On or about 5.13.24 I made contact with Marc, owner of MFZ Air Conditioning in reference to installing a new HVAC System in my home. Within a day Marc arrived at my house **on time** and provided all the needed information for my decision. In fact, Marc advised that only one portion of my HVAC needed to be replaced. What contractor tells you how to save money on the new equipment? The honesty of this guy! Within hours of the in-home consultation Marc provided me with three options for a new HVAC system. Considering Marcs no pressure approach, honesty, knowledge, training and experience in the HVAC business I choose him to remove and replace my HVAC system. As promised Marc and his father arrived at my house on time and ready to work. It should be noted that Marcs father has 55 years of experience in the HVAC business. Within two days the entire HVAC switch out was completed to perfection. Since the May 2024 HVAC switch out Marc has performed numerous plumbing repairs at my home as well as the homes of friends and family. If you are looking for an honest and truly knowledgeable local family owned HVAC contractor, you must call MFZ and speak to Marc.

I can’t thank MFZ Services enough!!! In November I had to replace my furnace. I called Mark and he came out on a Sunday. This is a family owned business, very professional, honest and affordable. Mark and his father explained everything to me from start to finish in terms that I could understand. They made sure they went above and beyond cleaning up and hauling everything from the old furnace and taking it with them. They even helped my son with getting his dirtbike started when they were there. I would highly recommend MFZ Services for all your heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs.

This company is the real deal! Great service, professional, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and most of all HONEST! After using the same company for 30+ years that retired, I was very concerned about finding a new HVAC company. MFZ did not disappoint. Furnace was almost 18 years old last winter when Mark came out on a Service call. When the first cold snap hit this year, no heat turned on and we called MFZ again. Mark was able to come out the same day on a Friday afternoon but the furnace was gone. He called me back a few hours later with options for a new furnace and answered all my questions and concerns. That Monday morning, MFZ arrived to install the new furnace and everything was completed just as promised. Very happy with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Mark was fantastic! He arrived on time, wore protective covers over his shoes, and was very kind. He answered all of my questions and explained everything making sure I understood the answers. I had a glass vessel sink that exploded and needed a new basin installed (and not another glass one either). While this goes out mostly to my fellow ladies, it can apply to men as well. There was no mansplaining, no talking down to, nothing even close. Hands down one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a plumber/plumbing company. The price was reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough and plan on using them for any future projects that require their expertise and services.

Like a predictable rom-com, the AC went out on the hottest day of the year (so far). The company that installed our unit couldnt come out for two days! I did a google search to find the highest rated HVAC in my area, and gave Mark and MFZ Air, Plumbing & Heating a call. Mark came out within two hours and had our unit back online in a half an hour. Honest guy & company who prioritize customer service. They will be getting all of our business from here on out.

Lifesavers! My AC died during 100-degree weather and MFZ had it fixed the next day. As a woman, Im always nervous to call service bc Im sure to be ripped off. So not the case here. Im glad to see Mark and Markie are finally using Google. People need to know what good service the get with these guys. Mark put heating and air conditioning in my house 28 years and the units are still going strong. 28 years. Can you imagine that? Mark does all my plumbing stuff. PHot water heaters, faucets, new t0oilet and repairs old ones, garbage disposal. You name it. I remember one weekend (memorial day) my blower stopped working. Within an hour Mark was there fixing it. Try getting that service somewhere else. Mark has even installed a new sink at my commercial location. He helped me open my Repair Shop by installed drains, sand trap tank and oil separator tank. and a ventilation system. We’ve used MFZ Services on a number of occasions for plumbing, electrical, an refrigeration issues and improvements. They came highly recommended by our Real Estate agent right after we moved into our home. Mark is a true expert with several Master licenses, completes the work with care and skill in a prompt, efficient manner and for a very reasonable cost. He and his son were great to deal with. On two occasions I was calling for Emergency help (one plumbing, one electrical) and they came right away and solved the problems. Mark is the guy you can call to tackle the tough problems when others have given up, but he will also quickly take care of more common issues with a smile. I fully recommend their services and will continue to call on them for all of my electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and HVAC needs.

I have to say its hard nowadays to find a honest and really intelligent person like Mr. Mark and with multiple Master licenses he holds. He is very old school and when I say that I mean by how he conducts himself and the honesty he believes in. He could easily charge more then he does for his services but I believe with him its more about doing things right, affordable, and to help people more then anything. His sons are the same way and you can tell that they have learned from one of the best and its cool because you can see they have their own specialties but know how to work together as a team to get the job done. They were all pleasant to deal with and got the jobs done fast and Im not gonna complain about saving money neither. Its nice to know that theres people like them that still exist unlike alot of these commercial corporate companies and I would 100% use their services again. You will see for urself when u decide to call them.
