Love these guys! Keith the owner, is a good ol’ Midwesterner and a Vet! I love that he is giving back to his community and it’s clear that he is passionate about his business and about helping others. Lucky I got to spend some time to chat with him, as a small business owner myself I appreciate the hard work that he’s put in to create something so awesome. Their prices were super reasonable, and their quality was well worth it. We ended up having to do a full re-pipe which was a hard pill for us to swallow, but they handled it so well! We also decided to get a water filtration system halfway through in order to protect our investment. That filtration system helps keep the pipes clean, water, heater, clean, and drinkable water throughout the house, it was a no-brainer.Theo was our point man, he came and gave us a quote, handled all the paperwork, and made sure every last detail was written out and addressed, so there were no surprises that popped up along the way. Theo is one of those dudes you’d wanna have a beer with ! Such a great personality and extremely helpful. The plumbers that were assigned to the job were extremely talented! Tim and Alex were the two that stood out! They answered all my questions, and I spent a little time watching them work, it is clear they’ve mastered their craft, and we felt so grateful to have tradesmen, who value quality complete such a huge job for us.Thank y’all for taking such great care of us!Steph

This company bought out a plumbing company I had used for many years so I figured I would give them a try. The first plumber they sent over was not really my style. He pushed for replace rather than repair which would cost me more and is not as good ecologically but is less liability and work for them. Since my problems were relatively minor, to the point that I can just get a handyman friend help me do it myself, I declined the recommendation of all new equipment. I did schedule them to replace some corroded valves they had found while at my house. For the actual work they sent a different plumber. His name is CJ. I recommend him. Professional and knowledgeable. He made suggestions for services I might need but it felt informative, not like a hard sales push. I was comfortable with the price and the work done. You just have to watch out because the first guy they send is more salesman than plumber.

Great company and employees! Keith (owner) came and gave me multiple options for my service with no pressure to choose the more expensive option. Lucas (plumber) was very professional and made sure the area was cleaned up after his work was completed. Also a few hours after the job was completed, Julie called to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with their service. So glad we decided to hire Vets Fou You!

Vets For You Plumbing did an outstanding job for me and my family. I actually had two incidents happen within a weekend that they helped me out with and resolved them quickly and professionally. They were responsive and came within a few hours to stop and repair a leaks and provide assessments and quotes for other projects. And quite surprisingly, they did not take advantage of the situation by overcharging me. I found their rates and their conditions to be fair and reasonable. They explained the work that needed to be done, and asked for my approval; then quickly got busy conducting the repairs in a professional and efficient way. Theodore took the time to explain the situation and what to expect afterwards. Above all the most outstanding experience was with Theodore the plumber they sent to my home in Ramona. He was professional, proficient, and one hell of a nice guy. He greeted me, my wife and kids like he was saying hi to old friends and knew, his craft extremely well. He is a true professional . Based upon the service he and Vets For You provided, I will be sure to call them again when my plumbing issues need to be handled.

I love how professional, responsive, and honest this company is. We were about to leave town and our water pressure regulator started spraying water. They came out the same day, replaced the regulator, and solved our water pressure issue we had been having. Theo and Tim were so respectful, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly company. Our AC stopped cooling in recent heat wave. We live in a mobile home with poor insulation. Vets For You was super busy but sent out one of the owners Jim right away. He tested the system and explained in detail the HVAC operation and then gave us 3 options for fixing it, none of which could be done on the spot due to parts needed. The price was competitive with other quotes plus a 10% senior discount and we got a $600 federal tax credit. They fit us into their schedule with 2 very well-mannered techs working all day as the replacement job was complicated. There was a problem with the new thermostat so Jim extended our service contract because of the delay in completing the work...wow! Skilled technicians and honest people.

Eric was great! He came to our buildings to give a second opinion on a clogged drain. Another company worked on it for two days with no results and then said it would take $6,000 worth of work to repair.Eric came quickly, assessed the situation and cleared the drain within 30 minutes with no issues. He also put the toilets back on, which were removed by the previous company. Highly recommend!

We suspected we had a slab leak in our living room. Called Vets 4 You on a recommendation. Julie answered. She is the sweetest! So refreshing to speak to someone who provides excellent customer service. Based on the severity of the issue we faced, she scheduled Keith to come out. We were given a 2 hour time window. Keith called me promptly at the beginning of that window to let me know what time he’d arrive. Keith went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and figure out the best possible route to take. Keith and his team are professional, reliable, and honest. For any plumbing needs, small or large, I would highly recommend Vets4You Plumbing.

