Elite Plumbing is one of the finest plumbing companies, in or out of Pinellas County. Mike and his Elite team were contacted and came to our rescue in less than an hour - an outside pipe that brought the water into the house had begun leaking profusely, leaving the home without water. Mike and Elite not only fixed the pipes but also reconfigured the piping correctly so we could easily shut the water off from the house rather than the street - see attached photos of before and after. Elites pricing quote was fair and accurate. If and when I need a great plumber, my first call will be to Mike and Elite. Had a water pipe leak under a tree. After a leak detection company located the leak, my husband and I prepped the area where Clarence rerouted the pipes. We are very happy with the work that Clarence did. He came on short notice and checked his work before he left. Mike and his crew are absolutely fantastic! I was in a pinch and my hot water heater went out. He literally came over within an hour and checked it out. He worked out an amazing price and I was able to get a tankless water heater for my whole house for a really good deal. In addition, I had a noise going off that I thought was the hot water heater and it ended up being the dog fence. He came all the way over to my house at 9 oclock at night to take care of it. I cant speak highly enough about them, They are great guys. I definitely recommend them.

Elite plumbing is the best! I first called to get a 2nd quote for replacing my water heater. I spoke to the owner Mike. He took time to ask me pertinent question and then actually came out to give me a free quote.Mine was an exceptionally difficult job, because I’m in a condo, and the location of the water heater was in an extremely small space, under my A/C unit. The quote also included replacing the main shut off valve, and extending it so I could have access to shut the water off in case of an emergency. Their quote was reasonable considering the amount of difficult work that was required, to complete the installation.We agreed on a scheduled day, and plumber Clarance and his assistant Angelo arrived promptly. They went right to work, and were completely focused on doing a terrific job in a very timely manner. Clarance is an excellent plumber. He’s fast, confident and very detail oriented in his work. I am so glad I’ve found a local, family owned plumbing company I can count on for prompt and efficient service. They truly care about their customers and are there when we need them. They are now MY new plumbers, and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. You won’t be sorry.

Mike Homes, of Elite Plumbing fit me and my neighbors into a full schedule at night to help us figure out why our bathrooms were not functioning well. He spent over 30 minutes with us to discover the problem. He said the rain caused a backup and the manhole cover removed which showed an overload of water. He helped us to discover our management team for our Patio Condominium had contacted the County. They said they were coming that night or the next day to suck up the water so the lines could work and relieve us of the problem.Mike didn’t charge for his work in finding out the cause of stopped up bathrooms. My husband and I found a leak in the garage and we thought it was the water heater. I then contacted elite plumbing and talked with Michael and we discussed what was going on in the garage. I was convinced it was the water heater and then it needed to be repaired. Michael then explained to me how water heaters work and if it was a leak coming from there what that would look like. It was this point that I decided to contact the specialist that I had already used and we found the leak. I contacted Michael again and he came out and repaired the pipe that was broken that led to the water softener. he was very accommodating, polite, and helpful through the whole process. Talking with him he could’ve easily sold me an unnecessary water heater that I didn’t need. His honesty and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. They were also able to come out that very next day and stop the leak . Both my husband and I are very grateful and appreciative of all their help and highly recommend their services.

Great work! I called at 11PM on Sunday after calling many plumbing companies out there. I called him and Mike answered in the second ring, he is a master plumber. My water heater was leaking flooding a room and my daughter’s closet. The other plumbers didn’t want to come. Mike came and his assistant and in two hours they took care of the problem. I am adding another well-deserved 5-star review of this company. First off 2 of the nicest guys show up Clarence and Angelo, they look at my mess, talk 2 seconds and get at it. I put a new countertop on, and the old sink had 2 drains, and the new one only has 1. I have an RO system under there making it more challenging. Everything Clarence did was 1 inch here 1 inch their clearance room. When it was done it was a work of art. Had I tried I would have been at Home Depot 5 times and not in a good mood. My parents water heater started leaking from underneath so I called 5 different plumbers in our area to get a quote. All 5 were quoted for close to the same amount; however, Elite Plumbing was the only company who would come out and actually replace the water heater on a Saturday. Everyone else I called said they couldn’t replace it until Monday. I was quoted a set amount, not knowing the extent of the damage to the water heater. After Elite showed up, we noticed that the electrical was completely corroded. But, they stuck to their original quote and had the water heater removed, installed and ready to go in about 2 hours. I greatly appreciate how professional they were and how quickly they fixed the issue. I will definitely be using Elite Plumbing again, and I highly recommend this company if you run into any plumbing issues.

