Very pleased with the quick and attentive service from Pirates Plumbing. Last minute issue with our drain on a Friday afternoon and they had John out within about an hour. John was highly knowledgeable and a consummate professional. They were honest and committed to resolving our issue and did it quickly. The best part was it wasn’t as expensive as I thought and the job was completed in a timely manner. John cleaned and sanitized the area he worked in. I have never found a company like this! When I needed them the same day they came. While my association had called others that wouldn’t come for two to three days. I called Pirates myself and they answered my emergency by coming that same day. I experienced a huge crack in the vertical sewer pipe from the upstairs unit down to my floor. They worked diligently to replace the pipes in the wall and the overhead pipes above me. They were timely, thoughtful, friendly and protected the surrounding facilities. Now the condo association calls Pirates Plumbing first for all their needs.When my neighbor had a problem with water leaking from her shower floor into her closet I recommended them. She was very happy with their response time and she hired them to completely replace/rebuild her shower from the floor up.Thank you so much. I look forward to a continued relationship with them.

I had Pirates Plumbing come to fix a leak in a pipe in the ceiling of my laundry room. They found the leak and repaired it in record time with very little mess. I was very impressed with the work and the cost. They also came to diagnose a problem I was having with my dishwasher draining properly at no cost to me. I am very impressed with Pirates Plumbing - and if and when I need a plumber, they will be my choice for sure.

I wish I could give this company a 10 star review. I am a hair salon business owner who this last weekend worked with little to no hot water. Called them on Saturday at close of day. Margaret the owner spoke to me on Saturday called me on Sunday yes Sunday to get more info. Monday morning a tech Todd came out to access the issue who was awesome. In the mean time the owner tried everything she could to get info on the tankless heater we had installed 8 months ago by someone else. We open today Tuesday at 10 am for business with clients. Todd came out way before his working hours at 7 am to install a new water heater. Job complete before 9am. Cant say enough about this company other than they care about you. I would never call anyone else for plumbing needs.Mary Jane
