    Great experience all around !!! They answer the phone when you call. They answer questions and get service scheduled promptly. Our pool contractor disconnected our 1-year-old Generac generator and left it sitting on the lawn while construction of the pool and new concrete pad was completed. Needless to say, there were problems when they attempted to reinstall the generator. Oklahoma Generator showed up promptly the same day and replaced the blown fuses and corrected some other minor issues. Fantastic service !! So glad I used this trusted local company.

    We’ve just had our annual preventative maintenance performed on our Generac by Oklahoma Generator. The entire process deserves an A+. The online scheduling form was straightforward. The scheduling options were prompt and convenient. The automated appointment and arrival time reminders were a pleasant surprise. And the service tech, Dylan was friendly, thorough and fast. And best of all, the overall value was excellent. I’m so proud of our Generac and happy to have local service!

    I have used Oklahoma Generator for the past 7 years and they do a tremendous job. I’m set up for yearly inspections so I don’t need to remember to call them each year. I don’t need to stay home waiting for technicians, they come and do the inspection and they do what needs to be done and then a get an email with my bill. The price is so reasonable!

    An organization you can count on. My mother law neglected to get her annual service done, which would have caught the starter battery was worn out. We had a Tornado near by and the power went out, and her generator next door to me did not start like mine did. I called and they were out Johnny on the spot and replaced the battery and her power came up. They were super busy being that we had the big storm affecting so many people but they made it out same day and resolved the issue that was no fault of theirs. Additionally they recommended a monitor that was now available for her model that communicates via LTE, and for small annual fee of 75 bucks for the cell service My elderly Mother in Laws generator is now monitored by Oklahoma Generator and I dont need to worry about her forgetting service or having a fault now.My Generac Generator was installed by Kevin and his team 12 years ago and it has never missed a beat. They do the annual maintenance every year for a modest service charge and as a result my oil is always fresh, and battery is always healthy and the generator always starts. I live in a rural area and power can be spotty. I highly recommend Kevin Larrison and his team at Oklahoma Generator. Everyone should have one of these for peace of mind.

    Very efficient and professional. We called one evening and left a message but they returned our call that evening and made an appointment for 3 days later.     I have used Oklahoma Generator for many years for my yearly maintenance and any other situation I’ve had.They have always been very courteous and professional.     This is the company to use if you are looking for a generator. From start to finish we had a great experience. The staff is great and kept us informed every step of the way. We were just hit with a huge storm that knocked down several power lines that will take days to fix. They were able to finish the install and get it up and running so we could be comfortable and back to normal. I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience.     Larrison Electric, now Oklahoma Generator installed my whole house system in 2016. Since then they have provided my annual service. In August the controller failed after 8 yrs. of reliable service. OK Generator promptly troubleshot the problem and got the system back in operation the same day. Excellent support and service!

    Oklahoma Generator did an outstanding job of installing my generator. I was surprised it only took 1 day to complete. The app for my phone is nice. It told me my generator was running & I looked at the OG&E outage map & there were no reported outages in my area. I notified OG&E & they came out & found a squirl had gotten on top of the transformer & blew the fuse on the pole. Very happy customer.

    I have been without ac since July 11 2924We found out that Generatior had an electric problem. I called in the problem and they came right out found the problem and corrected faulty relays and got an ac up and running.     I had an almost $300.00 charge on my service today on my generac. After a breif Conversation with Tylor he talked to his boss and they came back and they said they waived the cost because I did not know this service is gonna cost me. This was very nice of them and I greatly appreciate that. also they said the problem is your Regulator on your gas line so what we are going to waive the cost of a regulator and I pay for the plumber that they recommend to come and change the regulator. thank you very much you guys

    Lost power from the Nov 4th tornado in Harrah/Choctaw OK, my generator came on as it should and supplied the electricity needed to light the house and run appliances 🙏🏻 seventeen hrs into the outage she stop workin at 2:30am. Called Oklahoma Generator @ 7am and talked to Kevin and Lenn was dispatched immediately and she was up and running in five minutes due to an oil sensor doing its job. Thank you, thank you, thank you for you amazing customer service and kindness. I know I can always rely on on them 🌻p.s. I was without power for 55 hrs and she hummed right along 🙌🏼

