    Even though it was a holiday, new years eve, Groggs was top notch from the moment I called them. The plumber that came out, Richard, was exceptional. His professionalism is unmatched. He was very polite and personable from the get go. He worked hard in not ideal weather and conditions to take care of my family and me. Our entire sewer line was backed up when he arrived and when he left it was not. He was our savior for sure.

They’re honest, will tell you what you need, what you don’t, and will be fair. They made my shower knob not only work correctly, but also look brand new.     Matthew from Grogg’s was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to answer my questions and explain several different options I could consider for my situation. He didn’t make me feel rushed or like he was just trying to get in & out, like I was another check off or routine customer. He was very thorough & very helpful & I am very grateful for his willingness to listen to my concerns & offer me some suggestions & not make me feel like he was rushed or just trying to say whatever to get out of here.     After being warned Groggs was “ Too Expensive” I hired a private contractor to service my heating and air system- and hired a private duct cleaning service- still having issues, I hired Groggs- not only did they repair issues I wasn’t aware of ( with photos and opening my furnace and explaining the problems) Kris and Andrew inspected the system from attic to crawl space. The process was over 5 hrs., and I saw how hard working and diligent they were. Hiring the “ less expensive “ companies was a huge mistake on my part. I now have warm air from my registers for the first time. I wish I could warn people away from those private companies, all I can say is, go with the professionals. I will continue to trust my maintenance to Groggs.

    I think the guys that put in my furnace did an awesome job. They were here right on time and very quick to put the unit in. They also cleaned up their mess. You could not tell that that even been here except to have a new furnace and a new air conditioner. I’m very happy with the job they did, and will recommend them highly.UPDATE… I was to get a different thermostat and notified Groggs and they were quick to come out and replace it for me. The fellas that put in my furnace Dylan Wilson and Chad Boone did an awesome job on putting in my furnace and coming back and fixing the thermostat and explaining it all to me. I am so glad that Groggs put the phone in the furnace for me. I would highly recommend them for any job. I am going to look into plans to keep up the maintenance on my furnace. If you are on decisive about what you want for sure, and have them come in and give you an estimate.

    After never being notified that our first appointment had been rescheduled and promised that a tech would be here between 8-9 am on the second appointment, he finally showed up at 10:10 am. No notification had taken place by customer service up to the tech showing up other than the tech himself calling us just prior to his arrival. Tech Travis Welch was absolutely fabulous. He was very courteous, professional, informative, and respectful. If it wouldn’t of been for Travis showing up we would of cancelled our service contract with Grogg’s and gotten it elsewhere because of the scheduling and/or poor customer service. The 5 stars are only for Travis!!!

    The repair man who replaced our thermostat was knowledgeable, professional and even replaced a ceiling filter for us after I asked him for help with that. I am very pleased with the service we received from the Groggs repairman today. A very curteous and helpful young man and a pleasure to deal with. We signed up for your annual furnace/AC maintenance plan.

    I had A/C but I had even more stress! I had a lot of condensation dripping from ductwork for who knows how long. I admit I called another company before Grogg’s but I was ghosted. When I finally called Grogg’s, I was scheduled within 5 days (weekend) with a time from noon to 5:00. I was kept informed of my appointment via email and text. Justin (Lastname) would be at my house shortly. When Justin arrived (12:25) I was greeted with a friendly smile and wonderful personality as he was putting his shoe covers on. Justin was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in determining what was causing the issue. While here he also checked my outside unit , furnace and answered all my many (many) questions. Justin did an excellent job and made great recommendations. I highly recommend Justin and Grogg’s!

    Michael showed up this morning....within 15 minutes of my call for service on a Saturday I might add. He worked for a little over 2 1/2 hours and made a couple of trips back to the shop and got out AC back up and running. He was very professional and kept me informed the entire time.     After neglecting obvious needed service on our AC for the past couple months, it finally stopped working. We called Groggs on Wednesday morning and had the pleasure of meeting Ben today. He got us back in business in no time. He explained what was wrong and why things were happening as though we were not HVAC professionals. Though he disclosed that he is not in sales, he definitely made us feel very comfortable with our options for the replacement unit that we will be scheduling soon.

    Chuck and Matthew were top notch! Theyre installed the Halo 5 Whole Home Water Filtration System today. Incredibly nice guys and super friendly. They engaged with my young kids who were asking them questions and trying to watch them work. They also very quickly won over my dogs. I mentioned in conversation that I didnt know where the main water shut off was in our home, so Matthew made sure to show me where it was. He also showed me the valves for the Halo 5 and walked me through how to use them all and what they do. Matthew and Chuck checked all of the bathrooms and faucets before they left, and gave advice on future projects I plan on having them back out for. If I could give 100 stars I would. They were beyond wonderful!

