At 3pm I discovered a leak on my first floor ceiling. Modern Plumbing is always recommended in a local FB group so I gave them a call and thank goodness they were able to send out service same day because I was panicking! By 4:15pm they were at my door. They discovered the issue within 15 minutes! Irving was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. They were able to fix the issue quickly and out the door they went! Now I know why their name always pops up in Nextdoor and FB! I will absolutely recommend Modern Plumbing to all my neighbors! Thank you!!

I cannot speak more highly of the service we received today. I had two technicians out here trying to solve a severely clogged bathtub and a major leak behind the wall in our master shower. Previously in the week we had been swindled by a different, big name plumbing company, solving nothing and charged us a ridiculous amount. The techs from Modern Plumbing were professional, affordable , AND FIXED THE PROBLEM! . I’m glad to know there are still honest tradesmen’s out there.

Modern plumbing replaced my hot water heater after I found it leaking through the roof in the garage. The bottom had rusted out, it was installed in 2009. They were very quick and efficient, total of 90minutes to replace. The new one was delivered while the old one was being removed. I am very pleased with the service.

The services from Modern are outstanding. I needed a gas line run to my stove. It took them no time to install the line. My wife was so happy. Then my a/c went out. They also do A/C , I called them back out and they fixed our a/c. Josh was awesome with the plumbing and Jacob was awesome with the A/C . They are fast and efficient. Man these guys have the best customer service out of any one I have ever used. I had a pipe bust and they came out within 2 hours, and that was 45 min away and it was after 5. The guy that fixed the pipe was super nice and did yell at me for holding the light wrong a few times, thats what my dad used to do.

Called in on a pipe leak in the attic over the kitchen at 8:15 am. They said once they get everyone rounded up we will be first stop. Dalton and Ethan rolled up at 8:55 am. Found the leak. Gave me my options and were done at 10:00 am. Great service, friendly and professional. Asked about sheet rock repair and called Donald at the shop to get some references for sheet rock repair. If you need something plumbing this is the place to call.

Jan 2021As promised I called Modern Plumbing again to have a water heater replaced. The quote was the best I received and the next day it was replaced. Junior & Irving did a tremendous job removing the old one and installing the new water heater. They were communicative and followed all safety guidelines including masks and sanitizing area afterwards. And that is why I will chose Modern Plumbing again!Had a late in the day need to replace a pinhole leak in a water line in a closet. Called Modern and they answered the phone and had two professionals out to the house within the hour. Konnor & Chris took their time to fix the leak correctly while limiting wall cuts as much as possible. After hearing of their history its great to hear the success of a 4th generation business and the desire to keep the Business going and name respected. Will call them again for any plumbing need.
