    Justin and Sergio from Fusion Electric did excellent work on wiring and installing a level 2 EV charger. My job was challenging, given my home, but they came up with well-planned and cost-effective ways to solve it. Their installation work was very professional and looks great; they meticulously cleaned up when they finished; they were both very polite and friendly; and they completed the job exactly as estimated. I couldn’t recommend their work highly enough!

    I highly recommend Fusion Electric for any of your electrical needs. They come out, give you an estimate, and then schedule the work. Bryant and his co-worker was on time and completed the installation of the electrical I needed after having a sump pump installed. They got the job done sooner than the estimated amount of time planned for.

    I have been using Fusion since I moved her a few years ago. Outstanding company and the work is first rate.I bought a 1968 home and the Fusion team has taken it from a home inspection nightmare to a fully up to code, professional installation.Id like to specifically call out Dilan Maier on their team. I literally wont let anyone else work on my homes electric system. He is one of the most professional and talented individuals I have had the pleasure to do business with. He is a credit to your organization.Highly recommend!

    Bryant and his helper did an excellent job with our fireplace electrical outlet installation! They were very prompt (for the estimate and the install), meticulous and respectful of our property during the install and left the work areas inside the home clean and free of debris. They even spent additional time waiting after they completed the work as the city inspector was about 2 1/2 hours late. We had a successful city inspection and would hire Fusion Electric back in a heartbeat.Side note: What sold us on going with Fusion instead of a competitor was Bryants courtesy in turning off lights after leaving some rooms when doing the estimate. That demonstrates attention to detail and respect for our home, both of which were clearly evident with the excellent install job that was done. :)

    Dilan from Fusion Electric installed LED puck lights in the foyer of my house. He came up with an inventive way of installing the lights after encountering several structural obstacles during the installation. I highly recommend this company. Fusion Electric eagerly takes on challenging electrical projects and uses creativity and determination to produce amazing results.

    Awesome work! We needed some major wiring done and he did the job with minimal hole in the wall that was covered by a plate by the breaker box. Super impressed, but the best part, besides it all works great, is that he left the areas very neat and clean! Highly recommend this company if you want the job done right the first time! You get what you pay for!

    We are having issues with our electric vehicle not charging. Fusion was quick to work us in and even called with an earlier appointment when it became available. The electrician was thorough with the diagnostics and helped us determine that the issue is with the charger, not the wiring. We are always taken care of by Fusion.

    I didnt realize they were 5.0 with over 550 reviews before writing this review, but its not surprising.They came out and gave me a quote for a service upgrade, and the whole process was very informative. I got the sense that they really enjoyed what they were doing. They werent the lowest quote for the job, but I went with them because of how well the process went. They gave me a rough idea of the quote during the visit, and it was finished and emailed that same day.The electric utility took a while to come out and do their part, but Fusion Electric kept me informed and it sounded like they reached out to the utility for updates almost weekly.Once it came time for the work to be done, they arrived right on time and got it done while I went away for work. The new panel and conduit up for the service line looks nice.Overall, every interaction with them was very professional; and, Im glad I chose them for the work.

    Professional and detail oriented! Dilan and Matt make an All Star team; very happy with their work on my home today.     Dispatch service call fee of $89 is ridiculous. Wasn’t told about it until electrician arrived. Fee for trouble shooting wasn’t given up front either. Didn’t give consent for any work to start. Electrician was forceful in moving ahead without communicating with me what he was doing. These people will take advantage of you if you let them in the door.-editOwner called personally and refunded me the $89. This was an issue of miscommunication. Work was quality. Resolved my issue quickly.

    Contacted Fusion Electric to replace an outdated ceiling fan with a new fixture( a fandelier) that I purchased on-line. Bryant Sanchez and his partner arrived exactly on time; completed the removal of the old fixture and installed the new in less than an hour. They disposed of the old one, removed all the packing and debris from the new install in a professional, timely and friendly manner. I have hired similar companies in the past, but not one compares to Fusion Electric for professionalism and customer service.

    Fusion electric gave us an estimate for a service upgrade. We took that estimate even though it wasnt the lowest bid, because they gained our trust right away. They handled all the permits and scheduling with the power company. They showed up when they said they would, and went right to work. The work was done in a very professional manner, and quickly. The power was on sooner than expected, and the entire job went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this company.

    I have used Fusion Electric a couple of times and been very pleased. They are great about confirming appointments and letting you know when they’re on their way. They are also very prompt. They don’t work on commission so they don’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need like some other businesses. They are also very professional and courteous and do an excellent job. And everything is cleaned up when they leave. Other businesses should follow their model.

    The guys did a great job. However, the pricing was high. I had to pay the trip fee of $89.00 plus $150.00 for the service and they were here from 1:08 PM to 1:43 PM. Next time I will call Ryan Electric because they charge $145.00 and that pays for the trip fee and 1 hour.

