Actually a water heater replacement, not a repair.Called on Sunday, they were there as promised by Noon Monday.Efficient, professional, polite and competitive pricing. My nephews water heater went out and the big box store cancelled on him so he went with Delta-T and they installed his the day after mine. He was equally as pleased. Will definitely use Delta-T again.

Im not one to leave reviews. However, these guys deserve it. Dealt with Bill and Bob, both were very professional and courteous. If you want an honest and dependable service that is fairly priced you need to call Delta T PHC. They stay until the job is done to their high standard of completion.

Bill showed up on time and was very professional. Fixed my clogged outgoing pipe and evaluated my rather unique plumbing behind my washer to make it drain more efficiently. Did not push me to do anything but made me aware of better options. Great job and thank you!

These are the guys you want working for you! I have had bad experiences with big companies in the past doing sloppy work and leaving my house a mess just so they can just rush out the door to their next job. Delta T PHC is a very personable small business that can still handle larger jobs while maintaining pride and integrity in their work. My old system was nearing its end and finally gave out the weekend before Christmas. These guys spent a lot of time patching up my old system to get us through the holiday until we could get the new system installed. They are friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. Delta T maintains high standards and are incapable of doing a job to less of a quality than they would have in their own home. Their honesty and professionalism makes you feel very comfortable leaving them to work in your home and they will leave all their work areas clean and the way they found it when they came in. We have upgraded a lot from our 20 year old system and Delta T PHC helped us make modifications to our system with no unnecessary upsells. The finished product is leaving us very cozy this winter and will leave us cool and comfortable this summer even on the hottest of days. This was done without breaking the bank and with all of the added perks of a modern high efficiency system that will save us a lot over the long run. Thank you for a job well done Bill, Bob, and Taylor! We will be back for service and our future HVAC needs! We highly recommend them to anyone reading this review!

I needed a new water heater and a lot of other HVAC issues remedied. Delta T took care of me. From the moment that Bill stepped into my home he gave me, my home, and my family nothing but respect. He was hands down the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC contractor Ive dealt with to date. He took time to explain to me what he was doing and why it needed to be done. By the time that Delta T left my home I was confident that the job was done right, and that my family and I would be comfortable once again in our home.

Highly recommend. Delta came out to help me when my sump pump stopped working causing my basement to flood during hurricane Ida. Within 30 minutes they responded and installed a new sump pump on a Wednesday evening in the middle of the storm. Its hard to find service like that these days.

Delta T redid my bathroom for us and I love it! It was quite the project and the finished product is more then i could ask for, they were clean and efficient. Id call again for another project! They answered any and all questions I had before the job started and worked with me through the project

I screwed up and let the oil tank run out, thus needing the 60 year old furnace bled in order to restart. I’m a salon owner so hot water is greatly appreciated by my clients! In a pinch, Taylor was out within an hour to fix us up and get back to running order again. He’s super. Explained what he did to fix it and the price was excellent! Will be calling for all future needs!

Bob knows what hes doing and took the time to do a thorough PM of my HVAC unit. A good price too. He wore his pandemic mask and put on booties when he was in my house. Very personable too. I would definitely recommend Delta T.

Taylor Bashore is the best there is. I am a meticulous customer and I am very particular about the result of the job, the cleanliness of the job and the lack of being disturbed during the job. Taylor is as quiet as a church mouse and as fastidious as any contractor I have hired in regards to plumbing and HVAC. From my experience, there is no one who cares more about the quality of their work than him. I have run into numerous snafus having an older home and whenever I called he was here as soon as possible and got the job done well. If you havent had him do work for you before, you wont regret hiring him or from what I expect the team @ Delta T PHC.

They responded very quickly. I had a bad part that they did not stock but they got me a patch and ordered the new part. I was only charged for the actual part and work that would be be done. That is something you dont see often and is excellent customer service.

I dont like to give out 5 stars because that means someone has a perfect business and I feel as though EVERY company can improve in some way.I had a very knowledgeable gentleman come out to clean my furnace. I had an emergency that required me to push my appointment out 1 day and Delta did that no problem. I highly recommend them for any HVAC need.

Friday afternoon the day before Labor Day weekend and my heat pump quits. Delta-T PHC responds quickly, diagnoses the problem, and makes the repair very quickly. My A/C is now working great thanks to Bill and Bob. They also found some minor issues and fixed those as well. I cannot say enough good things about Delta T PHC and I highly recommend them. Give them a call!