They went to work immediately, explaining to me what they were doing and why The leak was diagnosed and I was shown a picture of the garbage disposal leaking water. Immediately a new unit was ordered, it would be delivered in about 20 minutes and they went out to their truck to wait for the arrival and make notes re: the job. The installation was flawless and after a total clean up of the area they left in the same professional manner as they arrived.I’ve used Vets 4 You in the past and they never disappoint. I am writing this review for my 81 year old mother. She has been very happy with VETS for You and she is an extremely cost conscious and detail focused customer. Today Alex came out and fixed her sink. She says, Thanks for another job well done!In March she wrote the following letter to the company:In September 2021 I had a new heating unit installed. The employees were Robert, Robbie, Mel and Jordan. This was a big job and it took them three days to complete the job. I liked all the workers.Next visit, October 17, the employees were Brandon and Cross. They installed a new kitchen faucet, replaced the emergency shutoff valve, installed a pressure reducing valve and a ¾ inch main water shutoff valve. Very friendly and likable.Next visit, no charge for maintenance, drained tankless water heater and checked the heating unit and replaced the filter. This was done by Brandon and Ezra.In February, another big job. Replace the existing tankless water heater to one that was greatly improved in quality. Alex and C J spent several hours on this job. Alex came the day before to check out the problem I was having and to give me an estimate to replace the water heater. Again, great workers.Then last week my washing machine was leaking water (so I thought.) Julie sent Andrew out in the morning and after filling and refilling the washing machine, it seemed to be working. That afternoon, more problems, so I called Julie again and she said that she would send Willy, the drain guy. At that point the cycles weren’t working. The machine was stuck on WASH. Willy unplugged it and suggested that I contact an appliance repairman man. I contacted Jim’s Appliance and he came the next morning. By the time he left everything seemed to be working, but he suggested that there could be blockage.Sure enough, the next day on the third load the water starting leaking out again.I called Julie again and she sent Willy back the next day and after using his snake all seems well. Also, very friendly and helpful.When I first called Julie, she sent both Andrew and Willy and there was no charge.The reason for my letter is to share that I’ve liked every person that came out. All very polite, informative, helpful and good workers. That includes Julie. She is friendly, helpful and when I call, I am always happy that she is the one who answers my call. She knows my voice and my name.When I first met Jim, I liked him right away and never bothered to get a second estimate. Please know, Jim, that your employees speak very highly of you. They are happy to be working for you. And I am happy to be one of your customers!

My water heater finally died and I needed a replacement. I knew exactly who to call. Vets 4 You Plumbing Heating & Air. I spoke to a real person on the phone and had an appointment scheduled right away. Jim took a look at my broken water heater and provided me with several options. I picked the water heater that made sense for our needs and it was installed and ready to go the next day. I love the friendly office staff, the professional techs and the conscientious owners Keith and Jim. This was not my first service call. When I bought the house I am currently living in Vets 4 You fixed many safety and deferred maintenance issues before we moved in. Several years later when my home needed a re-pipe they came to the rescue. Toilette broke and they were Johnny on the spot. If I have a plumbing issue this is who I call and recommend. Great communication, they care, outstanding workmanship and I trust them.

Daniel’s attention to detail, communication skill set, and his sense of urgency to repair our multiple home leaks was extraordinary. We had a severe leak in the ceiling of the garage, a hot water pipe leak. Vets4You sent out a leak detection and repair crew within a few hours of our call. Rod was our tech and he found the problem walked us through what had happened and the best options to fix the leak. He was very professional, wore a mask, cleaned up the site. He also helped correct an unrelated problem with a needle valve in a bathroom and he checked the water pressure to the house. Great representative! Rod is an asset to your company. i will definitely use this business again if i have a plumbing emergency.

Vets4You did an outstanding job removing and replacing a many decades old Solar/Gas Water Heating system with a Tankless on-demand water heater. They also replaced the adjacent Forced Air Heater including rerouting ducts to achieve a quiet, balanced supply of heated air to all rooms. This was a complicated, major project including electrical that was bid out to four different companies and the Vets4You bid came in with best cost and equipment provided. We had put off having the work done for years due to the perceived cost, scope and complexity of the undertaking. Jim had some ideas and got creative with design and execution to achieve a cost effective, workmanlike solution. All work was done professionally at the agreed upon Bid cost and on-time by Jim and his very skilled crew! As a retired Industrial Engineer, I have experienced a lot of these types of installations and this experience rates an A+ for Vets4U! I highly recommend them for professionalism, knowledge quality and value!

