Jeff and Josh are terrific and I can’t see my family utilizing plumbing services of any other company. We had a concern in our home and Anne Arundel Plumbing was referred by another company whose services we use. We contacted Anne Arundel Plumbing and was greeted by the older Jeff who advised the company could visit our home the same day. Jeff - the son, and Josh arrived at the time communicated, completed the service repair we needed and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. We’re grateful for their responsiveness, the respect they showed our home and the overall work they did for us.

We called Anne Arundel Plumbing when we saw water leaking from our ceiling. They came in less than 2 hours from my first phone call! Other companies were telling us it would be a 2 to 4 day wait. Once here they were very efficient at diagnosing the issue and fixed the problem fast! Very reasonable price!! We will definitely use them again!!Update: trying to be a repeat customer but no call back after trying to call them twice to get help with our new dishwasher. Went with another option for this job.

WOW!!! I called and spoke with Mr.Pumphrey because our Noritz was flashing a code 29 and we didn’t have any hot water. Mr. Pumphrey suggested a simple reset before scheduling an appointment. It worked!!! WHO considers & prioritizes their customers these days??? Mr. Pumphrey DOES!!! You have customers for life Mr. Pumphrey and we have ALREADY recommended your services to our neighbors as well as our family…..Thank You for putting the customer FIRST!!!

If youre in need of the AACO Backflow certification, Anne Arundel Plumbing is who you need. Several of the other plumbers I called wanted to charge over $400 for this 15 minute service.Jeff and Josh arrived early and were professional. I have since referred them to my other neighbors.

The drain on my kitchen sink was leaking. I called Anne Arundel Plumbing bright an early before I had to leave for work and they pretty much came right out! They were friendly and courteous got the job done and even made sure that I was prepared for winter by making sure my outside hoses were off for the winter. We purchased a home after moving to the area and were not familiar with sump pumps and ground saturation, so we really didnt know where to start when our crawlspace was flooded with standing water. The owner was patient and listened to my long and overly explained description of our situation while promising to visit our home the same day...expectations were exceeded when his son arrived within the hour and the work was completed just as quickly. AAP was recommended to us from a neighbor, and we wont be using anyone else. We were able to get two same day visits, and the team is very quick, friendly, and efficient. They gave us honest feedback on the best methods to conduct repairs, as well as excellent advice on products to use. They didnt charge a fee to assess the situation, and their pricing for repairs was very reasonable.

Having trouble with my water heater, I called Anne Arundel Plumbing and left a message with details of my problem. A few hours later I got a return call. He completely understood my issue and explained how they could repair (rather than replace) it, told me how I could reset the internal breaker to get hot water and offered to come out in several days unless the reset workaround didnt work. This was a perfect solution for me. As promised, he called me at 8am on Monday morning and the team arrived 10 minutes later. The guys drained the tank and replaced the thermostats and heating elements (at least one of which had developed a leak) and I was back in business with little interruption. This was terrific and a very cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire water heater. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

I called Anne Arundel Plumbing to repair a leaking tub spout and to correct low water pressure in my shower. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they did not charge a fee to come out and assess the situation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that both of my shower diverters had lifetime warranties and advised me to call the manufacturer to get the parts at no cost. When I advised Jeff that I could not reach a representative at the manufacturer, he immediately contacted one of his suppliers who contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and I received the parts a few days later. As soon as I informed Anne Arundel Plumbing that I had received the parts, they came out immediately to complete the repair.They went out of their way to save me money and to accommodate my schedule. They are extremely responsive, professional and competent and their rates are much lower than other companies I have used, especially the big local plumbing companies. I have always prefer small family owned businesses and this was no exception. It is obvious that they care deeply about doing a good job for their customers. I HIGHLY recommend Anne Arundel Plumbing!!!

During Stage 1 of this Covid mess I needed a plumber. I knew I had a stoppage and called several companies. The owner of Anne Arundel Plumbing took the time to hear what the problem was and his son showed up within an hour (Im sorry I dont remember names). In a very short time the drain was clear with an extremely satisfied customer.I was quoted an excellent price over the phone and thats what I was charged.I found a contractor who does things the right way. Highly recommend! I called on new years eve about my sump pump, they were out here within roughly 2 hours, and fixed my problem in about 40 minutes. Made sure to explain everything to me in full detail, and showed me what the problem was and what I was paying for. As long as I am able to use them, they will be my first call.

Called and asked for a service man to come out we had a leak in a pipe and the main shut off valve wasnt working. Came out after an hour of my call, gave us suggestions and we trusted his judgement. He was courteous, conscience of my home, respectable. Fixed us up and did not over charge. I highly recommend this company and I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to trusting people. But I am extremely impressed with this company!!!
