I know theres tons of ac companys out there, and they might even be better but I found mine. These guys are awesome! Its been about 7 months now after install and I couldnt be happier. Im an engineer and picky with electric work and these guys did a great job! Very good work and a pro install. So big shout out to the wolf gang!! I recommend the blower upgrade too. The blower could blow the vents off, not kidding. From calling an appointment for a quote, to the last install guy leaving my house. It was smooth and easy and I think my money was well spent. Its good to find good local companies and for that, thank you! 🤙

He found a clog in the drain pipe then removed the obstruction. He then explained why that happened. Should the obstruction occur again I now know what to do and if necessary whom to call. I am writing this review today about my most recent experience with Parker Heating & Air.We have a six year old home in the Inspiration subdivision. Our cooling system has functioned very well until the beginning of this summer. We started the A/C at the beginning of June, everything functioned well. The last week of June the A/C stopped working. I called PHA and of course they were super busy and the first appointment available was ten (10) days out during regular business hours. I booked the appointment and then began to call alternate HVAC contractors getting the same response. I called PHA back to coordinate an “afterhours” appointment to get the A/C repaired. Of course, the afterhours appointments come with an added amount for the service call. By now the interior of our home was hitting 80 degrees so I willingly agreed to the added cost.I called the after hours number and was able to schedule an appointment with the PHA technician for the next day, Saturday, with a 12: - 2:00 pm arrival time window. The technician, Paul, arrived an hour earlier that expected at 11:00 am! I spoke with Paul to inform him what had been going on, what I was able to trouble shoot, and give directions on the location of the condensing unit. Paul went straight to work, diagnosed the problem in a noticeably brief time frame. Paul had the part he needed in his service vehicle, installed it after I signed some authorization documents, and the unit was functioning better than it had in the past two years.PHA worked on my furnace last fall and offered me their maintenance program. In hindsight I should have signed up for it then but thinking that our home was so young this was not necessary at the time, BIG MISTAKE! If I had signed up for their maintenance program I would have saved at least $300.00 on my A/C repair in labor and material costs.To summarize, my experience with Parker Heating & Air has been nothing less than excellent! Their office and field staff are extremely professional, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

We were given options of how to fix the problem, never being pressured to go one way or the other. Parker Heating and Air is simply wonderful! Everyone I spoke to or worked with are pleasant, helpful, and kind. Heather, Dawn, and Laurey were helpful with any questions, scheduling, and paperwork, and Rick was helpful in explaining what needed to be done with our unit. Because we needed an AC replacement, Rick did a great job of getting us on the schedule as soon as possible and spent a great deal of time answering my questions. Eric and Wolfgang were just amazing with the install. Neat, clean, and absolutely helpful and patient, both of them figured out a more efficient way to install the unit that saved us drywall repair and time. The inspector for Greenwood Village was extremely complimentary of their work, saying everything was well-ordered and very well constructed. I cannot recommend this entire staff and company enough and wish them well.

I will never call anyone else for any of my HVAC needs, this company is wonderful! I received a red tag from Xcel on my furnace for a gas leak and other various items that needed updating. Daniel went through all of my options from fixing these items to a full furnace/ac replacement (per my request, no pushy sales guys here!) as well as answered all my questions. Tom came out to do the repairs we needed, reviewed everything he did with me, and answered all my questions- and he did fantastic work! Highly recommend this company, they may cost a little more but their service, attention to detail and getting the job done right is worth it!

Could not be happier with Parker Heating and Air. They made the entire process, from coming out for the initial estimate, to the actual install as easy as possible. Josh and Dan made all of the paperwork and contract part super simply, and Will, Sean, and Trevor knocked out a full AC install in one day. You can’t find a better install crew. If you’re considering any furnace or AC work, go with Parker and make sure you ask for Will for the install.

Our hvac kept blowing a fuse, no idea why. Sean from Parker Heating and Air came out to troubleshoot. He methodically checked all the wires, then one by one went through his checklist and instead of jumping to conclusions and replacing expensive parts without knowing for sure if that was the cause, he worked with me over the course of several visits to figure out the problem and it ended up being really dirty coils. What an excellent technician takes great pride in his work and just wants to do the work right. I appreciated him.

It’s probably unreasonably expensive but that’s industry wide. That said, they could have charged me more but charged me less after diagnosing the issue and being honest about it. We hired Parker Heating and Air to replace our furnace and AC. They gave us several options to fit what we were looking for on performance and pricing.On the day of installation Wolfgang and Jared came out and took out the old equipment and installed the new system. They were on time, professional, clean and friendly. The equipment was installed cleaner and more professional than the original and beyond what I had expected. All seams were sealed with high quality tape. The wires were installed and routed to have a clean look and avoid being damaged. The work area was picked up, vacuumed and looking better than when they arrived. The gas, vent and exhaust lines were routed well and equipment takes up less of a foot print due to the professional installation.They made sure to set up the new system to run the way we wanted it to and show us how to adjust the settings.I will recommended Parker Heating and Air and will use them in the future.

