My Fiance and I recently moved to the area. One of our sump pumps had died after the last major rainstorm. Pasadena Plumbers gave us a range in their quote when we originally called and were out to us the same week. This father and son duo were super quick and kind enough to go over the brand they installed, charging us the lower quoted amount. They also gave us some tips on maintaining our septic tank since were used to city sewers. We will contact them again in the future.

I discovered my 10 year old water heater was leaking and called Pasadena Plumbers based on their strong reviews on Google Maps. I wasnt disappointed. They were able to obtain a new water heater and replace the old one in less than 24 hours. Tony and Mike were professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with. I had a follow up question about the new water heater the following Saturday and they were able to get me squared away within an hour. Excellent service all around.

Called Pasadena Plumbers based on a friends recommendation while grappling with an all toilets blocked emergency. This husband and wife duo were already booked but they took the trouble to explain a lot about sewer backups to me. They recommended a substitute firm and called that other firm on our behalf. We had our sewer cleared within two hours plus a gameplan for the future. Thank you guys for going above and beyond when I wasnt even a paying customer!

Broken pipe in the wall...as I was turning off the valve in the basement I fell and had to get x-rays on my ankle..unable to walk & unable to fix myself as a result. I called Pasadena Plumber at 2:30 pm after googling plumbers. Tony the owner came out within 15 minutes with his son found the break immediately..Came back out the next morning at 9am as they said they would and had it all fixed and made sure we were all good. Finished by 11am. I hopefully wont have to, but I will call them again in a second if I have any other problems. Local & family owned Pasadena business is the way to go! Highly recommend them!

Had a very nasty surprise today. Our water heater decided to quit and my shut off valve completely failed. Pasadena Plumbers to the rescue!! I couldn’t stop the water and they came right away. Less than two hours later I have a brand new water heater. I am so thankful! They’re a local, family-owned business and they were wonderful. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!

We have used Pasadena Plumbers several times for different minor plumbing jobs. They have replaced the internals in our two toilets that were running, they replaced a kitchen sink faucet and sprayer, and fixed some plumbing under a sink that was leaking. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They show up as promised and their pricing is reasonable. When our faucet was broken, Mike actually went to two different hardware stores to find us a replacement before coming back to finish the job. Because we were so impressed, we are hiring them again for our bigger jobs - to add an outdoor hose spigot and replace our water heater. We are confident in their work and you should hire them too!

Tony and Mike were awesome. These guys are professionals and masters at their trade. I had a clogged drain that I thought I could snake and clear myself 2 days later I gave up. A buddy told me about Pasadena Plumbers, so I gave them a call. They came right out and assessed my problem got my drain cleared. It was not a simple snake the drain and done. I had a massive grease backup and it needed someone who knew what would be the most effective way to clear. They did it and I am a happy man. They also took the time to informed my wife and I on ways to prevent a grease backup in the future. Very thoughtful of them and told me they were not trying to make a quick buck. Use your money wisely when looking for a service that will appreciate your business. Pasadena Plumbers will be my go to plumbers and my recommendation to all my family and friends. Thanks Guys.

Thankfully, I called Pasadena Plumbers Inc and they were able to fix the problem within hours. Everyone at Pasadena Plumbers Inc was professional and extremely courteous. My parents had a clogged pipe from the kitchen over to their bathroom on Thanksgiving Day. I tried plunging and running water pressure down the lines but nothing worked.... We called several plumbers but no one was available. Pasadena Plumbers came out, snaked the line and had everything running smoothly within less than an hour; and he didnt change an arm and a leg. We highly recommended Pasadena Plumbers

I had an issue with a broken pipe in the bathroom and a leak in another. They arrived a couple hours after making the phone call in the morning even though the lady who answered the phone told me it would probably be in the afternoon. A father and son duo. I thought it was funny the son(sorry I dont remember his name) had a lot of colorful things to say about the previous owners plumbing skills. He educated me on what was wrong, why and let me know how to fix it in the future. If you have any issues with plumbing, I highly recommend these guys.

Most compasionate and friendly gentlemen! They truly made me feel as though they cared when my plumbing emergency occurred! They reassured me it would be fixed, offerred knowledge in regard to the issue and were so reasonably priced! They were ny heros today :) if you are in the Pasadena area and you have a plumbing emergency please call this company they are absolutely wonderful and they wont nickel-and-dime you or rob you like Len the plumbers and some of these other big-name companies in the area. They are a family-owned business who really care about their customers.
