I love small business owners. They care about their customers and put pride and their work. Billy the owner are perfectly an example of this. It’s Thanksgiving eve and our tankless heat shut off and Billy came right away. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Ty for your service

With one phone call, we found Bill / BRM Mechanical and that solved all three of our hopes!Bill was able to diagnose the issue and helped us to understand what was needed. He worked so clean and professionally that the area of our house he worked in looks better than before he started. He communicated throughout the process. He answered all our questions and even at the completion of what was a long day of an install for him, patiently explained the entire system to us and did not leave until he made sure all our questions and concerns were answered.We have already recommended him to family and friends, even if just to tell people to hold onto his number in case they ever need his services. Billy rescued us from a late-night major sewer stoppage issue! I called Billy close to 9pm and described to him what was happening in our basement. He immediately knew what the problem was and expertly walked me through what was happening and what needed to be done. Due to being away, Billy arrived bright and early the very next morning! He immediately identified and remedied the back-up and patiently answered ALL of my questions. Billy is extremely knowledgable, genuine and provides the utmost customer service. We called this company on a Thursday night almost at midnight. We heard water in our basement and when we looked down our water heater was leaking everywhere. We quickly found the number for this company and got in touch with the owner, William and he instructed us how to turn the water off until he got there. Within 25 minutes the owner was at our house which we did not expect. He drained down the water heater, got our house water back on and was back first thing in the morning to install our new tank. He really put us at ease about the whole ordeal and was very personable even at that hour lol. We were happy with the price and will continue to use this company! Thanks William!

This company was fantastic. They worked so cleanly and efficiently to get the job done. I had my water heater crack due to rust and Bill stayed working at my home for as long as it took to make sure the job done. Afterwords he cleaned the area beautifully. I have been up charged before and Bill priced my job fairly. It was a pleasure to work with him and I will use him for any and all of my future jobs.