    Both service techs were very professional, polite, and explained the issues in detail and also provided additional information to me on a future HWT install. As they investigated for a future purchase of a HWT they noticed a pretty large wasp nest in a window and alerted me. The one tech actually offered to spray the nest for me. I provided wasp spray and he did spray it. Both of these techs provided exceptional customer service and they also left things neat and tidy. Thank you for your excellent services.     Shawn was a good guy. He was honest and down to earth. I have some basic knowledge of HVAC systems but he was able to make sure I understood what was going on and was able to answer all my questions. I was given options and pricing to determine the most effective and economical route from an array of avenues. This was an existing system that needed trouble shooting and proper assessment. With his help and my ability to make a choice as a consumer, I feel we came to a solid decision of how to treat the issue. Eventually an over haul will be necessary, but until then I’m quite confident between my preventative maintenance and their expertise we can prolong the life of this unit and prepare for a replacement that is anticipated and occurs when we are ready financially.     Hubby and I highly recommend Groggs! Their service people are always nice and very professional. They explain things clearly, and answer all our questions.     We had Groggs install a new furnace and heat pump/AC unit a couple of weeks ago. We werevery happy with the service from the first phone call to the final walk through after installation. The professional service team started with the service tech Alec Milhoan was very known and found our problem within minutes of being here. He explained on my level what we were dealing with and made it very easy to understand. , sales, installation team Chad Boone and Dillion were great installers. The follow up walk through which was done by Leroy Beck our sales representative. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Chad Boone was a very professional installer. We love the look of our unit. They listened to our concerns and helped us with any questions we had. We both highly recommend Groggs Heating and Service

    My wife and I want to put a bathroom in our basement. We want a tankless water heater for a soaking tub. I called several places around and none had the professionalism of Groggs. It started off with a text and an email with picture that Michael Corey Brown would be our technician. I loved that! I knew what he looked like so I knew who to look for. He came in and was EXTREMELY thorough and patient in listening to my plans for my basement and providing me the best option for what our needs were. I got my quote IMMEDIATELY! Im still waiting on a quote from a few others that I had come in and that was weeks ago. Michael also provided financing options that were ideal for our budget and we even saved more money by opting in for the Comfort Club maintenance plan which, even with the addition of its fee, still saved us money! NO BRAINER! Flash forward and my scheduled installation date had to be pushed back but for noble reasons - another customer was without hot water and the unit I was to have installed was used. I LOVE that sense of customer service - and I was made aware in advance. I wasnt in a hurry so it was fine. Now comes my installation day and, again, a text and an email letting me know whos coming - Matt Rockhold and his assistant Chuck (last name?). Super friendly and professional from the start all the way to the very end. Matt assisted me in laying out exactly where the best place to install the tankless unit and walked me through the whole process of what he and Chuck would be doing. They went as far as to make sure that when they needed to go outside that they shut the doors preventing our cats from getting outside! That is awesome! When finished, Matt looked over the whole job and found a few things that needed tweaked - and took care of it! Its been a few days and the unit is PERFECT and im looking forward to installing our soaking tub in the near future. It feels good to know that Groggs has this level of customer service, to know that any and all of my plumbing/HVAC needs are going to be taken care of by a professional and AWESOME team of people. You have a dedicated and life-long customer in me!

Being that Groggs has a solid reputation in the MOV they were one of companies I wanted to receive a quote from.I was impressed by Trey Moellendick who came out to our house to analyze my needs. He introduced me to an array of products that would be beneficial, and from there we built an option that made the most sense for my goals, and my budget. He was thorough, and extremely prompt in answering my questions via email.Austin Bee came out to install our new York furnace and A/C and he as his partner did a great job. They got everything finished in one day, staying until the job was complete. They were both polite and respectful while in my home.The next day Jordan Hare and his partner came out to install our new hot water tank and Halo water system. They both did a great job getting everything connected and making sure the two systems worked properly. Jordan went above and beyond to answer all of my plumbing questions, even if they didnt necessarily pertain to the jobs at hand.I was also impressed that after the installation processes was complete, Trey returned to inspect the work. I didnt ask for them to do this, but they came back to make sure everything was exactly up to their standards, and that I was satisfied.Overall my experience with Groggs has been great! The level of professionalism was even greater than I expected. My neighbor told me they were great when she saw Treys car in front of my house before we had anything installed.     Excellent company. They respond to my phone calls which is almost unheard of these days. They were fast to replace my water heater. Good quality work by two polite gentleman. They also replaced my A/C unit several years ago and did excellent work. I wouldn’t use anyone else.     Every time they come out they have been very friendly, helpful, and able to clearly communicate with me. They explain what was going on, as well as what I should be looking for as potential problems that I could see based on the age of my equipment. I’m not sure how big this company is, but they feel very personal in their service and communication. Will continue to go with them for my needs.     Alec came out to install a new part under warranty. He wasn’t the one that told us we had a bad part. After installing the part, the issue wasn’t fixed. Alec quickly realized it wasn’t a bad part at all, but our pipe cap was still on since it’s summer time and we cap our inlet. Alec was professional and friendly. And understood my husband’s frustration because he had to take time off work to be at the house. Moving forward we would like Alec to do our yearly inspections.
