Had a last minute issue when I was getting an oven installed and needed a gas line cut so the appliance would fit. Called to see if they had an opening that day and they were able to diagnose the issue over the phone, and schedule me for an end of day appointment. They did a great job not only cutting the pipe, but also hooking the gas line up to the oven and finished installing it as well. Would highly recommend Balkan Plumbing!

Just had our Navien tankless water heater flushed by Balkan Plumbing. They did a great job and provided a step-by-step process so I can flush the system myself in the future. They installed the tankless water heater last year and also installed a recirculating system to help with hot water to all my fixture. We are new to the Parker area and Balkan had wonderful reviews. We needed to replace a water heater, fix a refrigerator line, bathtub leak and repair valves around our water line. When I reached out to them, they responded immediately, providing options of water heaters and potential costs, as well as scheduled an appointment right away. When they arrived, they thoroughly inspected all the work areas, made recommendations and shared their thoughts, and had quotes before the end of the day. From there, they set up a time, provided thorough explanations of the work they would do, why they needed to do it, and how they were going to accomplish it. From there, they came, explained everything in detail again, how they were going to do it, and then worked throughout the day to finish everything. They did not have parts at the time for a particular repair so they came back and finished the work. This is an absolutely wonderful company to work with. The folks who came were wonderful, set up the inspection, and clean and neat in their work. There were efficient, explained everything, and their prices were fantastic. I would recommend Balkan Plumbing to all. They are a wonderful business, conduct a lot of hard work, and are great at what they do. You cannot go wrong with Balkan. I will continue to use them! If you have any plumbing needs, this is the company to use!

I’ve had these guys out for a few projects this year. They installed whole home water softening and filtration, RO at the sink, roughed in plumbing for my laundry room and connected some sinks. They’re really great to work with. They’re timely, professional, and took the time with me to show how everything was done properly to code. Because of leaks in our bathrooms, our water bill was double the cost it normally is. I asked my neighbors if they knew of a plumber who could check our pipes. One of my neighbors gave me the information for Balkan Plumbing. I called Balkan and gave them my address. They were at my house in less than an hour.Vlad replaced all of the turn valves on all of our toilets and replaced the cartridge in one of our showers. Made a call to Balkan for a water heater replacement. Nasko came over same day and provided the quote to replace my Gas Water Heater with a more efficient Navien Tankless system. Their quote was the most competitive and their reviews backed up their knowledge and service. Nasko and his associate came in and got the job done in less than 5 hours. Cleaned up and was very professional. The only issue I had was payment with my CC had an additional 3% fee above what I was quoted. Not a big issue as the NET amount was still lower than the next lowest bid. These Balkans know their stuff and are extremely price competitive. I will use them moving forward and will recommend them to friends and neighbors! Let’s go Balkan’s!

I moved into a new condo Oct 25th, it is now Dec 3. I have not had hot water since I moved in. I had people come check what was wrong with my water heater and had Rheem send me a new gas control valve and other wires. Had them changed and still no hot water. Vlad from Balkan plumbing was Super Sweet and Professional, found it was the TRD glass that had broke. Told me to call Rheem and demand the new parts. He did all this investigating free of charge and said once I had the parts to call him and he can come back to install and then I can pay. I’m relief to finally have a solution to this long time issue. Thanks you guys!

My review is a bit late. Its been about 8 months since I had the pleasure of Balkan Plumbing services. My water heater randomly broke and I was looking for a replacement. Got quotes from 3 highly rated businesses on Google and even went to Home Depot/Lowes but everybody was overpriced. I then contacted Balkan who got back to me in like an hour, very reasonable prices, and wanted to schedule the install the next day! They came the next day, installed in under an hour, took my old water heater to dispose of, and that was it. Water heater has been working amazing for 8 months with no issues. I really appreciate their work ethic & professionalism. Definitely recommend if you need a new water heater installed and most likely anything else related to plumbing.

Nasko installed a new water heater. I sent him a picture and he gave me a quote which did not change once he arrived for the job. I asked him a lot of questions by text about water heater brands and he always responded quickly. The job was fast, maybe 1.5 hours. Price was very fair. This is a two-person company, so they do not have a huge mark-up unlike the mainstream plumbers you see advertised. Other contractors wanted to charge 2-3x for what Pete did in a half hour, and they even recommended spending thousands of dollars for a new one. Dont let shady contractors fool you...water heaters may last way beyond 10 years! Pete is honest, and my ~11 year-old water heater is now working just fine.

I used Balkan Plumbing to install a recirculating pump for a tankless water heater. Before the install, it took about 2 minutes for hot water to come out of each faucet. I contacted Nasco to discuss the options. Using pictures of my tankless water heater and him providing pictures of what the recirc pump would look like, he was able to provide a very reasonable quote. I was significantly less than any other plumbing company. Nasco was very attentive and responsive to all questions I had. I’m very impressed by the professional and clean job they did.Everything is working very well where hot water comes to the faucets within 15-20 seconds. I’ll be keeping them in mind for any future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend Balkan plumbing for any plumbing needs.

My family is very happy with the service provided by Balkan Plumbing! They replaced a Bradford White water heater (power direct vent) in my basement. The first company I went to wanted $5500 with a 2 year warranty. Second company estimated $2900 but upped the quotation after they sent over a plumber who said the wrong type of water heater (power vent) was ordered and that they had to special order a water heater for us. Price increased to $4400. Nate at Balkan Plumbing contacted me and gave me a quick quotation at $3300. I was a little hesitant but they offered same day service, and after a week without hot water, it was hard to say no to the price and expediency that Balkan offered.Pete came over with the support of another person...there were two trucks outside. He wore a face mask for protection and also wore booties to protect my floors. He originally estimated 1.5 hours but it only took him and his partner an hour to complete the work! I was amazed at the speed of the install and the good news is that we have hot water! A drip pan was also installed, which I didn’t ask for but knew the other plumbers were going to do that. All in all, I highly recommend Balkan Plumbing and would hire them again. Thank you Nate and Pete!!

I called Balkan Plumbing regarding some minor plumbing concerns at a house I recently purchased. Nate was quick to respond, and even came out to take a look within 24 hours of speaking with him. I asked him about a dozen different issues, all of which he was very familiar with and addressed how he would perform the respective repair. Fast forward a few months, I had a leaking hose bib that no matter what, I could not stop a steady drip. I became increasingly concerned as ice started to accumulate. Again, I called Balkan Plumbing/Nate and he was at my house the next day. He performed the repair right then and there (was more involved than we thought - about a 2 hour job due to previous owner deferring the required repair). Balkan/Pete will continue to be my go-to provider for all plumbing needs.

The whole home water filter system in my basement cracked and began leaking on a Friday afternoon. I was home with my two daughters and two nieces without water. After they had cleaned up, hauled out old tank and tested faucets, etc., they reviewed operations, settings and maintenance of new tank.
