Furnace stopped working and hot water heater had an issue. Had Groggs come out a few weeks ago. They told me that there was no hope and tried to hard sale me into a new furnace for almost 16,000. NopeCalled Pleasant Air on a recommendation from a neighbor. $100 later and both are fixed and working wonderfully. I couldnt be happier! Great attitude, good work...Pleasant Air for the win!!!

Had a HVAC system in a house that I just purchased. This System was quite old. I sent Pleasant air an email asking for a ballpark figure on replacing the outside unit. I then scheduled an appointment to be sometime Thursday. Thursday morning came around, and shortly after 8 I get a call from their tech. He wants to meet at 9. Frank, my technician, shows up on time and gets right to work. I was expecting to get a sales pitch to replace the 35 year old furnace unit or a different one to replace the outside unit. I get neither of those. Instead I get Frank to service and clean my units. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. The entire service took about 2 hours and involved a good cleaning and replacing some parts on my furnace. He also added some coolant and cleaned my outside unit. All of this was a little more then $200, which is a good price for the level of service. I am very glad that Pleasant air sent me a technician instead of a salesman.TL;DR Great level of service without any shady sales tactics. 10/10 would have my furnace serviced again by them.

Highly recommended. A/c randomly starting making a loud noise and had to be shut down overnight. I called them in the morning and they had things working in no time. If I have any other problems arise I will be calling them for sure.

I had an issue with my heat not working on Christmas Eve. Frank dropped by and discovered the problem (relay going bad in the exhaust housing) He was able to test his analysis before replacing the part. Completed the job for under 250.00 parts and labor on Christmas Eve.

They are the best! I had groggs install a new furnace in February and had it service by them 5 times between February and November they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my furnace and told me it’s bad gas had dominion hope come out and tell them it wasn’t bad gas groggs came back out a few days later and basically told me tough luck we can’t fix it and we arent replacing it or giving you your money back we have bad gas. I called Pleasants heating and cooling to see if they could help me figure out the problem within a couple hours a tech was at my house and within five minutes he figured out the problem and fixed it the very next morning!! There customer service is amazing and after two weeks of no furnace we finally have a working furnace!!! They were great and actually do whatever they can to help you out and aren’t just in it for the money!!!!! I’ll never use another hvac place other than pleasants heating and cooling again!

I had made a post on Facebook looking for help getting my A/C fixed because I am low on funds and on bed rest due to high risk pregnancy and Lewis had sent me a message and had his worker Jeremy come over for FREE since it was just a small wire issue!!! I am very grateful for people like this in the community!!
