We sent Mack to unclog our bathroom sink. He worked with great consideration for our house. Sadly, our pipe needed to be completely replaced, so in order to get to the old, rusted pipe, he had to burst through our wall. He was very cautious to keep us updated at every stage, was honest about the prices, cleaned up the debris in the bathroom once the service was finished, and made suggestions to avoid future problems. I would strongly suggest him and Harbor Plumbing to anyone having problems with their plumbing.

Im glad I waited for Mack to arrive. Had a clogged main line, and another service cleared it last week, only for it to clog again days later. I found Harbor Plumbing online and made my decision based on the reviews. I waited all day until Mack arrived and talked me through the various issues, beginning with vacuuming out, plunging, and finally snaking 25 down from the sink line. He discovered our clean-out port (I had no idea we had one or where it was) and determined where the blockage originated. He then climbed onto our (steeply sloped) roof and threaded the 65-foot snake from our roof-top vent down through our entire main drainpipe, clearing the blockage. If you call Harbor Plumbing, ask for Mack.
