the day that was designated for the work. Even though my issues were not an emergency all star treated the issue with prompt professional service by arranging a quick home visit. Their ability to communicate throughout the whole process was amazing and all my questions were answered quick and precise. Furthermore, the technician John Snider deserves a standing ovation for his quality of work and professionalism.     Roland is amazing! He came in and proposed a better solution to our issue than the other guys. He was able to get us scheduled a week later, but before leaving he did as much as he could to help our stinky situation.

    We recently had our water main line get a leak. We reached out to two companies for estimates on repairs. All Star was one of the companies and the one we chose to go with. They responded quickly and had an estimate back to us the same day (the other company that we contacted first took 2 weeks to get us an estimate). Travis came out to look at our situation. Our line was under our concrete patio based on the cut off valve location. Travis quoted us to replace the lines (also our culinary water, which had a leak too) going the same route and using the same cut off valves. However, he also advised us that they could re-route our cut off valve to another location in the house and avoid digging up concrete. The new location was also a better location as the original location was in our daughter’s bedroom. He also advised us that our area had rocky ground and there was a chance that staying in the same location could result in having to dig up more concrete if they ran into large rocks. He did a great job determining all options and providing us with pros and cons of each as well as costs. They were able to quickly get to the job whereas the other company was 4-6 weeks out. Travis was great at communicating and the repairs were excellent. They took great care in digging and when everything was complete you could hardly tell the grass had been disturbed at all. Travis and his team had excellent customer service all around and we highly recommend them in every way. We will use them for plumbing needs in the future. I really appreciated their quick service, full details and that they looked at all options and provided a better and less costly way to complete the repairs that wasn’t even considered by the other company.

    Great company, McKay helped us with a drain cleaning and was very friendly and helpful. He cleared the clog that was in the drain quickly and without making a big mess as well as answering all of our questions and explaining everything in a manner that was easy to understand.

    Our sewer line of 57 years collapsed from the road to and even under our house. We had an advertisement mailing from this company and went with them sight unseen. What a fantastic choice it was. They responded to our call for help and were able to diagnose the problem within a day. Val and Marty were assigned to work with us and both of them were so professional. They sealed off all of the rooms that were not affected with the job. At the end of each day their work area was spotless, and they took their time to explain what they had done and what they were going to do the next day. They arrived on time and were very professional, friendly and courteous. It has been a good experience, and we strongly recommend them.

    When I called in the woman that answered the phone was really nice and helpful! We had four bathrooms that had sewage coming up in showers and tubs.     We needed our water heater replaced and everything upgraded to code, our initial contact put us at ease as to the professional nature of the company. A bid was given in writing the following day. Work was scheduled in timely manner and Keith, the plumber was professional, and courteous. He knew his profession and did an excellent job in a timely manner.     Terrific experience! Noticed a minor leak at base of toilet on a Sunday evening. Went to All Stars website and submitted a repair request. They called me the next morning and had a plumber at my home shortly after the call. Cody did a great job, left the area clean and the charge was very reasonable.     Allen was great! We had an emergency leak and the water shutoff for our townhouse wasnt working, and our HOA wasnt cooperating. Allen helped re-direct the water flow into a bucket instead of our drywall while waiting for our HOA to figure out how to shut off the water, and then he went out of his way to find the correct emergency water shutoff outside and got the pipe fixed quickly (again, HOA wasnt helpful at all. Allen was the one who had to find where the emergency shutoff was located and crawled down inside it). He was very helpful and knowledgable and was able to get our pipe fixed even with the headache of an uncooperative HOA. I highly recommend!

    Cody Sanchez with All Star Repair was wonderful! He was the fourth of five plumbers I had come out to do an estimate for a big job. He provided excellent customer service, was very friendly and knowledgeable, he seemed very honest, and I found him to be all-round impressive. He caught things others before him hadnt, he fixed a little issue I had right there on the spot (without charging a thing!), their price for cleaning drains was hands down unbeatable, and it was clear he was not trying to oversell me or get me to do so much more. He had his estimate done before he left (and quicker than anyone else) and virtually everything he bid me came in under the other bids. Much to my amazement, he also followed up with me unlike most of the other companies, and he was great to work with afterwards as we sort out some of the details. Im really glad I found these guys and that I have had the opportunity to work with Cody. Id recommend All Star to anyone, especially if everyone is as great as Cody is! : )

