    GEI Plumbing Senrvice was super responsive to my call and was able to get a technician out to our property the same day. I was given a two hour window for when the tech would show up, and he showed up within the window. Ivan Levi is more than a tech, he is the operations manager. He is knowledgeable, professional, personable, and experienced. I would have no hesitation In recommending GEI Plumbing Service to anyone needing plumbing repairs or Leak Detection.

    I am so happy with the service provided by GEI Plumbing Services. We had an emergency situation with our sewer line and they came out within an hour of my call on a Sunday. They were efficient, affordable, and courteous. I would recommend their service to anyone. If you do use GEI, I hope you are lucky enough to work with Operations Manager, Idan Levi. He was friendly and communicative and made us feel like a priority.

    GEI showed up on the same day so thats a plus. The crew was very professional and cleared the blockage.Downside was they insisted on using a camera to check for other issues. The cost of using the camera was a bit high in my opinion but it did find a pipe break.Great customer service after the crew left. The amount to clear the line was adjusted so Ill definitely use this company in the future!!

    The guys came in so quickly and fixed the gas pipe in no time. It was an exterior 1/2” house gas outlet sticking out from the brick wall. These guys took the old badly corroded black steel pipe out very artistically without breaking the bricks and installed a galvanized pipe through the hole. Very clean nice job! You can see the pictures of what they did.

    The people at GEI Plumbing are true heroes! Within an hour of my call, Guy arrived to professionally present a favorable offer to replace my water heater. He was gentlemanly, knowledgeable, and he patiently answered all my questions.He promised me that l would have hot water restored today.He faithfully kept that promise.His crew is very hard working. When the job was complete, they remained to allow the tank to fill and warm, and they blasted deliciously hot water through all the faucets to be certain of my satisfaction.I am grateful to GEI for arriving when they said they would and doing a hot, hard job cheerfully and proficiently for an affordable price.

    We had a minor misunderstanding and Instead of the company just leaving the issue as is the owner himself called me personally to make things better to my satisfaction. I will tell you there are NOT many honest people left out there but this company proves there are still good honest genuine people still around.     These guys were great! They were able to fit me in a few hours after I called. Their cost to come out is much lower than others and its waived if they do any work. Their prices for work were reasonable too. The gentleman who came out to my place did a very thorough job and made sure to cover all the bases.

    I had a water heater that was not working, including giving a sulfuric smell to the water, which I have read online is very dangerous.I scheduled an appointment with a larger repair company, but they had to change the appointment at the last minute to the next day, due to the long time that it would take to do the labor. Starting at 11:00 a.m., I called every company that I found on Google and several contractors I know, and none were available for same day repair. I called GEI Plumbing after 3:00 p.m., and they said that they would be able to do the work. They came out by 5:15, and had the entire water heater replaced and operational by 9:00 p.m., at a very reasonable price. They are LIFESAVERS, and I am very very happy to have found them. I cannot recommend GEI Plumbing highly enough!

    Thank you for an excellent service. We had 2 clogged sinks and our bathroom. Idan and Eduardo came within 2 hours after we called and were professional. They were able to unclogged everything and told us it was from a clogged vent.

    We had a small water leak that needed to be looked at. They were able to fit me in with an appointment the same day, showed up on time and had my leak fixed in a jiffy. They also took care of a wasp infestation while they were here and we had some great conversation. Lastly they noticed a defect in my propane line that we hadn’t noticed so we are getting a quote to have that repaired as well.

    I am soo very grateful that I reached out to them! They have great customer service and very reasonable price to have my main sewer line replaced. All these other companies overcharge and it’s absurd, with that tactic, I can’t see how they have client retention! Sergio was very helpful and explained to me what my issue was and stayed to make sure that I didn’t have any issues after the repair. I saw how clogged up my clean out was and was so grateful they were able to add a new one. I will definitely use GEI in the future for any other needs!

    Had a late night issue with an AC clogged drainage. The service came out and located the issue within an hour which was tremendously helpful. However, the recommendation to resolve the issue was an egregious amount ($750) to unclog a sink. Otherwise, the service was prompt and located the root cause quickly, after regular hours, for a service fee.

    My tech was very knowledgeable, I asked him questions about what he thought the problem and I had researched my issue online and his trouble shooting was spot on.     I called GEI because I was having a new washer and dryer installed but there was a problem with my valves in the wall and I needed someone to come out quickly. They were able to come out within a few hours and ultimately they did fix my plumbing issues, but it took a long time for them to finish it.The first person came by around 1pm, provided an estimate and then said he had to go get parts. He came back around 4pm, then said he needed more parts again and the help of another person. Then just after 6 a different person came by, also said he needed to go get some more parts, and was back around 7pm. He had to cut a fair amount of drywall out, but ultimately did get the valves and box in the wall replaced, finally finishing the job around 8pm.Overall, Im happy with the repair but the last time I had plumbing work done on my my house with a different company, they had a well stocked van and didnt need to keep getting parts for hours at a time. I do appreciate the same day fix though. I just cant give a 5 star rating due to the perceived lack of organization.

    We had Gei plumbing services come to quote us for two bathrooms, one 3 piece and one 4 piece bathroom, taking them both all the way back to the studs. They were at our house every single day when the job started and were absolutely meticulous from start to finish while keeping the work zones clean and safe, which was important for us with a 3 year old running around barefoot.     I had a great experience with Gei plumbing services Pasadena. There was a bad sewer smell coming from our bathroom and I wanted someone to look at it right away. I spoke with them on the phone and he was very polite and accommodating. Within a couple of hours, one plumber arrived at our house. He was polite and professional.     Gei plumbing services plumber came out right on time and got to work on the replacing gasket. Come to find out the fill and flush parts needed to be replaced also, because they had dried out and cracked (I hadnt used the toilet in awhile. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and I highly recommend.

They quoted a fair price for the replacement and labor to fix the mess that was installed by the previous owner. Even with the sweltering heat they worked quickly and got us installed and up to code.
