I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional work Dan accomplished while replacing our defective Rheem water heater.In the short time Dan spent at our residence, he proved himself as a knowledgeable, professional, and highly efficient technician. Not knowing much about plumbing, I peppered him with many questions about the process and about water heaters in general. He was patient, explained the process, and answered my inquiries without a hint of condescension. Dan worked flawlessly in the heat of the day (garage), too, and maintained an upbeat, positive attitude, which was admirable and refreshing.Many thanks to Dan for going the extra mile and exceeding expectations by a wide margin. Had an issue with my Rheem Hybrid water heater, where An issue has been detected and Alarm Code A004 was displayed along with a load ringing sound. The thermostat for the heat pump was spiking and it needed to be replaced. After getting the part delivered, the tech Carlos came and replaced it in 30mins. He was on time, efficient, and a true professional.Good to know and have a contact like these guys. Especially since I have more work in the future

Pompa Plumbing has come to my house twice after being assigned by Rheem to do some warranty work on my hot water heater. Both times, they have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and have done a great job. Dan has been our technician, and he works quickly and quietly (I work from home and my office is just across the hall from my laundry room, where my hot water tank is located), and I barely even heard him. He explained to me what was wrong in a concise and understandable manner. What I appreciate the most is that they show up when they say they will, which is so rare these days. 10/10 would highly recommend this company!

Installed a new Rehm smart Hot water Heater but it had a constant leak alarm that prevented it to heat water. After several remote sessions with support they dispatched Pompa plumbing and their Tech quickly identified and resolved the issue. Great service!
