Had a New Fire Place installed and about a week later the ignitore stopped working. My Girlfriend had them come over and take a look.. The battery was dead in the remote so she went to the kitchen and got 2 new 2AA batteries and it worked just fine. Less than 15 Mins......GOT A BILL FOR $120.00. And she supplied AND installed the new batteries..RIPPIN OFF YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR YEARS. !!!! -
