We had a wonderful experience with Bryan upgrading most of the switches in our house with smart switches. Now we have great control over our lights and lighting scenes by voice or app. Bryan was very personable and fun to be around. He was meticulous, timely, did excellent work, and left everything spotless when he was finished. As we get used to the smart home concept, we are looking forward to calling Bryan when we are ready for Phase II. We have already referred Bryan to friends. Bryan and Jeff were great! When we bought a house, Bryan was recommended by our realtor to help us set up security. He met with me prior to the move to come up with a plan, explained what he recommended, and more importantly why I may or may not want certain features. The day we moved, Bryan and Jeff showed up that morning and helped hang and set up a new TV, improve our wireless internet throughout the house, and get our security up and running. Initially thinking it would take two days, they did not rush. They were meticulous and ended up helping us for basically three full days, remaining upbeat the whole time. We’ve loved their product, and now when we have questions, instead of waiting on hold, they are just a text away. So happy we went with B Baum.

We used Bryan when we did a major renovation on our house. We used him for all our audio, video, Internet, alarm and lighting. He installed a new Sonos system, ring alarm system, cat5, Wi-Fi, tVs and Control4 lighting. We love what he did bringing our house up to speed with technology. He is very detail oriented and customer service driven. We highly recommend him.

B Baum Innovations came highly recommended by a friend. We recently moved into a new house and had B Baum install a whole house Sonos sound system as well as two wall mounted large screen TVs with speakers. The process started with a detailed proposal with several alternatives and price points, with the choice of purchasing equipment through B Baum or purchasing it ourselves--we chose to purchase the equipment through B Baum as their pricing was more competitive. Installation was very professional and meticulous, they were very careful cutting into walls or pulling wire for very a clean installation. B Baum set up the system including downloading the necessary controlling Apps on our phones and giving us tutorials on use and capabilities of the the system. After almost 3 weeks of using the system daily we are very happy with the result and consider the expense money well spent for the expert advice and installation. Brian and his staff are very patient, efficient, thorough and easy to work with, and I will be always happy to recommend their services.

I usually look for three things when hiring a contractor: communication, price, and quality of work. Bryan and team excelled in all three. He was a great communicator during the estimation process and throughout the project itself. He was actively looking for ways to save me money (vs trying to convince me to save more). And everything from the install to the clean-up was top notch and exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommended!
