This is the only plumbing company I trust and will use. Everyone who I have had the pleasure to meet or talk to has been incredibly nice and helpful. I have gone through so many plumbing companies and have always been disappointed. This is the only Plumbing company I trust and will forever use. Big shout out to Tim, who was Extremely friendly And an amazing worker. DJ who came over right away when I called and told them that my water heater was leaking. Within 10 minutes, he was at my house and the very next morning he replaced it and Will was also there helping him out and he was great. DJ also told me about flushing my water heater something that the last plumbing company never told me to do. You can tell the people who work for this company take pride in what they do. I highly recommend using this company and will be passing their name along to anyone I know who needs a plumber. Thank you all for the amazing service!!!!

I had a leak in my basement sink with my filtration system, dryer and washer feed to. I emailed them at 11:00 at night and heard back from them with in hour and had an appointment set for 8 - 11 the next morning. They showed up a few minutes after 8. Provided a full house review at no charge and fixed my sink drain in an hour. Charge was reasonable. I pay for an AHS home warranty and since they and their contractor network are so poor, I decided to pay out of pocket to get this fixed quickly. Great job; highly recommended and will use again. If only AHS has this company on their network!

Tim and Darren were able to come out the next day and were on time and professional. While here, they were able to accommodate another repair, which I hadn’t mentioned when scheduling the appointment.

The team with priority plumbing was amazing! I called late at night when a light fixture the level below a toilet began leaking. Their on-call plumber was at another location but assured me that the leaking would resolve once the toilet drained and it could be looked at in the morning, which they were correct. Tim showed up promptly in the morning, assessed the situation and all the plumbing throughout the house in case there was anything else that needed to be addressed. Tim was able to clear my main sewage line blockage and repair where the leak was stemming from. Tim and Nick left the house clean. They were very professional, easy to talk to, and put my worry at ease. I will definitely call them for my future needs :)

Professional & responsive! These folks are amazing! From scheduling to service completion. I love their use of technology. It’s comforting to receive a text with a photo of your assigned technician and who doesn’t love an emailed receipt for record keeping.Customer service is top tier, starting with scheduling! Ashley always makes me feel like everything will be fine no matter the issue. Zach is super responsive, I mean beyond the call of duty responsive and super kind.My last service was performed by Tim and he was just the sweetest. Answering questions is very important to me and he was so patient with me—answering all of my questions, no matter how many times I asked the same ones and with a smile. Tim & Dino responded quickly to the issues that my rocking/wobbly toilet was posing when it would leak all over the bathroom floor from it’s base!!This had been the third attempt of a professional plumber to repair this headache 🤕!!! But Tim was able to “PROPERLY “ (for the first time ever!) make an accurate assessment of the situation and give me proper options for the real problem which happened to lie just below the eyesight of any human in the subfloor! Zach’s crew knowledgeably referred me to a carpenter who was more than capable of fixing my floors. He arrived later that evening, made the correct repairs, and gave Zach’s guys the correct foundation for maintenance on my leaky toilet, which…. Thankfully, Dino & Tim came back early the next morning to finish up on! What a great help to me those guys from PRIORITY PLUMBING & DRAIN were!!!!

The guys did a great job going over my options. Did a great job installing and getting the electric guys here to hook it up. My only issue was the cost. I realize the electricians got a couple hundred but $3000 to install a new electric water heater seems excessive.

They were able to fix the leak in a timely manner and did a full check on all the other systems in our home too. Five stars!Update: Second time using them now and they’ve been great! I messaged on a Sunday and received a prompt response even though they’re technically closed Sundays. Tim is the best, and not only was he able to help fix the water issue we were having , he also helped with recommendations for finding someone to fix the drywall damage cause by the water. It’s great peace of mind knowing if anything goes wrong with the plumbing that we have someone we can call who is reliable, professional, and affordable!