    These guys are the best! And who ever says that about plumbers in expensive and stressful situations? We have an old house and unfortunately have also had 3 major plumbing issues since we moved in. After no response back or appointments booked out for months from other plumbers we were referred to these guys and they have really pulled through for us every time. We never felt pressured and felt informed to make difficult decisions.Travis tried all other options before we had to end up with pipe bursting to fix our collapsed external sewer line. He and the team walked us through every step. When we had a kitchen sink leaking into the walls they fixed it and the team repaired the damage in record time. Val not only managed to help us clean out drains and repair the area around a new line in such hard to reach places, but was also so nice and professional and kept us updated about all progress. We basically have these guys on speed dial and couldn’t be happier in situations that always seem dire.

    Yesterday I noticed my water heater was leaking so I called. He was very responsive. He was here within an hour. He educated me on the pros and cons of a tankless water heater. He showed me a diagram of the monthly savings for the first 10 years of your tankless will pay for the tankless installation. I also got a free water softener I recommend John w. to everyone who needs a serious and educated plumber.

    AMAZING WORK!! Our first experience with AllStar was just ok. We got a weekend repair guy that although he fixed something, he did not fix what we originally called about. However when we called back to have the original problem fixed the guys that came out were amazing. One little project turned into a much bigger one, which happens when you own a very old home, and we ended up needing to replace all the piping under the house. (Dang old rusted out galvanized pipes!) The men that came to our house were incredible. They were lightening fast, did lots of extra little improvements, were very polite and cleaned up after themselves so well my basement was cleaner than when they started!! True professionals!     Easy to see why AllStar consistently garners 5-star ratings. Tech star Steve M made the service call for a sink drain stoppage at my tenant-occupied property. His expert observation identified the non-working disposal as the culprit even though it wasnt jammed and otherwise debris-free and not the undersink P-trap as Id suspected. Dish soap and a household degreaser applied to the sink drain to clear the invisible fatty deposits clogging the tiny vestibules inside the disposal quickly cleared the clog. Even though no repair was needed, I expected the service call fee, which he waived off. Friendly, engaging, a good communicator, and a competent tech, Steve had it all!

    Im not one to usually write a review however I do feel that they went above and beyond with their customer service. Initially my review wasnt a great review because I felt that they werent very honest with me. However I got a call back from Alvin who was concerned with how I felt (which is very refreshing to know that they actually care about their reviews) Anyhow I told Alvin the situation. I was charged $200.00 for a main drain cleaning and toilet removal (It should have only cost $99.00) I took the techs word for it that the main sewer line was not included in the $49.00 special I initially called about. When I questioned the charge later after learning that the $49.00 special did include the main sewer line the tech informed me that it was only included if there was outside access. So I did leave a bad google review initially since I felt like they were being very dishonest. So that is when Alvin got in touch with me and wanted to know the situation. He gladly refunded me the $101.00 and agreed that it should have only cost me $99.00. I stick with my original review that they were nice and efficient and quick but definitely want to change my review that they are not honest. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make it right. Its nice to know that they care and want to fix a situation if it ever arises.     Just a little background. We had just gotten home from vacation and washed 2 loads of wash when we realized there was a serious problem with our main line. We had problems for years and after Steve B. came over and diagnosed the problem we elected to have a full house underground, outdoor spot repair, and lining performed for our sewer. It had been a problem and stress for years and we were tired of constant maintenance and issues with it. Allstar were recommended by another plumber who was unable to clear the line. We also thought we might as well get the supply lines done as well since Allstar was already there working at the time so the whole house received the PEX lines too. Short story long ha ha, Allstar is amazing! This was one of our most stressful things to have done to your home while you are living in it and I had lots of concerns on how it would got and it went wonderfully!! Those are big jobs and require lots of knowledge, knowhow, equipment and mainly the right people. I am very grateful for the good work they have done! Steve, Keith, Val and Jason were our point men that we worked with but their were other team members that did a great job too. Everyone was respectful and professional. They always had time to answer questions and update us on the progress. Believe it or not, it was a very clean process. They were jackhammering our basement floor and taking out old sewer pipes, chunks of concrete and such and they kept everything clean and protected. I was completely surprised how well they did that.I cannot recommend them more! I am very pleased and grateful for their good work and commitment to doing the job right. Although these sorts of jobs are not cheap, they offered an excellent value because they did the job right and for years to come the value will be there! They will be my plumbers forever!!