    My service experience started with an easy to use electronic schedule request on a Sunday evening. I was greeted on Monday AM with a pleasant phone call from Kathi. Kathi gave me her email address that allowed me to send pictures along with the description of services required. Kathi promptly got us on the schedule for Wednesday. On Wednesday Paul and Jacob showed to our home - on time! They listened to the requirements fo the job and quickly got to work. They were able to help me with all of my service requests the first time and they completed the work with quality and in less than two hours. The billing process at the end was easy and seamless.     I had an excellent experience with Brandon at Fusion Electric. The pricing was competitive, and the job was completed promptly with a thorough clean-up afterward.     They always do a great job. Quick to come out. Knowledgeable and provides options. They have been honest about things I can do myself as well, like replacing the bathroom vent fan.I hired them to do a safety inspection on 2 houses and provided breakdowns of what was needed on the 1st house (100 years old) and my 2nd house there was nothing needed but a new switch (30 year old house)My latest hire I needed an outlet installed in my master bath and they were able to wire it from where the attic fan switch used to be on the other side of the wall in the hallway. Much easier and less costly than running a whole new outlet to the breaker as there was too much already wired to the current breaker in the master bathroom/bedroom.

    I just had a subpanel installed in my detached garage with an underground conduit run back to my house. I met with Jeff from Fusion at my house and explained what I wanted in terms of additional receptacles and lights to add in the garage. Fusion listened and installed exactly what I wanted. The project manager stopped by the house the day ahead of time to make sure the site was prepped and ready to go for the installation. I received emails when the electrician was en route to my house, when they arrived, and when they were finished. I was very happy with the process.As an electrical engineer, I had originally planned on doing this work myself. I priced out all of the material to purchase on my own, but then got a bid from Fusion. Fusions price was very fair and it was well worth having it professionally installed.

    I had Justin Norris over to install an in wall heater and electrical outlet in the Master Bathroom. I was really very pleased with the service.     FUSION Electric was Meticulous, thorough and absolutely wonderful to work with! We had them install ceiling fans and the difference they have made to our house has been amazing!     I hired Fusion Electric once again, this time to install a range receptacle. Michael, the electrician who came to my house, was able to help me determine exactly what I needed for my new range and complete the installation despite some unforeseen challenges along the way. He was very helpful, answering questions that I had while he was at my home. I highly recommend!

    I hired Fusion twice, and Dilan replaced a total of 10 light fixtures in my old house, and did a wonderful job. There were a couple of curveballs that were thrown because of the oddities of the old house, but he absolutely nailed the installations of the new fixtures, and Im so happy that I found Fusion. Any electrical work I need in the future will be through Fusion!

    Fusion Electric did a fantastic job at my house. I have used them twice with great results both times. The first time (Dec 2017) involved installing an outdoor TV antenna. This project also included installing a 4-way video splitter inside the attic and then routing several coax cables in the attic and down the walls to a couple of rooms where I would be watching TV in the house. While in the attic, they also rewired a couple of hockey puck sized LED lights that are located in the top of a kitchen cabinet with glass doors. These lights are turned on by a switch in the kitchen. Looks and works great. They also installed a couple of cable gateway access boxes in the walls where they routed both coax TV cable and Cat5 network cable for computers and/or network enabled TVs (NETFLIX or HULU anyone?). On the second project (Feb 2018), they installed electrical outlets into a second bedroom to be used as a home office. Again, in this room they also installed two of those gateway access boxes for coax TV cable and Cat5 networking cable. Technician Dilan does great work and he recommended a TV/Monitor mount for me when he installed the up high electrical outlet and coax TV cable access opening in the wall. Dilan even got creative and made me a custom access plate that held both standard landline phone jack and a Cat5 Network cable. Nicki is great on the phone and helps with scheduling the work appointments. Jeff is great about running the business, consulting and following up with his clients. I just tell him what I want done, and he finds a way to do it. He’s an electrician magician. Any project I throw at him he makes it appear. very neat and organized and professional. Careful to not get any dust or debris while he’s working and cleans up when he’s finished. He doesn’t mind going up into my attic to do the wiring. I’ve also had him work on the outside of the house installing outdoor electrical outlets so I can plug in my Halloween and Christmas decorations. He is amazing and does excellent work and will go the extra mile to make sure it’s done right. I would highly recommend Fusion Electric.

    I emailed yesterday to see if they could install some new light fixtures and take a look at some outlets. The owner called back almost immediately and scheduled someone to come out between 1-3 today. The electrician arrived right on time, was super friendly and did a wonderful job! I even got status updates emailed when he was on his way, arriving, etc. I highly recommend Fusion Electric and will 100% use them again for any future Electric projects.

    I was pleasantly surprised to be done with an old fuse box. Fusion sent a friendly tech to merge it with my main breaker. He also replaced all the ungrounded outlets with grounded outlets. I dont have to worry about adapters anymore. They were able to perform the work shortly after giving me a reasonable estimate explaining what he would do answering all my questions. Great work!

    Michael arrived on time, went right to work and had the old fan removed and the new fan up and operating in an hours time. It wasnt an easy job since the fan was mounted on the ridge beam of a vaulted ceiling 14 above the floor. They did a great job - we will call them again whenever we need an electrician.
