Had an emergency gas leak and Justin came out and spent 3 hours going over every inch of our gas lines and then came back the next day and fixed the issue with Jason. They made me feel a lot safer with all the information about the gas lines and showed me what to do if I ever had that problem again. Will always call them for my plumbing and gas lines . Thanks!!!

We were very happy with our service from Greer Water Works. They scheduled us quickly, coming out the same day we called to diagnose the problem on our well tank. And when we needed a new part, which had to be ordered, our technician Wyatt was able to do a temporary fix and then he returned 2 days later with the new part and installed it quickly and efficiently. Wyatt and his helper were friendly, clearly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, as was the office staff on the phone. We will definitely call again if we have a need in the future and recommend them to others as well.

5 star service! Called Greer Waterworks due to a garbage disposal that stopped working. Brian came out and fixed it for me and saved me from having to buy a new one. He was so nice and knowledgeable and even gave me some tips on how to keep it running properly and how to keep it clean. I live in a condo. The buildings outside faucet line ran along the outside wall and sprung a leak in my utility room during a freeze snap. The line could only be turned off by my main water valve. Greer came out within two hours and capped the line, ensuring I could use my water. They scheduled a follow-up to repair the leak, install a line inside the closet, and installed an internal shut-off. Fast, friendly, efficient and clean service.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, very professional and fair prices. We first came across Greer when we needed to camera our sewer line. They let us know the price up front, arrived on time, got the job done, answered our questions, and were quick to respond to follow up questions even after they left the site.Greer also replaced the copper supply line for one of our radiator loops along with over 32 feet of radiator pipe, drained and re-pressurized the loop, and meticulously cut and patched the slab as needed to properly connect the line. They also accommodated our last minute request to pick up and install a new sump pump. Their workmanship and their people are top notch. Definitely our “go to” going forward.

After calling 2 other local places for a super low pressure issue at about 2:00pm on a Wednesday afternoon that included a buzzing sound coming from the well pump control box, these guys were the only ones responding to the call and came out that evening to diagnose the situation. Had a contract to me that evening & we were on the schedule the next day. Ran into an issue due to the previous owners (weve been here 4.5 years) DIY/Harry Homeowner butcher patch job at a previous well pump replacement--they couldnt get it all done in one day but they were back by 8:00am the next morning. Grateful to these guys, especially the owner Matt & technicians Wyatt & Wayne & rest of the crew that showed up to help for their persistence & skill & expertise getting us water after 2 days without. Very friendly, courteous & knowledgeable staff from the owner, office & on site crew. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Geer water works, is a company my husband called on Wednesday about our need for a new main septic line. The owner was able to come out and give us an estimate that day. Then by Friday of the same week the work was scheduled and completed. DJ, Wayne, and the other guys were great to work with. They were very talented at their jobs, polite, and very efficient. They even left everything looking so good that you could hardly tell they had moved a lot of dirt around too.

I’ve used Greer Water Works a few times and they have always done a great job. When we first got the house they installed a water treatment system. Most recently I was getting sand in my water from the well. Someone came out same day and told me my options as well as explained why it happens. Set up an appointment to have a sand separator installed. The installers were quick, clean, and informative on how it works. I highly recommend using this company.

We came home from a long weekend away to a dead water heater. We had worked with Greer Waterworks before on planned jobs and were really happy to hear they had someone available the same day to look at our issue. Jason and Bryan were great to work with during the whole process! Our job took two days since we opted to upgrade our water heater and it needed to be ordered. Jason kept in touch with us through text both during the wait and afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. The office crew was also easy to work with and were very responsive. Weve used them before and well be back again any time we need a plumber!

The folks at Greer were very responsive to an after hours leaking problem I had over this past weekend. The leak was on the incoming line from my well prior to the valve inside the house. Matt gave me precise directions over the phone to stop the flow to minimize water damage until a tech could arrive. Timely communications from Matt and the technician allowed us to keep a previous commitment, give the tech access and meet him within minutes of his arrival.The tech was knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue, got the part he needed and fixed the leak. He also straightened out some issues with work done by a previous company which had contributed to the initial failure. He stayed late until the work was done and tested on a Saturday night.Greer is an outstanding company and the people who work there are top notch because they care. Cost were reasonable for the amount of time involved and the weekend/after hours schedule. They always provide value driven service, fair pricing, excellent work ethics and outstanding service.I dont call anyone else.

Matt, Justin and Jason installed a pool heat pump for me. They came early, carried a 250 lb heat pump down a hill, set it on a pad, installed new piping and had it up and running in about 3 hours. The guys are super nice and do a great job. I am very appreciative.The guys also repaired a broken well pipe for me last year. It was a big ole messy job and they did a great job.

This company is 100% the best. They will NOT take advantage of you, they will be fair and honest and will offer you the best service and the best price for the job. Needed installation for gas range and dishwasher but needed it done in a pinch and Matt, Dave and the whole crew came through. Customer service is top of the line, Quality of work is beyond top of the line and price was beyond fair and better then everyone else. And i spoke to 7 other companies. They are 100% legite and the best at what they do. Dave went above and beyond and so did the owner Matt and Melissa on the phone and the rest of the crew. Family owned and family ran and that means the owner is involved like hands on. Cant ask for a better company then this and would highly recommend them to everyone. Cant say enough how much they saved me having a son with special needs and fit me in their schedule even when there was no availability to get these appliances installed before i got my son back on my days. They installed two sinks and two faucets in an old home (>70 years). The final installed sinks and faucets look and work great and best caulking job I have ever seen. Justin and DJ came out to my house to fix a leaking pipe that was connected to my toilet. They were on time for the appointment and were very kind. They had to remove cast iron pipes and replace them. When they opened my pipes water came pouring out causing a mess but they came prepared with stuff to clean up after themselves. After they were finished my pipes were replaced and my basement left smelling of bleach! I couldnt have asked for a better team to fix that messy ordeal. I highly recommend them.Edited to add: I asked them to use the side door because my nephew has an issue with eloping and I explained our special situation. These 2 were very respectful about this! I appreciate that most of all!

I made an appointment and they came out and troubleshooted it and found that it in fact did need to be replaced. I forgot to tell them about the garbage disposal, so I called in Monday morning (while they were at the house doing work on the sprinkler system) and asked them to look at it and without hesitation they said they would. Very professional and honest. The system that they use alerts you when your appointment is and who is doing the work. If I have any future plumbing needs, Greer will be getting my business!