    I requested a quote from Allstar through Angis yesterday evening (around 7 pm) for a bathtub that had leaked through the moisture barrier into my garage ceiling. This was an issue we have experienced before from a builders issue. I was not expecting a call to get scheduled but they called me that night and got me in the next day. Justin came to visit me within the time window estimated. He was easy-going but knowledgeable with the questions I asked him and assessing the situation. In the end, it was a super quick fix and I learned something I didnt know before. I do have to test the problem out here and see if any further issues arise but Justin was pretty confident it has been solved as was I. Either way, if the issue comes back up, Ill happily call these guys back out again.

    We had a faucet in the back of the house that would not turn off and John came out and capped the pipe that night so we could turn the water back on in the house. He came back and fixed the problem the next day. It was really nice that they dont even charge to come out and look at the problem, even after hours.We also decided to get our pressure regulator assembly replaced since the turn off valve had broken off long ago and we were using vice grips to turn off the water to the house. The old pipes had built up a lot of corrosion as well. He gave us a discount for fixing both problems. We noticed a slight decrease in pressure throughout the house but we probably just need to adjust the new regulator to our liking. Not a big deal.Overall were satisfied with the fixes even though it was unexpected to have to get these repairs done a day after having a new baby.

    Allstar Service and Repair did excellent work on my sewer repair job. I was thrilled with their communication, customer service, and attention to detail. The guys that worked on my job worked in small, confined spaces and had to do some dirty jobs.Everyone from Allstar who worked on my job was great; however, I would like to name a few of the guys I feel went above and beyond. VAL!!! Holy cow, this guy is fantastic. He did an amazing job of sealing off the areas he was working on to ensure that dust and debris didnt get all over the house. Val protected my property and treated it as he would his own. Vals communication skills are top-notch, and when he was on the job, I knew several steps ahead of what was going to happen and had 100% confidence that it would be done right. Keith, Chade, Chad, and Adrian did a great job too. Keith had to come out twice to move my water heater so the area underneath could be worked on, he wasnt annoyed with having to move the water heater more than once, and he made sure that we always had hot water. The guys worked late to get things done, they worked clean, and they communicated with me, so I knew what to expect.I believe that when you have an awesome business owner like Kevin, and you care about your employees, it manifests in the way they treat their customers. Its evident that Kevin cares not only about his customers but also his employees.This is the only Google review that I have ever posted, and it likely will be my last. Still, I feel strongly about the work that was done and want others who may be struggling to find a company they can trust to hear from someone who has used Allstar. I highly recommend this company.

    We had our 57 year old sewer line back up. First time ever. Had 2 other plumbing companies come out and assess the problem. The second plumber said the project required heavier duty equipment and said When we need help with a job we call Allstar Service and Repair. The foreman for Allstar, Steve, diagnosed the problem showing me live camera views and walked me through the damage. He was very transparent with what needed to be repaired and the process. I was given a detailed explanation of the what access was needed and phone numbers to call if I had any questions. Im sure I called more than most, but responses were always prompt. Kudos to the work crews who were very considerate and went out of their way to answer questions and keep us informed. Thanks to Pat, Val, Jason, Tyler, Laz, Kaden and Riley. That is a lot of people but it was the largest repair project Ive ever had as a home owner. While they made the process as painless as possible I hope to never have to deal with that again.

    Just wanted to send out a shout out to Tobias & Art as well as Cody. All three were very professional and courteous. Cody started the job and he explained the drain clog situation well. But due to an injury, Cody was unable to return, then Tobias and Art finished up the job. Also great guys, explained things well and shout out to Art for advising me on a couple of holes on my roof!! Getting that taken care of now. Overall, great experience for a horrible kitchen sink situation. Highly recommend all 3 of these very professional plumbers!

    I had a water heater that went out and flooded the basement. All Star was at my house within an hour and removed the clog to the drain and provided a quick estimate for the repair needed. They also scheduled their flood cleanup crew for the same day. They are very responsive and helpful!