Elite Plumbing saved the day. I woke up to no hot water. I made calls to plumbing companies. I went to a big box store and called their installers who could not do it until late the next day. Elite Plumbing returned my call and explained that they specialize in same day repair. I texted him pictures of the water heater. He came over to assess the area around the heater as it was a tight fit in a corner and next to a sink. Then he returned at 6 p.m. and installed the new water heater. Did a beautiful job – totally cleaned the area. And his price was competitive! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

I have been fortunate to find this company after a few bad experiences with other plumbing companies. I can truly say that I completely trust Elite Plumbing Services with any plumbing issues that I had, their expertise is evident. They are not the typical plumbers who seek to profit from the misfortunes of others, they are people who really want to help the community through their work. Mike has saved me a couple of times in recent months, despite the poor condition of the pipes in my house, he has gone out of his way to solve the issue, on this last occasion I called them about a very large water leak on the pipe. Thanks to that we were left without water for a couple of days. The day that I called, he arrived and explained to me and my husband what needed to be done, answered all of our questions and started to work right away. He worked until late at night and didn’t have leave until we had water for my children, for which I am infinitely grateful. I had a leak from my water heater in the evening last week and I panicked because most plumbers were closed. I found Elite plumbing online, read the reviews, and figured Id give them a call. Mike made me feel less panicked over the phone. They showed up within an hour and immediately went to work. The water heater had to be replaced so they gave me a direct quote, left and came back with a new one. Everything was done after about 2 hours or so. Elite plumbing was knowledgeable and polite. Id definitely use them again.

Reliable, responsible, honest, knowledgeable company! We had an emergency toilet leak with sewer blockage at our townhouse. We called Mike, owner of Elite Plumbing, Inc. He came with his partner late on a Saturday night and worked on our problem for over 2 hours. We ended finding out that it was a problem that needed to be taken care of outside of our townhouse which is the associations issue. We called the emergency maintenance man who came out and had to snake the clean-out pipe on other side of my connective neighbors. Mike and his partner Tom could have left at that point. But they stayed over another hour and helped the maintenance man anyway. And made sure that all was in working operative order for my family. They didnt have to stay. They were AMAZING!!! I would recommend Elite Plumbing to everyone. My call was returned the same day I contacted them. Mike could not have been more professional, courteous and accommodating. I explained the problem I had with a leaking shower faucet and Mike made time to explain what the problem may be, how he could repair it, when, and provided an estimated price. He then made himself available within 24 hours to do the job. Per my request, he and his assistant were here only 2 days later, and quickly, neatly and properly repaired the leak. Few months ago Elite Plumbing did some work for me. I called them because of their 5 stars reviews. In general they did a good job. They came three times to do work for me; two of those times were to fix a problem with the toilet that they didn’t do correctly the first time.I don’t think that their fees are as reasonable as some people said in the reviews and Mike admitted that. He even joke that he decided to be a plumber because he could make more than as a doctor. For example one bill was for $340, including $220 for their labor of 1.5 hrs and another bill was for $430 including their labor of 2.5 hrs which also included time they spent fixing the toilet that they didn’t set it right the first time. He charged me $40 to put a shower head that took him literally just 5 minutes. (I think he could throw that for free for all the work that I gave him).It took me few phone calls and text messages to have Mike to come back to fix up the problem with toilet. I was not too thrilled about that but finally they show up and fix it.Mike is an honest guy and he talks straight to you but he should be more willing to ask for anything else that need to be fixed. Like for example the caking around the toilet that his helper forgot and I had to point it to them. When Mike put a faucet in the tab he didn’t clean up the mess left behind even when he has some spare time in his hands. However, he gave me good tips of where to buy the products and what to buy and save money not buying them from him (LOL), or how to take care of certain things. I appreciate that.I wouldn’t give Elite Plumbing 5 stars because that means they are excellent all way around but I give them 4 stars because they are good and decent.This is an update; Mike came back to my house and put a faucet in my bathroom for free, after I called him and took his offer of $150 credit to apply to any job that I want to. He did an outstanding job and I was really happy wit his work. For that reason I have upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

On 11-29-18 at 5:15 PM I attempted to change a hose valve on the exterior wall of my kitchen at my house. Needless to say, like any DIY project, it went wrong quickly. The copper pipe broke off inside the cinder block wall.. The water main was shut off and now I needed to find a plumber. I went to google and saw Elite with 5 star. I contacted them. Mike answered the phone. He advised he was on another job and would be right over. He even gave me a ballpark price. He arrived about 40 minutes later. The sun was down but they got to work quickly. After about an hour the pipe was fixed and I have a new hose valve. He even change a bathtub Moen Cartridge for me before I made that into a debacle. They were gone by 7pm.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, just call Elite before you start any plumbing project. Oh Well, it could have been worse I suppose. Great customer service.

The kind of service that used to be the standard. Seems like that level of service is pretty much gone, except with Mike. Its more than that he fixed it. He made it easy for me. My schedule gets me off at 11PM. Who do you know that would meet you that late? Mike and his team, met with me when I needed him. At 9 PM on Friday, I discovered my 17-year-old water heater was leaking ... I called Elite and he put me on the schedule for the next day (Saturday). Everything exceeded expectations. Perhaps most indicative of their customer-first approach was that when they pulled the new water heater out of its box at 7:30 PM and found it had a dent, they didnt hesitate to take it right back and have it replaced with another even though it meant they wouldnt finish until after 9 PM. I believe most plumbers would have glossed over the dent as nothing more than a cosmetic defect and continued on, but they put in the extra effort. Beyond that, they took the time to upgrade the valves and install the water heater the way it SHOULD be done with no shortcuts. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs, for sure.