    We had an excellent experience with OK Gen. The whole process from initial consultation to final walkthrough and beyond was very professional with an emphasis on customer service. Weve had a lot of work done on our house in the past year and OK Gen was definitely the best experience. These guys truly care about the work they do and making sure their customers are happy.The consultation was informative and they worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our chosen installation. They clearly explained all the steps involved, how the system works, and the available options. The installation was very easy on our end and everything was done to high standards.We ran into a couple of problems during the installation, but - and this is crucial - OK Gen was absolutely fantastic about how they handled everything. Some of the best customer service Ive experienced... ever. So you can feel 100% confident that if you run into problems, they will take care of you.The Generac generator has been great so far.     Been with OK Generator for a little over a year now and have been so pleased with their professionalism and expertise. On 5-6-24 our Generac had a fault on a test run and within 1 hour Tyler notified me and said that a technician would come out to troubleshoot it as soon as he finished with another job. One hour later the technician (Lynn) arrived, replaced the control panel and ensured the generator ran with a load. Since the predicted storms were just a few hours away, I was grateful I was an OK Generator customer. Cant think of any other company that would notify me and respond so quickly when promptness mattered.

    Very impressed with David and this business! Our dryer threw a voltage error code on a Friday afternoon and he came out within an hour to take a look for us. We thought it may have been an issue with our generator install, but it wasn’t. However, He found the problem for us regardless in the outlet and went to get us the new part. Incredible customer service and sense of urgency. Couldn’t recommend anyone else!

    I have never had a generator so this was all new for me. I looked at 3 different companies to install a generator on my house. I did not disclose to Oklahoma Generator that I had other quotes, so there was no negotiating. Oklahoma Generator was not only the best price but the least pushy and least sales pitchy. Their quote was very transparent and listed in detail all costs associated with install. They were very up front with how they choose the size of generator and answered all my questions to find the best generator size for my house and myself. Install took maybe 3-4 hours and they only had the power out for maybe 10 minutes. They found an alternative solution to breaking up a concrete sidewalk knowing that new concrete would not match the existing concrete. Startup was easy, efficient and thorough. Overall Oklahoma Generator was very professional from sales, install, and start up. I would definitely recommend them to any homeowner looking for a generator.

    Installation of a Generac Power Backup unit. Katie responded quickly to my emails and answered all of my questions and concerns. The company scheduled my installation 3 weeks out, when others were longer. Rusty was prompt and installed the unit and all the materials faster than the time they allotted. Him and is partner was professional and courteous. Surprisingly, they got the gas and electrical expected faster than i anticipated. Austin came out to turn on the unit, and gave me a high overview on the operation of the unit and whatbto look for and to call for any questions. He was patient and didnt rush me despite the weather conditions not being ideal to be standing outside. All in all, I was recommended by a friend who had used them, and I echo the same. I have no regrets amd happy woth my selection with Oklahoma Generator. 4 days later, I had a power outage at 1AM and had no clue, everything operated as described.

    The Team from Oklahoma Generator did an outstanding job at our home recently installing a whole house, stand by generator. Having barely survived the power outage in Edmind in late June, Oklahoma Generator quoted us and we were able to get our installation scheduled almost immediately. The installation team was tremendous and they did an awesome job getting the system ready for the gas company to inspect and certify we were ready for “Start Up”. One of Oklahoma Generators start up technicians came out and prepared our system for going on line and educating us on how to maintain and monitor our new system.     So thankful that Oklahoma Generator was able to send out their technician Mario Nombrana to change out the battery in my Generac. When checking the generator during a power outage recently, I noticed that the generator had a red light and wasn’t turning on. The on-call tech was able to walk me thru some checks and found that the battery was low. Mario came out to replace the battery and was very thorough in checking out the entire generator and power panel to make sure everything was working as it should. He was very informative in explaining everything he was checking out. I would highly recommend Oklahoma Generator. Their staff is always very helpful whenever I have called.
