    Excellent service! We had a tech from Albania (don’t remember his name) come out to our property last minute on NYE. Even though it was a holiday and had plans, he put aside all of his time to thoroughly look into all possible resolutions to our clogged main line. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Although, we weren’t able to fix the problem completely, due to it falling on city lines and having cracked pipe on the cities side- he did an outstanding job and made it possible to use our toilets and shower again. He even followed up with me while attending his NYE party to make sure everything was good and to send over additional documents. Could not recommend this company more!!!! Outstanding employee!!

    I had an awesome experience using Premier. I called them on a Sunday night at 7:30pm and they came out within an hour. He came back the next day to fix our toilet and did a great job. I had called a different plumber prior to calling premier and it would’ve cost me double. Mike handle everything for us and I would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

    Dionis and Mike were fantastic! They were here for hours. Literally for 2.5 hours! They didn’t stop until they found what the issue was. They even stayed longer to answer some of our questions and fixed other little things. We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs at our new house! And you should too.     Premier Rooter came and used their see snake to identify a possible clog. The camera went to 70ft and looked clean and clear! It was very cool to see the pipe from the house meet the pipe from the city. Very friendly service, from very reassuring technician.

    Used this company for camera inspection the main sewer line condition before we bought the house and with colored big screen I got a great picture of the condition of all drain system. I strongly recommend that before you buy a house it is woth using this company to make sure your drain lines have no roots, bellies or cracks which are very expensive to fix.     Mike came out for a free estimate on hydro-jetting after we were given a very high quote from another plumber three days ago. He ran the camera and showed me the whole pipe and showed me that it didn’t even need hydro-jetting. He kept working until he found the problem for standing water in our main line. We had a clogged septic filter (I didn’t even know our septic had a filter) that led to a clogged main line pipe. The previous plumber claimed to have cleared the pipe three days ago, but Mike showed me the nearly completely closed pipe on his camera. He cleaned it out at a fraction of the cost of what the other plumber wanted for unnecessary hydro-jetting. He answered all of my questions, explained everything along the way, and let me see the problem for myself on the camera. He gave a three-month warranty on the work. This is the only plumber I will call again. I highly recommend them!

    Exceptional. Gave them a call for a clog between the house and the main sewer and they came out very quickly. Mike and Mario were polite, friendly and professional. They introduced me to the process and were very clear when setting expectations and pricing. At that point, they got to work, clearing the blocked line quickly. They used their camera to identify roots entering the line through a break in the pipe. They took the time to talk me through what we were seeing as their camera moved through the line.     Mr. Mike was PHENOMENAL! He is also the only plumber I will use from now on.We noticed a leak in our water heater. I called one company who had previously serviced it, and after they were rude to me on the phone, I discovered Mr. Mike at Premier Rooter.He came out that same day, and was ready to stay until 11 pm to fix it that night if we wanted! He talked to us about all of the different replacement options, and the benefits of each. He was honest with his opinions of each, and was honest about which ones he thought were worth the price and which weren’t! He was upfront with his price, and what he originally quoted was what we owed at the end, even though the project took longer (and probably more of his labor!) than was originally expected.He was pleasant, and meticulous about keeping his work area clean and tidy while he was in our home. He left the area cleaner than when he found it! He checked his work several times before he agreed he was done.He deserves every single 5 star review he gets, and then some.

    We had a screw threw a 3 drain in our ground level. The drain was too tight between the wall and the exterior plywood and was a difficult repair. Muka was able to remove the portion of the pipe that was leaking and repair it with no issues. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

    Cannot express how satisfied I was with the service I received. Mike was so impressive. He did a perfect job by removing my child’s turtle that was obstructing the pipes, cleared the lines and left the bathroom spotless. That was the job he was hired for but went through the house and cleaned out all the Fossetts that had build up with residue from an old water heater that was replaced to a tankless that wasn’t done properly because I was having water pressure issues truly over the top customer service. Last comment called in the morning there an early afternoon done in a short period of time.
