This past year John undertook the renovation on our kitchen and opening it up to our back living room.We got several estimates from contractors. Aspen wasnt the cheapest, but I immediately felt comfortable and trusted John the owner.The whole process went quite seamlessly. He finished on time and on budget. As with any big project there were some hiccups along the way some minor things and some big things. Every time I brought up an issue Johns immediate response was we will make it right. Honestly it should be on his t-shirts because he always kept true to his word.Johns subcontractors all have fantastic working relationships with him. They want to keep his continued business, so they are motivated to work to a high level and get things completed on schedule.Overall great experience with a great company and guy.

As a local Plumbing Contractor dealing with thousands of customers per year, I am very familiar with how customer referrals based on their experience and the quality of the work that your company performs, leads to a much larger customer base. Aspen Diversified is not only a wonderful company to work for, but John has never let us down with our customers when we have referred him. His professionalism and quality far exceed most of the companies that we have referred over the years. I honestly would not refer any other company to my clients. If you are in need of work in your home, from small jobs to larger ones, this is the company to call.

Since what I needed was not what his company was offering. I highly recommend John @ Aspen Diversified Construction, Inc, I have confirmed over and over again, Outstanding Professionalism, caring and extremely helpful, even if he is not getting paid for helping others!

I would like to make reference to the outstanding quality of work and the attention to detail. John was always on the job inspecting the work during the re-roof process and was always available to discuss any concerns. And he only required 10% down.

Front Porch RemodelJohn Ahern, the owner of Aspen Diversified Construction, was recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint. He transformed our dirty front entry/screened in porch into a completely new room with an amazing view as if we are sitting outside. He knocked out part of a wall and created two beautiful arches to match the rest of our mediterranean home. He is extremely professional and very detail oriented. In fact, if something is not done to his satisfaction he works hard correcting to make it perfect. He does not skimp and cut corners, but instead leaves high quality, beautiful work. I highly recommend for remodeling! In fact, we already hired him a second time to remodel our powder bathroom.

We recently hired Aspen to replace the roof on our Belle Isle home after it was damaged by the hurricane. John is totally professional and very personable as well. His knowledge helped us to make some smart decisions as we went forward with the project. Compared to the character of the other bids we received, he was far and above the best. We are very pleased with the entire project and I strongly recommend Aspen if you are searching for a GC or a roofing contractor.

2/15/18 We couldnt be more pleased with the new roof and interior water leak repairs done to our home by Aspen following Hurricane Irma. John and crew were extremely professional, and provided excellent customer service! If youre looking for quality, at a fair price, I suggest you give them a call. You wont be sorry!
