Toby was punctual, friendly, pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. He completed our new fan installation without issue and cleaned his work area up nicely. As he was leaving, we asked him if he knew anyone who could fix our free-standing stove in the living room. Toby is experienced in plumbing, heating and air. He is researching and ordering a part that will fix our stove issue. We will use him again in the future, without a doubt. -