I am writing this because the two men that came to my house are incredible! I consider myself to be a good judge of people right away. I had nothing but good vibes the minute they introduced themselves! D.J. and Nick are the real deal…honest, polite, friendly, basically just down to earth good guys. I had a complete meltdown this morning after finding out they wouldn’t be able to come back out until Monday due to the holiday. Being without water for five days has taken its toll on my mental status to say the least.So while I was crying and filling up any containers I could find with water from the neighbors hose, I saw them coming up the street on their van. I was so happy!!! Thank you to the owner for allowing them to come out and bless us with a temporary means to have some kind of water for showers. I am SO GRATEFUL to all of you. Priority Plumbing and Drain has a very professional team and plumbing experts to help your needs. From the beginning, the booking processes is very easy and the company let you know exactly who and when the Plumber would arrive to diagnose/fix your issues. Tim Greig was the professional the company sent and he is one of the top 30 percent of the Plumbers Ive been dealing with in the last 10 years. Tim showed up on time, diagnosed the issues and give quotes for the repairs of the plumbing issues for one of the toilets in the resident. Although the problems werent immediate to get fix, I decided to get them done and Tim wasnt pushed or recommended me in anyway. Love that from any professionals who wont push you to do things you may not needed. Tim fixed everything and once the jobs were completed, the bathroom returned to the original conditions like nothing was wrong with it in the first place. Priority arrived on time and completed the job with no issues. The company texts with appointment reminders and when they are on the way to your location, which is appreciated. Zach explained all of the features of the new touchless faucet we had purchased and showed us how to troubleshoot any issues we may have with the product in the future. During installation they did uncover an issue that we were not aware of with our water shut-off. Their truck was well stocked so they had the part on hand and were able to fix it on the spot. We experienced an issue with the hot water heater at our rental property and contacted Roto-Rooter...huge mistake! Without going into too much detail about them, they wanted to charge an absurd amount of money to diagnose the issue after the technician looked at the tank and recognized it was a problem he could not fix. But he was willing to be money hungry and take money from us any way. We kindly thanked him for the visit and advised that we would get a second opinion.We found Priority Plumbing on Facebook, read the 5-star reviews, and decided to take a chance! And we are so thankful we did.Priority Plumbing (Zach) answered my call and made provisions to squeeze me into his schedule for a same-day appointment. They came out and identified that we had an electrical issue that was causing the unit to fail, and had enough professionalism and integrity not to run up a tab knowing it wasnt something he could address.Moreover, he took the initiative to contact an electrician he worked with in the past to get an expert opinion. Zach connected us with Wired Up Electric (another awesome company) and the rest is history. Our issue was resolved within 24 hours! Priority at start to finish...awesome! As soon as I made the appointment, I got a text message that stated the date and time the appointment would occur. Then, one day prior I was automatically sent a reminder. This is extremely helpful for me or any one thats busy. The two techs that came were clean, friendly, professional, wore masks and were informative. All fees were discussed upfront. I had plumbing rerouted and run for a new 6ft vanity in the master bath along with new shower fixtures and new whirlpool tub fixtures. This was two separate visits and they were always on time, always thorough and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

Priority Plumbing took the time to explain the difference in pricing of what truly would have been an emergency and that of my situation. Their pricing is very reasonable. Scheduling an appointment was very easy They kept me up to date on the status of my job. My service was performed by the owner Zach, who not only was professional but friendly and courteous as well. Zach explained what he was doing and why and provided tips and tricks we could use in the future. Priority Plumbing stands by their work and I am very pleased with my experience with this company. Should I need plumbing services in the future my first call will be to Priority Plumbing.

Zach and another young man came out to check my backflow situation. After arriving he realized my system isn’t testable but he made sure it didn’t need replacing. I appreciate his honesty as he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. GREAT JOB!!

Zach and his crew are hands down THE BEST. We have had an issue with a busted water pipe in our garage all summer, and I had been putting off fixing it because I felt it was going to be a big project and I didn’t want to deal with it. My husband and I finally decided to just get it done before the winter and I had heard rave reviews about Zach. They were all correct! I reached out to Zach on Saturday afternoon and within minutes he had responded to me, and we had made an appointment. They showed up on time, clean, professional and made me very comfortable with their work. They told me what they were doing step by step, and I never questioned if what he was telling me was true. They are VERY fairly priced, super quick, and they make sure you are 100% satisfied with their job. He even checked on me later in the day to make sure my husband and I were still happy! If you need a plumber, Zach is your guy. I can’t recommend him enough!

Needed my well pressure tank replaced. They did it at a great price and made sure I opted to have the pressure gauge and switch replaced since they were just as old as the pressure tank. They did look somewhat corroded. They took their time to adjust the pressure switch settings and make sure there werent any leaks. They were right, the new tank works great and the pressure switch no longer turns on and off constantly. I highly recommend this company to anybody that wants folks that make sure things are done right at a fair price.

Zach was very informative and was able to work my schedule to get his crew out to remove and reinstall a toilet in my house. When Tim arrived, he was very professional and put shoe covers on immediately upon entering my home, explained everything that he would be doing and asked if i had any questions. Explains everything well and manages expectations wirh up front cost and effort estimates. The guys he sent - Tim and Dino I believe - were sent here for the second time and both times they were amazing. Prompt, efficient, nice, professional, and low maintenance. Also ensured cost was understood and okay before proceeding on any action. Very respectful people I would trust without being home. Costs beyond reasonable and fairly priced in my opinion.
