Brandon and the boys couldn’t have done a better job with what they had to deal with. My house is from 1900 and had no air conditioning and more importantly no vents. Brandon showed up and assessed the situation, came up with a suitable plan we were both happy about and was back within two weeks to get started. It was hardly an easy task to not have tons of vents boxed out with drywall/losing square footage due to the age of the home… BUT they did it. Now I have a historic home with venting for my new AC and heat pump with vent placements looking like it was built that way.I can’t say enough about Brandon and his team, a total pleasure to work with and was nice to see how well they worked together. Not one minute went by where all three of them weren’t busy which resulted in a huge job done in just over two days. I was very impressed. They all take immense pride in the job and it show. Thank you Brandon, Jack and Owen!!

This was the best experience I have had in the 35 years of owning homes. I wish I had known about this company years earlier. If you are thinking about a ductless mini split system or any services they cover, call Brandon. He uses a best in class product together with a best in class price. Oh and I was in line to get a cup of coffee a month after getting my mini split system and when I got to the window the woman said your coffee has been paid for. I looked up and saw Express Plumbing and Heating and AC drive off. Customer for life!

My mom and I have used Express for a new central air unit, furnace and hot water heater. Just this past week they played dog rescue too. My moms dog had fallen in an open heat vent and got stuck in the ductwork. I took my chances and called Brandon and he sent Jack out right away. He managed to get her out. Jack, you were our hero that day! You guys are the epitome of how a business should be. We never feel like we are overpaying and you are so easy to talk to. Hands down the absolute best! We feel blessed to have you as our heating, cooling, plumbing and dog rescueservice!

Absolutely amazing service! My AC stopped working and I called to just schedule a repair, knowing it was a heat wave and it could be a while. Brandon was able to squeeze in a visit from Jack the same day. Jack came out, checked everything and fixed the problem right away! All for a VERY reasonable price. Jack answered all my questions and gave me some tips. I’m definitely going to call them first for any of my needs in the future!

Found this company when looking to install a log gas set in my fireplace. They were professional and flexible to get installed before Christmas. Then on 26Dec we had a pipe burst in our heating system, our typical plumber did not pick up the phone so I texted Express and they were at the house in an hour. The responsiveness probably saved us a night or two in a hotel because of the lack of heat. They have earned our business moving forward.