Laurey, Ricks wife, followed up with me to ensure we had our financing set as well as schedule us for the earliest possible day.Shawn (maybe Sean) arrived at our home first thing in the morning and started to explain the process, while asking what I needed to show him around the house so he could get started. Shean put on foot sippers and put down tarps so to not drag dirt or mud around my home. He literally worked 12 straight hours at my home, with a smile on his face the whole time.Walter came in a bit later, after completing a different job, to help the crew with whatever they needed. He went above and beyond to aid the crew and make my experience, as the customer, exceptional. All the way down to taking some of my basement garbage out for me! Good luck with your soon-to-be newborn daughter!!Eric, the manager of the crew, was also there from start to finish, always answering whatever questions we had with his knowledge from 25 years of experience!! He wrapped up the job by walking me around to each piece of new equipment and explained what I am looking at, why it was there, and what I need to watch for if problems arise. Especially if they send these two with them. The electrician they sub too was phenomenal. He listened to my specific need on a sub panel and made sure it was done well above my expectations again. Excellent service from Bill Pataluna repairing a tankless water heating system. The company was very helpful in getting me in for an emergency service and I could not have been happier with Bills patient work in dealing with the water heater company in getting the part overnighted so we did not have to do without hot water for a lengthy period. Bill was very conscientious and even showed me the inside workings of the system. That was very nice of him. I strongly recommend this company and if you get Bill, Im sure youll get great service.

Needed a whole house humidifier. Did some research on some models and settled on Aprilair. They had a list of preferred dealers. Since I live in Parker I wanted to go with a local company. Had Josh come pout for an estimate and he went over everything. Made suggestions etc. So had the Arpilair 700 installed yesterday. The guys were great. From the start they laid down floor coverings, nice touch.The installation went great and very professional. Everything was installed really neat. All wiring nice and neat, drain lines nice and neat.So if youre looking for a heat and air company, give Parker Home Services a call.

I have used these guys in the last year for both my furnace and AC replacement. Initially I went through my home warranty and the people they sent out couldnt diagnose my problem with my furnace. I was told by my warranty company I had reached my max claim amount, nothing was repaired at this point. I decided I would seek out my own HVAC company and found Parker Home Services. Within fifteen minutes the problem with my furnace was diagnosed and repair was complete within a week. When my AC went out I again contacted Parker Home Services. They offered a comparative price, but I would have paid a little more to have them do the replacement. They are concerned with the details and want to be sure everything is right. They dont rush, are very professional and take care when in your home including covering there boots when they walk into the house. I recommend Parker Home Services for anything related to your HVAC system, you will have no headaches dealing with them.

Parker heating was great. The andrew Alexander arrived on time his demeanor was super nice and he had our unit up and running in 45 minutes. I had a different tech out that said I needed to replace my fan motor, but he couldn’t find the part and I never heard from him. Andrew came in checked everything and drained a trap that was clogged which was causing my problem. Can’t say enough. I have a carrier unit FYI for anyone else in highlands ranch I highly recommend.

Our furnace/heat went out in the middle of the night and we woke up to a balmy 51 degrees. We have an 18 month old and work from home, so this wasnt acceptable. After reading the furnace manual at 4:00 AM, I realized it wasnt a pilot light fix and I needed a professional. I read about 10 reviews and decided to call Parker Heating and Air. They were very polite and had a technician at our house in about an hour and a half!! Sam (the technician) was extremely polite and very professional. He took the time to tear apart our 15 yr old furnace and determined the furnace, though old, was in good working condition. We were out of PROPANE. We had just filled the 1000 gallon tank 6 months earlier and with it being unseasonably warm, it never occurred to me to check it. Sam helped check all the connections and gages for leaks. After we got the propane filled later that morning, Sam actually followed up with me to make sure we were up and running. True professional. Not once did he try to upsell. Because of that, they now have a future client for years to come. Great experience and would highly recommend Parker Heating and Air!!

So I would actually like to give a 5 for installation and a 2 for follow up customer service. They installed our new furnace and AC unit. The owner provided the quote and gave us real recommendations unlike the other quotes we got who just wanted to sell us the top of the line. We also had an issue a year later and again the owner worked with us and quickly solved the problem. The problem is when you call in for customer service you are routed around so many times and then forgotten. But when you do get to work with someone the experience is good and worth the wait.

They were not able to fix my furnace after multiple visits. Then I called Parker Heating and Air. Kathy was very helpful and wasted no time getting me on the schedule in the same day! Our service tech Paul was extremely courteous, and on-time! I cant remember ever having a service provider show up on the front-half of the arrival window and Paul arrived 30 minutes early. Paul, with an assist from another tech Shawn, clearly explained what was wrong and what they fixed or replaced. Incredible service.

We recently had our upstairs furnace replaced with a new Trane system. A little over 2 years ago we had our downstairs furnace replaced with a Trane system. Both installs and purchases were done by Parker Heating and Air. I have been using them for over 10 years. I find them to be knowledgeable, competent and easy to deal with - both from a technician point of view as well as the office staff. While you may find someone cheaper to do the work, I find the competency and responsiveness to be key and they get the highest marks from me for that reason. In an emergency (yes, we have used them for this) they were quick to respond and get us back up and running. Now with new Trane systems we wont have to deal with that anymore!

After two weeks of fooling around with a competitor--6 in home visits, 2 missed appointments, gross misdiagnosis--it took Parkers less than 24 hours between Josh, the marketing reps visit to the arrival of a competitively priced unit by 10:00 am the next morning. All the gentlemen involved--Eric, one of two who took out the 10-year old Rheem lemon; David, one of two who installed my new 3-ton Westinghouse; and Trey, who came later to service the upstairs unit--all were gracious, courteous, professional, and kind. I was toasty again less than two hours later. I recommend this company without reservation; they have earned my trust (not an easy feat).

Their technician Kyle could come well before the scheduled time. It may have been good luck, but it was more than welcome. He got our issue repaired quickly. However, our water heater is showing some wear and tear. Ill be doing a little research on new models, then calling Parker Heating and Air to get the issue solved. When the time comes for any other HVAC repairs/replacement, theyll be my first call!