    These guys are the best you can find. We needed to replace a cast-iron main sewer line clean out that rusted out 8-feet underground. I got a quote from one of the largest and most popular plumbing companies in Utah and didnt feel good about it so I gave these guys a call. They charged me literally half as much and did a fantastic job. Took them two days to do the job the right way including permit/inspection, gravel backfill, and compacting the soil in 1-foot increments as they filled the hole. They were kind and respectful and left the site clean. One of the guys even offered to come back on his own time to help me redig the sprinkler trenches that got filled in. Couldnt ask for more. This is one business card I will definitely be saving.

    Jason came so fast and quick I was blown away. I described to him over the phone what was wrong with my hose spigot and he came prepared and ready to fix. I was preparing for the worst for this outside spigot replacement. Jason left a small hole for me to fix in my drywall and made it even easier by recommending covering it with an access port. I was able to ask him questions during his time at my home and took the time to answer all my questions. He left the broken spigot and copper pipe so i could teach my kids about what was fixed.Jason was very professional by cleaning up all the drywall he had to remove from my basement ceiling. He knew what needed to be done to be quick, efficient and take care of me his customer.I really like Jason from All Star Service and Repair.

    I have had the opportunity to use All Star service and repair 2 times in the last year. Both water leaks under what I would consider emergency conditions, one in bathroom and the other under my kitchen sink. Both times Adam sent someone out real quick. The guys were business like and took great care to keep the messy stuff outside rather than in the house like some folks do( made cuts and solders outside when they could) . They were constantly being careful to not bang into my new painted walls and new tile. They were great to keep me updated on their progress and as to what the problem was. Now a year or so later no problems with the quality of work or materials. Would I use them again? You bet I would this company is here to stay and their work reflects it.     The entire sewer system in my 1971 built house needed to be replaced by jackhammering trenches in the basement to replace the old collapsing iron pipes with plastic pipe. It was a large and potentially messy process. These guys are amazing. They carefully moved what needed to be moved, built makeshift sealed walls with visquene to block the dust, and carefully worked around any support areas. This potentially messy job was completed as sanitary as possible and I couldnt be more impressed. Jason, Valentine, and the entire crew did exactly as promised when it was promised. Support from other people in the company included Caden, Riley, and Adam. Even their boss Arnold showed up just to inspect progress, and spoke highly about his guys. I would recommend this business to closest friend, family, and and anyone else.

    After multiple attempts over the last few years to fight the roots intruding in my sewage pipe, I realized that it was time to replace the pipe. Trees are pretty and all, but they sure can do a number on a pipe when they want to get to that water! I had held off because I knew that it wouldnt be cheap, but it was definitely time. I did some research and AllStars rate was very reasonable. But more than that, they did an amazing job. I went with the cured-in-place pipe liner to get the job done quick and efficient. They were prompt, professional, and helpful in explaining the process. And they were very conscientious about cleanup afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having to deal with the unfortunate disintegration and/or intrusion of a main line. Nice job!

    I had Any Hour Rooter Connections come to our home in Spanish Fork to shoot a liner. I felt as if the only thing the technicians from these companies wanted was easy money. I felt as if the only thing the technicians from those companies wanted was easy money. I felt inclined to get a third bid and I ended up getting Tobias and Art from Allstar. Bar none these two were the most educated, not rushed, and they put plenty of time into educating me as to where my dollar would be spent. Being comparable in price, hiring Allstar was a no brainer.     My name is Ginger F. and my husband and I recently used Allstar Service & Repair to replace the underground piping in our basement. The technician who did this work was John S. I want you to know we were totally pleased with not only his work but also the friendly, informative and courteous manner in which he conversed with us, explaining what he was doing and why. He answered all our questions satisfactorily, and performed each task as professionally, efficiently and exactly as he said he would. We could not have been more pleased with John and the job he did for us. We were also pleased with his concern for keeping the work area as clean as possible while he worked. I noticed right away that the portion of the cement work he did was superior to that part done by other workers of the same company. In the future should we require any additional plumbing services Allstar would be the one we would call. We have already referred Allstar to others in our neighborhood with similar plumbing concerns. Although replacing a sewer line is a stressful experience, these five men were wonderful to work with.
