Our Water Heater was broken for several days, try to find a good plumber to replace it but tried several plumbers in the area and no one can come to help in time. Then via Yelp we connected with Elite Plumbing and Home Service, we asked many question to Ashley, the owner and best customer service, she is very friendly and honest, provided us a fair quote (this is not the cheapest quote but their attitude is very serious). Yesterday, technician Jeremy came to replace the water heater, when he unwrapped the box and found out the tank has some dents on the bottom, he immediately went to another store to exchange it. Jeremy returned after 1.5 hours, he completed the whole job until 4 PM without any rest. I have to say Elite Plumbing and Home Service is a trustworthy company and Jeremy is such a skillful and responsible technician. Thank you for the service.

Elite Plumbing to the rescue! We had a water pipe burst upstairs and was leaking fast downstairs. Great experience replacing a hot water heater in a condo. Oddly enough the original hot water hater was a commercial grade heater and when requesting quotes - I received some that wanted to just replace with a replica versus determining if there was a more economical way to replace the hot water heater and still maintain the quality of usage. “Best” plumbing company on the planet. I requested a quote from Elite Plumbing to replace and upgrade my hot water heater to tankless hot water heater. Ryan provided a detailed estimate and explained the process of a tankless water heater. We decided to go forward with installation. Ryan removed and installed the new heater which looks like a piece of art. Elite Plumbing responded quickly to my call for leakage in the plumbing in the lower level of my home. Within 4 hours, Jeremy was at my home, running tests to determine the source of the leakage. He was able to determine that a corroded pipe was causing the problem, and in a very short period of time had it replaced with PVC piping, resolving the issue. I am very pleased with the quick response, and the efficient and professional manner in which the necessary work was accomplished. Our experience with Elite Plumbing was fantastic. We recently moved into our home and were having frequent sewage issues. Elite Plumbing was very friendly, always available to take our call, and was able to check out the problem on short notice. They were also very helpful for someone like me who is not experienced with plumbing issues, taking the time to explain whats happening and what my options are before proceeding.Ryan from Elite Plumbing went above and beyond to help us solve the problem, returning multiple times to make sure everything was fully fixed. On one occasion, he went out of his way to have someone from the county come take a look at the issue, because if it was in the countys purview, it would save us money to fix it. They are transparent and upfront about their reasonable pricing and want to make sure you arent paying for more than you need.The biggest job Elite Plumbing completed for us was rerouting our pipes into the correct sewage tank at the back of the property, which involved an excavator and a lot of digging. Upon investigating, they found that our pipes were initially being routed to an abandoned tank, which we had no idea about, causing frequent toilet backups. In addition to fixing the issue, Ryan was kind enough to look through our old sewage inspection reports from when we bought the house, taking detailed notes in order to help us figure out how the problem came to be.Ryan also made us aware of any other issues hed notice as he was completing a job, including a flange that was installed incorrectly, causing one of our toilets to leak out the bottom (which he fixed). At one time, he was able to quickly fix an issue wed been having with one of our showers, which wasnt the primary reason for the visit.I recommend Elite Plumbing to all my friends and family in the area. Theyre the best and we will definitely call them if needed in the future!

Would recommend Elite Plumbing to anyone and everyone. Originally contacted them to replace a garbage disposal. They were quick to respond, very accommodating and reasonably priced. Asked them if they could also give me a quote for my sewer drain after HoCo told us that there were issues that needed to be addressed. Elite was 1 of 5 different plumbing companies I contacted and the one that I eventually decided to go with - and I could not be happier with my decision. Ashley and Ryan were both wonderful to work with. They both communicated with me often and were always so pleasant and helpful. Ryan took the time to explain the issues that he found and the repairs that were needed. They also understood how upset I was that the needed repairs meant my front yard had to be dug up all the way from the road to the house and I am still amazed at the care that Ryan took in putting everything back, planting grass seed and covering it all with seed blankets. I did not call Elite first and found out first hand not everybody answers the phone every time or even cares to help you out. Elite were always responsive and helpful. Ryan almost brought my antique hot water heater back to life, but when it finally kicked the bucket he spent the next 24+ hours making sure the replacement was received, installed, and ready to go. He also went above and beyond cleaning up and topping off my water treatment system. We even talked options for when my other dinosaur of a tankless water heater needs replacement. Elite plumbing have done a fantastic job! Ryan and Jeremy are very thorough and knowledgeable. They provided a video inspection of all the water pipes in the house and sewer pipes leading outside. In which they identified a problem with the standing pipe outside of my house and found another issue with a pipe dip. They completed the difficult job of replacing the outside standing sewer pipe and fixed the pipe dip and did a great job! The inspect everything, identify the issues, and fix everything the first time!! Highly recommended!!

