Josh Hall has been my pest control man for as long as I can remember. Not only is he kind and compassionate, he is extremely polite and professional. It doesn’t matter how many times I contact him because I’m freaking out about a bug, he talks me down calmly and rationally. He has no problems identifying what pests problems I have and recommending a course of action. He isnt like most salesman though, he doesn’t just push and push to get me to spend money, he can tell me what I need to spend and rationalize it so I don’t feel like he’s just using me to make money. I keep a stash of his cards with me at all times so that I can hand them out to people that may need them. I will always recommend Josh Hall with Dodson pest control!

Great service and very professional technicians! I had my house treated for all kinds of pests, but mainly ant problems and they solved my issues within a few weeks of them treating my home. They also treated my parent’s house for termites and they were gone within a month. Kris the manager of Dodson was also there and he was very kind and great at explaining the process. Highly recommend this company! 10/10!

I have had the same tech, Jacob Ryan, since I began my pest control service with Dodson. With each spraying he checks beforehand on what bug issues we may be having and sprays accordingly. Last year we had an ant problem and he made multiple visits until the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company.

Once a month I see that yellow Dodson truck pull into our office and I know were going to be taken care off. Jacob is a wonderful technician and I am so happy to see him. He makes sure that all of our needs are met and does it with a smile. Hes polite and respectful and always has something nice to say. When I told him a spider tried to land on me from above he offered to come back in and treat again, even though he had just been there a few days before. He clearly cares about the quality of his work and upholding the Dodson name. He is a valuable employee and I really hope that they tell him that. Thank you Jacob! We all really appreciate you!

Our serviceman, Nathan, is always polite and professional. We live in a fairly rural area, up against some woods, so we have monthly service. We literally see perhaps just one insect during a months time! This is versus many, many ladybugs and stink bugs in the past, as well as wasps on the outside. We are simply amazed at the results. We couldnt be happier with the service and results of Dodson Brothers. We recommend them highly.

Matt Neal does our pest control service. I like that he calls ahead the day before to make sure the date scheduled is still convenient for me. Matt is always here within 30 minutes of the time arranged. He is friendly and efficient in his work. He always asks if we have had problem areas in the house and reminds us each visit that he is availble between service times to help if problems occur before his next scheduled visit.