My Wife and I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically endorse and recommend Vets4You Plumbing Heating & Air!Rod Russell made himself available to us at our convenience (which, if memory serves, was on Sunday) to come out and identify the nature and severity of a leak that had *tripled* our water bill. He was very friendly, likeable, enthusiastic, and professional. My wife was very much impressed by his personality and professionalism, and as a fellow Marine Corps veteran he and I had that instant rapport that only genuine esprit de corps can generate, and he won our business right then and there. We were able to set an appointment to get the work done for the following Wednesday morning.Rod Russel and James Dean arrived early, after sending an ETA text message to confirm, and immediately got to work. They worked swiftly and confidently and managed to locate the pipes that needed to be isolated while making minimal incursions in the drywall...especially considering the remarkably difficult and bafflingly inconvenient location of the piping in the forced air heating intake/return box in the garage. They laid down covers on our floors to prevent any scuffs/damage and cleaned everything up before they left.In addition to the necessary repair, Rod identified that the feed line to the water heater had the wrong kind of valve and that the connection to the water heater was non-standard. He couldve ignored it (I already knew that the valve and connection was improper, my Father having been a Home Builder and had experience with plumbing) but he said, and I quote, ...I cannot in good conscious leave that, give me a few more minutes and Ill make it right... and he did.Now I had been informed beforehand that they do not perform the drywall repairs, however they do have a relationship with a business that does great work and the owner of that business came out personally to review what would need to be done and was able to quote a price before everything had even been packed up.My wife and I are very much pleased that all of the repairs were completed quickly and are very much satisfied with the results.Thanks again, Rod & James. We discussed the work planned, the time required (2-3 days), and my schedule.After tailoring the work plan to my specific needs, Keith had his crew at my house ready to work right on time. Everyone was always approachable to answer any questions or concerns, and Keith provided regular updates on their progress, without being intrusive. Rod was professional, honest, and straightforward. We had an issue with the prior plumber who installed our water heater from the home warranty installing it incorrectly. Rod identified the issue and was able to work with the manufacturers warranty to replace our parts.He went above and beyond and spoke with our home warranty advising them the plumber they had hired installed the correctly and not to code. While we paid for his services up front, I am convinced that if it were not for his expertise my home warranty would not have even considered reimbursing us as they are now because of him going to bat for us.

Two plumbers came, Eric and Tim. I wasnt charged more for two. They both put booties on to cover their shoes. They were professional, and friendly. They installed a new faucet, and caulked around it so water wouldnt leak out as it did with my old one. And put in a new O ring where there was another leak. I am very pleased with their service.

Vets 4 you plumbing is a great plumbing company that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services. Daniel was extremely helpful and honest. Very professional, and I just cant say enough nice things about him and his associate. They arrived right when they said they would even though they were having a busy day. They water jetted the mainline clean out for my Grandma and ran a camera down the line also to inspect the condition of the pipes. We loved their friendliness and professionalism. We also love that theyre ex servicemen, as we have veterans in the family too. If you want great work and to have the piece of mind that good work was done on your home, definitely give Vets 4 You Plumbing a call. Thanks again guys!

Mel was amazing! He came late on a Sunday to look at an issue in our Airbnb. He stayed late and diagnosed the problem. The next day Eric and his teammate went to work and solved the problem. All 3 were professional, great communication and just pleasant. I’ll be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward

From start to finish everyone I communicated with at Vets for You was fantastic. Julie did a great job explaining the job and getting me scheduled quickly, Robbie was super informative, helpful and professional while working on the job. Jim and Robbie were both great ant explaining the work needed and going over cost breakdown with me. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We had an old force air furnace that became unreiable. Vets 4 You inspected our furnace and suggested several levels of repair and then once we selected the one for our budget ... they installed the unit the next day and even made needed safety repairs to our system for the price agreed on. They were punctual and professional. We highly recommend these guys to do home repairs and upgrades. Our new system is wonderful. A much needed upgrade to our home. Thank you Vets 4 You!!!