The sink in my 2nd floor hallway bathroom always seemed to drain really slow. I assumed it was due to the old vanity that had been installed by the previous owner of my home. A technician was at my home within an hour of my call and working on the problem. Ryan was very easy to communicate with and I never felt like he was being overly technical with me. He was able to explain the problem, what caused it, what the repair would involve, how long it would take from start to finish and most importantly how much it was going to cost. Since they only restore services from the meter to the main line, I was in need of a plumber to complete the connection and test of all the appliances. Elite Plumbing was my first call. I am very pleased with the service I received from Elite . My call was returned before 7 am by the owners wife. She had a tech out to me by 9:30am. Jeremy arrived and advised of my fix. He was able to get the unit in by 12 pm. My water heater blew the fuse box and Jeremy called the owner who was able to bring a replacement fuse box and save me having to call an electrician. Ryan (and Ashley) is an amazing person and then an awesome plumber! When a simple plumbing call turned into a major issue that started outside, Ryan used every tool to find it. It turned out that the lawn company my HOA retained ran over the drain access pipe in my yard, making it my issue. Ryan and team came out, moved the shed, dug up the ground - digging so deep that he disappeared from view, replaced the dirt, moved the shed, then added grass seed to the yard to look like it was never touched. You cant see the results on the outside but our family is more than thankful for working plumbing on the inside.I will recommend Elite Plumbing over and over again. I used Elite Plumbing about a year ago to reconfigure the plumbing for a garbage disposal installation. The builder did a horrible job when the home was built in 2010, and the disposal died mysteriously one day. I thought it would be an easy repair, but the plumbing turned out to be a greater challenge. I called Elite Plumbing and when Ryan came out he agreed... The plumbing was less than desired. He made it look easy, and had the plumbing and disposal installed in no time. No leaks! Had I attempted to do do it on my own, I would have been battling with leaks for sure! Fast forward to last week, my mother-in-law had a plumbing problem in her basement (this time a DIY project from decades ago)… a clog that was beyond my reach 6ft buried in concrete. I thought for sure this job was going to require busting out concrete to repair the pipe. Who did I call? Well of course, Elite Plumbing!!! Again, Ryan to the rescue. Ryan went to work, and cleared the plumbing problem without having to bust any concrete, and the clog was now draining great. My mother-in-law said she couldnt remember a time when the water drained so quickly. Shes happy, Im happy, and best of all... the wifeis happy! Lesson learned... Im reviewing this company in hopes to assist a fellow single woman make a decision on a trustworthy contractor. I hate to admit, I rarely do reviews unless its something negative, however the quality of service I received was so stupendous. I had to write a review, even if it helps just one person. As a single woman any type of repair can be your worst nightmare. Even getting estimates can be a daunting and scary task. I settled on Elite after having what seemed like a million estimates. I had to have a sewer line replaced, and every estimate I got said I needed a new foundation pretty much. All the estimates were way higher and they tried to make me fearful I would have a swimming pool in my living room if I did not choose them. Elite sent Jeremy out and he explained what was going on and a simple solution in laymans terms. He simplified the process and got it done quickly and at a totally reasonable price. Ryan was extremely friendly, forthcoming, and knowledgeable. The whole process was very smooth and efficient and we found the costs to be very reasonable.
