I priced several companies in the area and E Water was the most competitive. I am so glad they were because we ended up having a great experience. I had a twin softener with chemical injection pump installed along with a prefilter. The folks we dealt with were all very nice. Communication was great through the entire process. They show pride in their workmanship with a clean square installation. They took their time to discuss the operation of the equipment in depth. I highly recommend E Water company.SincerelyMatt

I cant recommend this company enough. Jerry and his team are experts and wont lead you in the wrong direction when it comes to putting in a water treatment system for your home. We had our share of mysteries when it came to treating the water out of my well, Jerry has stuck with me though, bringing in outside help and doing whatever it takes. Thanks Jerry!

Always very helpful and highly knowledgeable about water systems! I know very little about my water system/ conditioner. Anytime I have needed their service they are excellent at explaining what I need/ how the system works and do so very patiently. Would absolutely recommend E Water Company!

We are moving into a home in Easton that had bacteria and arsenic in the well. Jerry and his team installed a filtration system that turned out to defective from the manufacturer. They immediately rearranged their schedules to find out the issue and promptly replaced the system. We highly recommend this company for their knowledge, integrity, and due diligence. We are all set to move in, thanks to Jerry and his team.

Tried to get them to service my water softener needs. Ultimately had to go to someone else because they wouldn’t follow up with any scheduling options.Update: owner called and talked through some of the communication issues. While I genuinely liked everyone I worked with, I did have to get someone else as there was a communication breakdown in scheduling. I will consider this company for future projects after they followed up with a phone call.Update from Jan 2025: my previous post was 3 stars and about I dunno a year ago I guess. Like I said I’d consider this company for future projects. I had a small thing come up so I called on a Tuesday, I got an answer machine but they called back in 30ish min. That’s cool, it’s in the middle of the day. I get it, response time was great. Originally they said they could do Wednesday service but I asked for Thursday since I had a competing work thing on Wednesday. They said sure and gave me a 12-3 window, reasonable with the snow and what not. They arrived at 12. Service was quick, they were personable, had some decent conversation. Changed this from 3 Star to 4 Star. Next issue I have they will be my first call not just a consideration.
