Mike/TVE was very helpful on a weekend short-notice request I had on a electric floor heat install that I had. Walked through how everything was wired, explained the problem, and after I answered a few troubleshooting questions he had, he explained his suggestion to solve the problem. Followed his advice and now everything works 100%. I shouldn’t have waited all weekend to reach out to him. Will definitely tap into his expertise again. Side note…one other really great thing was that there was ZERO judgement or “downtalk” from Mike, which is something that I usually experience every time I have a tradesperson over for help on a DIY project. He was great and helpful and respectful.

I thought Id give this a try and with the help over the video call, I diagnosed and solved my issue in about 15 mins. Mike was extremely knowledgable and was able to guide me through debugging the issue safely and quickly. Ill definitely use this next time I have an electrical problem.
