We called Billy on a Sunday and had instant response to not having water. Danny came to the house, diagnosed the issue and cleaned up some previous piping work to allow everything to flow correctly. Danny explained in detail what he wanted to do, was professional and thorough in his work at a very fair price! I would definitely use Drain Line Services in the future.

Incredible service tech...Danny showed up promptly & as soon I as showed him my issue he told me what was the problem...went out gathered a tool & ladder opened an access cover & it was what he had thought...left to get the part needed & was back & fixed my issue in minutes ! We own different rental properties and have hired a lot of different plumbers. This company was by far the best experience we have had so far. First, they helped us right on time when we needed it. Second, they handled Xcel, and they were very responsive and communicative with us all the time. Third, the job was perfectly done. We will definitely work with them in the future.

Billy did a great job for me! They came out the same day I called. After 20 years in this home, our kitchen drain line was completely clogged. He diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately and provided a quote upfront. Then he gave me a break on some additional work that was needed, re-seating the garbage disposal that was leaking. And he left the area under the sink cleaner than he found it! I highly recommend Drainline Services!!

Transparency on what could work and what would be best was very helpful in completing an already stressful unexpected expense. Worked very clean and was quick with minimal disruption. Billy did me a solid. I hired him for a garage conversion to living space back in 2018. I dragged my feet for a while to complete the finish work, but finally got around to my powder bathroom and found out that the in-wall faucet assembly was backwards. Contacted Billy, he was responsive and got it fixed (at no cost) within a week after 5 years of being done with the job. Someone that definitely stands behind his work and company.
