Berrios Contracting is EVERYTHING!!!!I was looking to get a screen in porch done for my back yard at first. But ended up coming across the “pergola” and seen a few Juan did. His work spoke for itself. The color I originally asked for was to light and Juan fixed that within seconds. He went to match up the paint I was looking for. I called on a Friday and by the following Tuesday afternoon it was completed. Juan is so friendly and all about making sure his customers are happy. Very!!!! Knowledgeable, on time and kind. If you looking to have one done. I promise, you will be extremely HAPPY if you hire Juan for the job. Quality work is EVERYTHING!!!!!!

I normally don’t write reviews, only if something is exemplary or very very bad. I Would give Juan 10 stars if I could. Juan is quick, professional, and super cool. Took him about 8 hours total to put up a 324 sqft pergola with an awesome suntuf roof. He worked with us to stay in budget. Additionally, he went back to a neighbors house to shore up an old job that he made an honest mistake on. I will recommend him to everyone. Wish more contractors were like him!

The Yardchitects are hands down the best builders I have ever used. I contacted them via instagram to inquire about the price of a pergola I wanted built. The same day they got back to me with a quote (which was INCREDIBLY reasonable, I was shocked, this is a good honest hard-working small business), I asked what day they could come out to perform the work, they told me tomorrow, and I said hell yeah! 8 am the next morning they showed up as promised, and the pergola they built exceeded my expectations. Im so happy. WOW is the best way to describe my experience with The Yardchitects. I cant remember the last time I wrote a review, but these guys deserve it!

I had a pleasant experience with this company. They completed an addition to my deck. Saw an ad, reached out and the rest is history. They completed a portion of the project in the rain!!!!!
